Great staff, just missing a few things
The hotel is great with an amazing staff! I remember in particular Gloria who was trying to help me plan a trip to Granada/Seville. She gave me her fullest attention and gave me the feeling that she wants me to have a good experience. The ability to emphasis with her guests makes her incredible!
The hotel is generally really clean, however I feel that there can be a bit more focus in bedrooms as for example, my remote control was full of dust. The sticky kind. Nevertheless, the maids are very friendly and greeted me every morning.
The hotel has a great area for swimming and simply relaxing. The hotel is very close to the beach, roughly a 3min walk a 15min walk away from the closest station.
In regards to food, it would be great if there were more vegetarian options for the hot buffet.
For me, the team is what makes this hotel 4/5 as they are truly amazing!

We were upgraded to premiere room. Lovely spacious room. Only one English news channel though. Only negative point was the towels, very thin and poor quality. No problem with the food, the show cooking is a little slow though. We would come back again.

Super thin paper-like walls - how thin? while you are in your room you can hear everything your neighbours talk, from both rooms, and even when they snore at night.
When they use the shower, toilet or faucet its like they are literally in the same room as you. if you turn your own faucet it wont be as loud as theirs, thats how bad it is,
We were woken up almost every night by random noises from
the neighbours using the bathroom
Food and service
- Dinnner ia pretty diversified , they change maybe 50% of the meals daily .. but thats about it, fresh stir fry noodles served everyday and some different type of grilled meat plus other types of food.
Dessert is the same every singleday.. very boring and repetitive
Breakfast is literally the same thing everyday, they might change the sausage type and thats it.
No drinks included for dinner, not even water.. if you ask for tap water waiters give you weird looks.. they push for you to oder alchoholic drinks ..so they make more off of you.
Entertainment
Most nights its live music, thats about it and its nothing spectacular.. the magician show and the andalusian dance were decent though.
Misc:
- The location is great, a bus stop in front of the hotel and plenty of shops, 5 min away from the nearest beach and sea and 10 min away from the Port.
- the pools are pretty decent
- the hotel looks fantastic from the outside.
- they take cleaning very seriously, the room cleaning is very thorough and on point.
- Great garden, very well maintained , they even have a small pond with koi fish
- Car parking is 15 euros a day? despite being a client, very weird
- No bathroom in the restaurant area.. there are hundreds of people there and you need to exit the area and go one level up just to use a bathroom
- They have a game room with free ping pong table but the very worn paddles
- small 2m snooker tables you pay 2 euros for a game
- weird thing about this is that the game room is closed after 20:00 so basically right after dinner when there isnt anything else to do in the hotel.. very weird choice, there were plenty of nights where i wished the game room was open
- the advertisement says outside jacuzzi pool . but it doesnt work it seems
- the gym has no free weights, just machines.. no towels or water dispenser
- No toilet brush ? have not seen this before.
Overall, it was an ok stay, they really need to improve the sound proofing between rooms though and diversify the menu a bit.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we experienced a mix of positives and negatives that shaped our overall impression.
**Positives:**
1. **Diverse and Delicious Food**: The hotel offered an excellent selection of food, satisfying our taste buds with every meal.
2. **Ideal Location**: Its convenient location made our daily car trips effortless and enjoyable.
3. **Comfortable Accommodations**: The beds provided a comfortable night's sleep, ensuring we were well-rested for each day's adventures.
4. **Friendly Staff**: The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, adding a personal touch to our stay.
5. **Enchanting Garden**: The beautifully maintained garden was a serene escape, perfect for leisurely strolls.
**Negatives:**
1. **Oversized Beds, Limited Space**: The enormous beds, while comfortable, left little room to move around, making the space feel cramped.
2. **Lacking Bathroom Essentials**: The absence of a toilet brush was a noticeable oversight, especially considering its common presence in other hotels and every place we visited in Andalusia
3. **Constricted Balcony**: The balcony was disappointingly small, largely due to the space taken up by the air conditioning unit.
4. **Parking Hassles**: The parking system was inconvenient and pricey, with a daily charge of 12 Euros and a cumbersome payment process.
5. **Long Waits at Reception**: Frequently, we faced long queues at the reception, often exacerbated by the presence of only one staff member.
6. **Inefficient Drink Service**: During our seven dinners, ordering drinks was a challenge, and the billing system for both drinks and parking could be more guest-friendly.
7. **Noisy Plumbing**: Early morning noise from water taps in surrounding rooms was a regular disturbance.
Our stay was a blend of comfort and challenges. The hotel excels in food quality, location, and staff friendliness, but falls short in room space efficiency, bathroom amenities, and some service aspects. Ideal for those who prioritize culinary experiences and a central location for day trips, but it may not suit guests seeking spacious rooms and a peaceful morning environment.
