I'm currently staying in this place we wanted to upgrade to half board but they said they dnt have the menu and prices yet but the food is cheaper than outside..Over all staff's nice rooms are OK ..but scam is ON when it comes to food no prices on the menu thay said they are going to price it soon...when u order anything to eat price is more than outside and quality is not good too..their is almost 1 euro difference in food between here and in Dublin u expect it yobe half or little more than half ..but not much difference..its a shame they scam people when it comes to food.

Today is my 5th day at this hotel and I must say I'm not very impressed with my package as half board (wasn't even offered hot drink for breakfast or cold drink for dinner, i had to pay extra). As for food, it was mediocre. My room is facing a brick wall under a road side, I had to pay extra for AC that isn't cold and only cools one room. There is also shortage of toiletries. Service is pretty good, staff is friendly and bubbly, make me laugh and they try to make sure we are okay. I only find that some of the workers struggle to understand English (not good). Location is fantastic! Shops, restaurants, supermarket and beach are in close proximity with the hotel (no need for taxi if u enjoy walking). Would I come back? Don't think so.

Wasn’t very happy with my room for my two week stay, when I first arrived I went to charge my phone and the plug socket was hanging out the wall but decided to look past it, next day I was about to use the drinking glasses in the cupboard for the first time and their was lipstick stains all over them which I too looked over and just bought some plastic cups, the next issue was the towels all of them but one had black stains all over and even when I had them swapped the fresh ones had makeup stains on, and after all that I found a blood stain on the mattress and the toilet button fell off the wall and there was still toothpaste stains in the mouthwash glass next to the sink.
This all happened within a matter of 3/4 days and so decided to go down to reception to complain as there was to many problems going on with the room and the two people on reception not sure of their names but it was a younger looking man and woman an they where just straight up rude didn’t give a care in the world when I told them everything that was wrong with the room and only ended up sending someone up to fix the toilet button not even the socket that was still hanging out the wall. Overall the stay was shocking and I’ll never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone the only positive I have to say about this place is the housekeeping staff who where very helpful and nice but apart from that we where having issues more or less everyday with the room.
The air conditioning is also £6 a day as I was told or £84 for 2 weeks though when I asked the receptionist if I could pay for ac for my last 3 days I was refused saying you have to pay for the whole two weeks or however long your duration is so there is a miss communication their because they refuse to allow you to pay £6 a day to choose when you want the ac it’s all just to get as much money out of you as possible. And coming from someone who works in a hotel back home these standards where horrific I didn’t go expecting a 5 star hotel but I did expect a clean function room at least

Big shout out to Emery the jeweler owner. Great help, honest as they come and would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from him which I did.
Each day he would say hello and genuinely cared about our stay and gave some great advice.
For the cost I'd come again and whilst not a 5 Star hotel I've no complaints at all for the money.
Aircon only in the bedroom and £6 per day.

Can get haircut and massage in hotel all very reasonable.

Well we’ve come to the end of our two weeks holiday in Marmaris . We’ve been staying at the Alenz suite. This is our 4th time here and never ever had any issues in the past. This time is completely different. Where do I start ? Firstly we upgraded to half board paying an extra £220 each there were five of us one person was only here for a week so she did five days for £115. This meant we could have what we wanted off the menu breakfast and evening meal. When it came to ordering was constantly told don’t have this don’t have that end of season don’t have desserts end of season. Oh but you can have a plain pancake or some bubblegum icecream. False advertising springs to mind. Five or six times we sent meals back because they were stone cold only for them to wash the steaks and reheat them. We knew they were the same steaks because we had cut into them before sending back. Also waiting 15 to 20 mins for drinks to be told no coke no lime no Fanta end of season . Waiters too busy flirting with young girls to bother clearing tables or taking orders. One waiter ordered a vodka and coke which was buy one get one free and stood at the end of the bar drinking them then added them to the bill of the people on the next table too us. Enough was enough I complained to rakman the restaurant manager he offered us three more days tickets for breakfast and evening meal and said he would make sure everything was ok from now on. As Steph had only five days tickets she agreed on a bottle of vodka as she was going home which he gave her that evening . When it came to us using the last ticket on Thursday evening I asked him if he had sorted more tickets for the next three days he said I’m not allowed to do it. How can he go back on his word and say he wasn’t aloud to do it when he had already given Steph the vodka. That was the food situation . No Sunbed’s as towels on all beds even though people weren’t on them. Not that I was that bothered as I prefer the beach but just want to let people know. Constant fighting between couples that couldn’t handle their drinks wife’s girlfriend’s been punched furniture been thrown in rooms. And the worst is yet to come I had two rings and two bracelets stolen out of my room my son had six vapes stolen. When we went to report it they said it was our word against there’s they looked at cameras only saw cleaners come in but nothing they could do. They said we could phone the police but we would need to pay for an interpreter and that the police wouldn’t do anything anyway. It was only costume jewellery apart from one ring was an old engagement ring but that’s not the point in the 30 plus years I have been coming to Marmaris nothing as ever happend like this before. Management said you should have used the safe. Why would you put vapes and costume jewellery in a safe ? I spoke to the deputy manager on Friday explained everything that had gone on she apologised and said she would speak with the manager as he wasn’t here he said we could have free breakfast but not evening meal nothing about the items that had been stolen. We didn’t take them up on the breakfast they could stick it where the sun don’t shine. The only decent place in this hotel is the hairdressers Julia and speedy are great people I have been going to them on numerous occasions when staying here the staff working for them are lovely polite friendly people as well. Carlos is the only decent waiter in the hotel . Management couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery they should be ashamed of themselves. We have elderly friends staying here ron who is 81 as just had a hip replacement they put them in a room that is flooding every time they had a shower. After numerous visits to reception by sandy 76 they finally decided to fix it. By putting a piece of wood at an angle between the toilet and shower. And guess what , yes it still floods . It’s a joke. The hotel is only interested in profit and not the guests .
