This resort exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and incredible service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views. The food was delicious with plenty of options. Great entertainment team!
Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect destination. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had — I absolutely do not recommend this place.
This was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. There is zero respect, terrible service, and the staff are completely untrained in how to treat guests properly.
Here’s what happened:
1. My son fell and hit his head – no medical help at all:
My son fell and hit his head, so I rushed to the reception asking for help and where the clinic was. The receptionist completely ignored me and kept talking to a foreign guest. When I asked again, he replied coldly, saying “to the left,” knowing full well the clinic was closed.
I went to the clinic and, as expected, it was shut with no doctor present. I came back angry and shouting, and only then did someone bother to call the doctor. He showed up 10 minutes later and said my son needed a CT scan.
2. No support with transportation:
There was a private vehicle dropping off other guests, so we asked to use it to get to the hospital. No one from the hotel offered any help or even thought to arrange transportation for us.
When we got in the car and tried to leave, security refused to open the gate, saying he needed permission — and he didn’t even have a walkie-talkie to contact anyone!
The place is not equipped for emergencies, and no one will help unless you’re a foreigner spending lots of money.
3. The food was awful:
The food was terrible — bad quality and horrible taste. What’s worse was the attitude of the restaurant staff, especially toward Egyptian guests.
They acted annoyed like we were a burden. One of the staff at the pasta section literally threw the food onto the plates with zero manners.
4. Rude checkout experience:
During check-out, the staff cut off the wristband aggressively, as if they were afraid I’d sneak some food or drinks before leaving. It was so rude and uncalled for.
5. Very slow check-in:
We waited far too long to get our room. And when I asked for a baby cot, they brought a broken, disgusting crib that was completely unusable.
6. The beach was overcrowded and unfairly managed:
The beach was packed, and all the umbrellas were reserved for foreigners. Egyptians couldn’t find a spot, and it was obvious the staff were prioritizing non-Egyptian guests.
⸻
Final verdict:
This place is awful in every way — the service, the food, the cleanliness, and the safety. I would never recommend it to anyone, especially not to Egyptian families with children. If you’re not a foreigner spending a lot, they simply don’t care about you.

The hotel was fantastic. I really loved the beautiful green spaces where you could take a walk and enjoy the lovely greenery and flowers. We tried all the restaurants, and our favorites were the Italian and Indian ones.
The beach was wonderful, with fine sand. I especially appreciated the large umbrellas that provided plenty of shade. It was also very convenient that there was a restaurant right by the beach where we could have lunch.
We were extremely impressed by the guest relations officer, Mahmut, who was always available for us and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We are also deeply grateful to the restaurant manager, who, after learning that we are vegetarians, came every day to check if we had eaten well and whether we would like something specially prepared for us.
The reception staff were also especially kind and helpful.
I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly visit again.

We liked the hotel a lot. Great work of all the staff, wonderful location, delicious and abundant food. Every day at dinnertime there were dishes that really impressed. Perfect animation team which didn't let us get bored ever.

I stayed at Caribbean World Resort Soma Bay recently, and while there were a few nice aspects, overall the experience didn’t live up to expectations for a 5-star resort.
The hospitality was genuinely amazing – staff were warm and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the food quality was quite disappointing, and didn’t reflect what you’d expect from a resort of this standard. The service was okay, not the best, but not terrible either.
What really left a bad taste was being charged 110€ for towel cards, despite the fact that the towels were in the room. That felt unfair and left us ending the trip on a negative note.
Would I return? Probably not. But I can still say the stay had some enjoyable moments.
