Here at the moment fabulous location right in centre of old town benidorm, smaller hotel than most which I like too. Food good selection not loads but absolutely enough. Probably plates could be warmer but only that. The bedrooms are a bit funky they all have open bathrooms and for this reason only I would not return. No door on shower no place to get dried other than in the room itself. Credit to them at least loo does have a door but yes you have guessed its glass. I now know how Sticky Vicky feels it's like being on bloody stage 😂😂😂😂😂

Just returned from staying at this hotel April 2024. Staff are excellent always ready to please. Location brilliant too plus entertainment
However the rooms we believe are quite open to accidents and are badly designed. There is a glass partition between the bed and wash basin which leaves the floor wet. The toilet has a smoked glass door which gives you no privacy and at night when visiting the toilet a few guests have walked into the glass partition when going back to bed.
Just be careful
They do not cater for vegetarians I had to order a hot meal at night specially as there wasn't any laid out apart from salad although that sometimes hand me6et in and the soup was not vegetarian every night. So beware vegetarians

Just back from a week long stay at Agua Azul in Benidorm.
We walked into the reception area to very friendly staff, check-in took less than 5 minutes and we were on our way to our room,
The hotel is absolutely spotless and i dont mean just a bit clean i mean you could eat your dinner off any surface in the place, its a true credit to the cleaning staff that clean the hotel.
The rest of the staff are really friendly as well, everyone has a smile and always welcome to see you.
Food in the restaurant is very tasty, its buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner and while not a massive selection there was always something to cater for all needs, while we didn't have any dietary requirements we did see other guest that did and the staff seemed to cater for them very well. We stayed for 7 nights and never ate the same thing twice for dinner.

Returned home yesterday after 9 nights, Great hotel made our stay as not keen on benidorm itself..very clean throughout, staff was all pleasant and nothing too much trouble, food was amazing fresh and refilled as soon as trays was emptied, really tasty and meat was the tenderest we have ever had (hats off to the chefs) .
Different entertainment throughout the evening from tribute acts, solo singers duo's, dancers and and much more, activities done during the day by hotel staff, if going all inclusive all top branded drinks were included, never had much of a wait at the bar staff very efficient never showed any stress or pressure they was all calm (not running around like headless chickens) we felt relaxed . our only criticism is that there was light around room door from the corridor, a flashing light all night from smoke alarm (i am a light sleep) only ever 2 smaller than normal milk pots left in our rooms each day and never no water BUT you only have to ask at reception and bar for large water bottles and we also asked at bar for a cup of milk and took it to our rooms .. beds are comfortable we had a delux room at the rear where the sun gets around 4pm till about 7pm which suited us, we are smokers and ashtrays are on balconies, you can smoke sitting at tables with your drinks outside near the pool. Shame we didn't like benidorm as we would of made this our go to hotel 😢

I've visited this place for the fifth time in the past seven years. The location, cost, amenities, and music, among other things, are all factors I consider. Some newcomers have expressed concerns about the glass partition in the room. However, it's not a significant issue; you can simply navigate around it or place a chair to avoid it. Despite this, the glass partition is the primary reason why two couples have decided not to return. Nevertheless, I plan to come back next year.
