Decided to take my family here for Holiday. I am completely amazed by the quality of the place, the food was amazing, clean and loads of fun activities to do. Staff deserve praise, they are very kind and helpful, especially Anna who helped me and my family with enquiries and gave us tips on what should we do. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see Anna again, her customer service is on another level! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have great time.

Never book a resort. Much better experience if you got to booking.com and book a hotel on there. It’s so over crowded here, coming for breakfast/lunch/dinner is a mission. And the food is 3/5. - I rather spend 100-200 more and ensure I eat good through out my holiday. Only highlight is it is next to the beach, has a gym and spa. Rooms are nice and clean and quiet.

There is really only one word to describe this hotel: vast. The place is absolutely huge and anyone without a good sense of direction will get lost at least once there. That being sad the place is gorgeous and the service is amazing. The interior design does need a bit of a refurbishment, but that does not affect the experience of the place. It has a ridiculous amount of swim pools and bars with snacks spread throughout so one does not need to move much to get food or drink. Some bars did go out of glasses far too quickly, but it is understandable the logistic to keep all bars stacked with glasses might not be so easy to achieve. The food was varied and did cater for most needs. Only constructive criticism is the he lack of allergens information on the dishes which could easily be done. Totally recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Great place overall pools are freezing cold. Does need some attention in some areas but clean. Food very repetitive. There is plenty places to get food even if you have a fussy child/adult. Staff very helpful. Have to get a dolomus or taxi places or if your capable walk to white city which is about 10mins walk. Overall a good place to stay. We went 28th Oct and it was still 26 degrees but cooler at night but certainly not cold

What an incredible place for holiday makers! The whole experience was really amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was delicious, lots of fun areas for kids. Would definitely comes back here and would recommend 100% to anyone wish to have a fantastic holiday.

Great location, great staff, great service. Can’t fault the cleanliness or quality of food. As a single traveler (all inclusive) celebrating my 40th I can say this stay has exceeded my expectations. I was looked after very well and fully recommend. I would like to point out it wasn’t as loud or lively as I’d expected and I also didn’t encounter any bugs not even a single cockroach. I throughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints at all. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality 😻🫶💋

I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

My husband and I had a lovely week all inclusive. The bar staff were fab and accommodating with different cocktails. Food was basic and repetitive but well Presented. Pool areas were great. Be aware that the sun on main pool is probably on pool from 10 until 3pm. (In January) quite central to bars, restaurants, chemist and supermarkets. overall enjoyed the week. Thank you

Cockroach infested, all the staff are lovely except one women on reception with short grey hair who treated us horrible, we had to phone jet 2 to help us as we where a group of 3 sisters and one is disabled. We like to party but This is a party hotel but the rooms are so loud we luckily had a massive fan noise on our room that acted as white noise to block out the banging and shouting but it really is gross, We used the cups to catch the cockroaches but couldn’t catch them all we didn’t unpack anything until we got home in the garden to make sure we didn’t bring anything back. Apart from staff another good thing was the shower and the water pressure but we had to sleep/ not sleep because of the noise with the lights on so we could catch the cockroaches. After the 3rd day we got sick of taking photos of them but I’ll share a few. I wouldn’t like to stay here again, it’s just too many bugs man

Now this place is far from perfect, however most of its faults are caused by the clientele. It is a decent place , pool and sun beds are good , rooms comfy and whilst not top notch they are fine with all you need . We were ai , breakfast good , lunch and diner a bit hit and miss but generally food was ok/ good . Ate out several evenings for a change . Beer was ok , coke was awful and the mrs purchased bottles of coke to go with her vodka , cocktails ok . Most staff miserable , entertainment man was a waste of time , did nothing to get people involved . Indoor barman funny and happy and love chucking ice and catching it in the cup behind his back ! Slept well beds comfy , disturbed only one night by drunken Scots but you get them anywhere , normally drunk and 🥵 sunburnt ! The old saying you get what you pay for , those who slate it really need to pay double and go somewhere better .

The all-inclusive meals were satisfactory, offering a good variety, although I found the selection of fresh salads, soups, and cheeses somewhat limited. The bar offered an exceptional wine selection and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The elevators were slow. The room was well-equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, and other necessities, and it featured a pleasant balcony. The hotel's location was excellent, being in the town centre and just five minutes from the beach. Overall, I would certainly consider returning.

Location is great food has been acceptable mostly Spanish elderly guests that stay here. Hotel could do with a good update. Very tired looking in areas. The bathroom smells like most of the guests have been sharing our room to take a poop, drain smell is awful!!!!! Kids entertainment room is really good modern and free gaming with staff to monitor the little ones whilst in the younger play area. This facility was really good. Most of the staff were great apart from one. Anita one of the bar staff who is miserable and likes to be rude to the kids when they are playing in the magic cafe. And when asking for a drink you would think you had just told her one of her family members have past away. Yes I don’t think bar work should be her allocated position. Anyway the hotel resembles the Cecil hotel from the Netflix documentary, check it out that will sum the place up better than I have.

The hotel is clean. Great location. Close to the beach, park, bus stops and the train station. Our room was ok. The weather in January was excellent. All the members of the staff were very kind and helpful. We would like to thank Katya for helping the Polish tourists, Anita for providing us with bus/train timetables (and great drinks!:), Ali, Ivan and all the other bartenders for the most amazing drinks. You made our little winter holidays special. Thank U:) Room 421.

Leaving tmrw night/early Wed morning. Rooms are spotless, cleaners come every day and they are very polite and respectful. Reception - brilliant. We eat/ate our breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on -2 floor - food was very good and something for all age groups (I am traveling with my toddler and two teenagers). We have a room on third floor, park view. Lidl 35min walk, supermarket 3min walk, playground and park around the corner, pharmacies 5-10min walk (we used Doctorsa for my toddler bc we needed antibiotics for her), beach (old town) about 5min walk, McDonalds -5min walk (their menu is so much better than UK one). Mostly Spanish guests which is good because it makes this hotel great for families with children. I saw some reviews saying about bad smell - flush ur toilet as soon as u arrive and first thing in the morning and it will go away - same issue at UK hotels (old buildings) so its not a big deal. A/C works very well. TV has multiple channels incl Eng. Fridge keeps everything cool (even better than the one I have at home haha). Water pressure - very good, literally can jet wash yourself (in a good way). We havent tried out pool and top floor bar because we spent most of the days outdoors but might do it tomorrow (on our last day here). Defo coming back next year!

Overall our experience was great, lovely staff , great food; accommodation great. However on our last night our room flooded, the receptionist was rude, wasn’t bothered about helping us or others. Couldn’t move us rooms due to not having any available, only offered us towels for cleaning the water. No housekeeping sent to help. Had to move hotels. Put in a claim for them to lie on it saying they had offered us a room swap but I didn’t take it.

Absolutely awful staff are rude no English speaking staff so made it very difficult not interested in allergies which make it hard for me with an allergy child couldn’t feed him any evening except for chips no entertainment no kids club pools freezing cold drinks are awful when ever we asked about anything we was told end of season like we should have known there was nothing happening we ask for music to be put on in the evening just told outright no with no explanation no pool table games room or table tennis sport tent all cleared no kids entertainment. Absolutely ruined our holiday care more about weddings than holiday makes clapping in one of our party’s face completely shutting everyone down and being rude in general won’t be returning and I suggest if you are booked here you change hotels asap or get a refund! There travels safety certificates also expired last year!!! Steer clear please don’t give these people anymore money!

Do not stay at this hotel supposed to be all inclusive,,,, never no drinks at the bar only lager no snack bar food is absolutely shocking. Would not feed it to the wild bore up the street. rooms are very very dated with crack tiles all over the floor bathroom bodged. fridge don’t work, no English TV channels. flush in toilet does work so have to wash your stuff down with a bottle of water. no plugs in the bath or sink. room damp it’s a disgrace to say it is all inclusive hotel don’t waste your money. You would be better off sleeping at the side of the road in a tent

Overall, it was a nice hotel. Food was quite bland in taste, for me, but my Turkish bf liked it. Entertainment was not as expected, but given the time of year, there were hardly any customers, so I totally understand on the hotels part. The location was a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful beaches and Entertainment on the strip was good. I highly recommend going to Sweet Corner for food and night entertainment. They do a great full English/Scottish breakfast too, with real pork. Sweet Corner also provide a free travel service to and from thos hotel as they are in partnership with them!

Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled as I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager as I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no as it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go out most nights as was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and as we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!. The food was disgusting not much choice at all kids wasnt impressed at all and was very cheap when I did eat I felt sick, someone had told us last year alot of people got food poison eating from there, we ended up going next door most times to eat at Emporium or Pitstop which was nice food. Only good thing about that hotel is the staff in jewellery shop they were so nice and friendly and the cleaners were lovely to me. I wish I had paid a bit extra to stay at green nature resort and spa was which was next door they had so much more stuff to do in day and night and they had so many snacks at anytime. I could just go on about Pineta hotel but just be warned.

We came here during our holidays for the second time. After a week it was hard for us to leave again. The hotel is very nice and you quickly feel welcome. The staff is always super friendly and professional. We happily spent the evenings at the main bar enjoying the drinks and music. Even though they were always busy, they never forgot to smile and to make you feel welcome. For this they deserve a huge compliment. Again we were happy to have spent our holidays here. A huge thank you for the great time. Especially to Manos, Fabiola and Niki. We enjoyed our stay and surely will come again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless and offered excellent facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the service was a little slow at times, but this may have been due to it being out of season during our visit. Overall, a great experience

A very nice hotel, with an incredible beautiful area! When we entered the lobby of the hotel first impression wasn’t the best, it looked outdated, however the sight of the pool changed everything, the rest of the hotel is amazing! We were lucky to choose the best room with a pool, and this room also has special benefit as drink service at our sharing pool to the sunbed, the girl waiter was very polite and friendly. Overall, very relaxing holiday, we will definitely come again, maybe even later this season!

We have just returned from an amazing week at this hotel. We booked directly from their official website eoom and flights, and concierge contacted us and organized for us free shuttles, what was very convenient. Also I liked booking process of the theme restaurants, just online from the same website, one submit and we had all restaurants. By the way food there was much more better the in the main restaurant. The staff are fantastic, every one if them and the gardens superb. The hotel should be proud to have such team.

Where to start - read the reviews beforehand, take with a pinch of salt as always, and judge for myself! We were advised before arrival that there were works going on, tbh, I had to search to see where. They are re-doing the ground floor rooms in one of the buildings, but we were completely unaware from pool area or anywhere else, as no noise or mess. Our room was in the other building, yet to be renovated. Personally I do not find the 'bamboo' furniture offensive, matter of taste I guess. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Cleaned daily (if required), nice little balcony, I did bring a travel kettle and extension lead having read other reviews. Also the remote for TV and safe needed new batteries, which would have no doubt been rectified had we informed reception. Really can't find any real fault with our room.We were All inclusive, which can be a little 'samey' but food was always plentiful, fresh and tasty, had mussels on 3 occasions which was a real treat, noticed fish a couple of days, but not for me. Breakfast was good, everything you could want, even proper sausages 😂. The restaurant staff are very attentive, always cleaning and clearing tables.Now to the drinks - they certainly don't skimp on the alcohol, my liver can confirm! If you want 'named' booze, it comes at an extra cost, but for me, local spirits were great, also as someone else mentioned, the daily cocktails were good 😋 Wasn't too sure about the 1 euro cup charge, before arriving, but what a fantastic idea, saves waste and people return the cups rather than leaving empties all over the place. So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel (which would no doubt cost a LOT more) this is not for you, but if you want a good room, decent food and strong drinks at a very decent price, then this is the place for you!. The icing on the cake for me was that your AI bracelet wasn't whipped away at check out, as usually happens, nice touch 😊. I would not hesitate to return.Thank you for a great week. P.S. the pools were freezing, but what do expect in March?

Came for a 4 night break. Positives - room clean and freshly decorated. Plenty of sunbeds available. Quiet calm atmosphere. Handy shop on site that was reasonable prices. Not so Positives - pool was pretty small and freezing cold! Food was not great. Limited options and bland. Location was ok but 25 min walk to beach and bars etc. Hairdryer in room took forever to dry hair- should of really been updated with room. Need £20 deposit to borrow an iron. Also have to pay to use the safe in room and to use hotel beach towel. Not what I expect for all inclusive. Pool activities non existent. If the weather is cloudy which it was for us, there is very limited activities or places to be unless you leave hotel site. Sadly would not return here.

Decent Stay, But Avoid the Food We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The reception staff, especially Jose, were very polite and helpful, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth. The hotel itself is clean, but it does feel outdated, and the photos online are heavily filtered—so don’t expect a luxurious look. That said, for a 3-star hotel, you get what you pay for. The bed was big and comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Now, the biggest downside: the food. It was honestly awful—tasteless, overcooked, and not worth the all-inclusive option. You’re better off eating out, which is not only cheaper but also guarantees a decent meal. The only edible items were the fried eggs and bread rolls, and the coffee was just okay. Management should really CHECKED THE CHEF and taste the food if they want to attract more customers. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with friendly staff, this place is fine—but skip the food and dine elsewhere.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Friendly staff, room was spotless and comfortable, everywhere was so clean. The vibe from the hotel was warm and friendly. The food was good always good choices. I would definitely go back. About a 30 min walk into town but taxi only cost about €4 so no problem.

Spent 7days here and wished I had booked for more. Check-in was quick and easy Rooms very clean and bright , fresh towels every day. Restaurant although very busy was always clean. Food was good only one day out of seven I didn't eat in Restaurant. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Reception always on hand for any problem you might have. Women on guest service desk ( sorry can't remember your name) was extremely helpful. Thank you for a great holiday and can't wait to come back .

I recommend this place to every person that need to rest, because you don’t have to worry about anything here. Despite the rooms and location, the service was the best that I could get. The animators were friendly, there are many activities for kids and adults as well. The bartenders even though they had lots of work did their job perfectly, making sure that everyone is served, however I guess there is a lack of bartenders, because you could see them doing something for the whole time, without any rest. The food was also very good and the waitress crew was nice and helpful, sometimes even recommending particular dishes. I would definitely come back here. Special thanks to Semi, Lisa, Jasmine and the other animators and the bartender crew- I can’t remember their names, but these young guys are very helpful.

Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to sort out any problem quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was how kind and welcoming everyone was—always greeting us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. They even had a great sense of humor—so funny and easy to talk to, which added a special charm to our stay. I can confidently say that this team goes above and beyond, making the experience not just comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable. Special thank you for gentlemen Oguzhan in reception. He sorted all our problems during the holiday. All pool team and bartenders and the room cleaning service. Everything was great.

I stayed at the Blue Star Hotel recently and had a mixed experience. I had to move rooms early on because the walls are incredibly thin — you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms, which made it hard to relax. Thankfully, I was moved to the top floor where there were no neighbors, and it was much more peaceful. The staff are lovely — really friendly and clearly doing their best to keep things running smoothly. That said, the hotel itself shows signs of poor construction and maintenance. The balcony railings were wobbly and didn’t feel very safe, which was a bit concerning. There also haven’t been any Turkish pancakes all week, and it’s unclear whether that’s due to something being broken or just not available. Overall, it’s a cheap and cheerful kind of holiday — fine if you’re not expecting luxury, but there are definitely areas that need attention.

I just came back from my holiday in Blue Star Hotel which I spend with my family and I have to say that it was one of the best holidays I spend in Alanya. Staff was great very helpful and polite, funny and always give 100% . Food was delicious, a lots of choices. Rooms were always clean and we had great view. Swimming pool is big and has slides. I will definitely come back to this hotel like most of the tourist who once came , they coming back every year because there is great atmosphere, like in family, everyone enjoys and make sure to know each other. Funny talks beside swimming pool, dancing on the evening entertainment and taking part in the activities. Definitely come back there !!!! Thank you to all staff working there 🙏

Just returned from Alanya. 11 nights from 6th to 17th October. For a 4 star hotel and in relation to the price I think the hotel is exceptional. 10th trip to various locations in Turkiye and this hotel had the best quality and variety of food of any hotel we have stayed in. Don't believe the stories of food poisoning from another review because I was there at that time and it's nonsense. We are from England but the majority of the guests were from Poland or Russia but no problems whatsoever. Only downside was that the lifts are small and the bed mattress was a little dodgy on 1 side and the room safe is an extra £2 per day but these are minor issues. Massive bonus was no towels on the sunbeds for reservation and they were strict. Food was varied and very good. All staff had a great attitude. 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach (no 5 on Cleopatra beach). Shops in and right outside hotel. We booked excursions from outside the hotel (choice of 3 very near hotel) and paid very low prices. Overall great hotel for the price although some guests always end up with a dodgy room but not for us. Evening shows and entertainment every night except Sundays.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) HSM Canarios Park is a great choice for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway. The hotel offers good facilities, including spacious rooms, a clean pool, and a pleasant garden. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to meet guests' needs. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the breakfast is tasty, the variety is somewhat limited and can feel a bit repetitive during longer stays. Additionally, the restaurant can get crowded during peak hours, leading to slower service. Suggestion: It would be great to see more variety in the breakfast options and additional staff in the restaurant during busy times to avoid queues and delays. Overall, HSM Canarios Park offers good value for money and is suitable for a relaxing stay. With a few improvements, it could be even better!😊

We got a standard double room for 2 adults and 2 children which is fair to say wasn't adequate. Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks. Kids pool was really good and amazing way to spend a day, also the shuttle transfer to the beach was a plus, however any shops were about 25 minute walk away from the hotel and the shop in the hotel has barely anything in it so if you need something (which in our case was formula and nappies) it's some distance. Staff were trying to be helpful, particularly guys in reception, very good!

Good value and nice for a few night stay, music and entertainment in the evening. Had no safe key and they ask for a deposit to have a remote to use your tv There are some reviews on bad food but as a picky eater myself, there was always something to enjoy for breakfast lunch and dinner. Don’t recommend the milkshakes but had some nice cocktails.

Great value hotel. We had a lovely holiday with the children here. If you arrive with you’re paying for a 3* hotel in mind you won’t have any issues, I think some people think they’re at a 5* when leaving negative reviews. The food was lovely with lots to choose from, there was always something to eat and a good variety of meats. There was plenty to choose from with the drinks so no issues there. Lots of pools to choose from which was great with the kids, a lovely beach a walk away from the hotel and a park on the resort. The place was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel reception staff were great and very accommodating moving us room to one with a balcony upon request. My only issue with the hotel and our over all experience was the kids club staff, we found them to be very rude and some of the activities were at a charge, which is ok but if your don’t have cash there is no ATM on site. On our last day one of the kids club staff actually stood at the gate not letting anyone in unless they pay €10 for T-shirt making. There was no letting the children in just to play and not participate in the T-shirt making. I would have liked to of put 5* and resolved my issues at the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have time to speak with reception before my bus arrived. All in all we had a very positive experience here.

Very good overall experience! 1)Food & Drink Food was great and the menu is changing every day during the week. Plenty of meals to choose from and we always found something good to eat. (There is plenty of space for improvement in the desert section and also in the way the restaurant operates) Food was always tasty and fresh and also the restaurant working hours are a big advantage (you will never stay hungry or miss a meal). Variety of drinks at the bar Definitely worth it for the price and considering that this is a 3* hotel 2)Sometimes overcrowded The hotel has a very big accommodation capacity (rooms and beds for people to sleep) but during my stay there is seems that the services ( restaurant and bars and entertainment stage area ) are struggling to keep up. Staff working hard to please everyone and seen customers become a bit wild and inconsiderate by blocking other people's view. 3) Just as a suggestion towards the management next to the entertainment stage I would say that you need a few Bug/Fly killer ( electrical device to eliminate the bugs) 4) Entertainment Kids club/kids entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment staff is great and the kids can have loads of fun and have plenty of activities suitable for all ages/genders. Loads of activities and competitions for teenagers and adults as well. Different shows every night after the mini disco and bingo. I've seen a lot of areas that would need improvement and would help the hotel improve their customer service and improve the way the hotel operates and could be helpful. Great Place for Amazing Family-Friendly Stay at Serenity Alma Our stay at Serenity Alma was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—close to key attractions and easy to access, making our trip hassle-free. The highlight for us was the kids’ play area, which includes slides and plenty of space for children to enjoy themselves. It was a dream come true for our little girl The food was another standout feature. With a variety of delicious options, there was something for everyone, from fresh and healthy choices to indulgent treats. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly special. We have an amazing time here the staff is very helpful, the front desk is very professional and always asking how can they improve their service. There are many people inside the hotel offering services like fun activities, this people do not work for the hotel and I would advice you to check the same service on Booking.com. The Wi-Fi is not very good around the hotel, unless you get a room where you can get the 5G. The food was very good. My wife got a little sick and they have a nurse 24h on service, even they did not have the medication they send somebody to another hotel to get it at no extra cost. I have to say this action got my gratitude 🙏

My family and I recently stayed at this incredible resort in Hurghada, Egypt, and we absolutely loved it! There was so much to do, including an amazing aqua park and theme park for the kids – they had a blast! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The reception staff were always helpful, and the cleanliness of the entire resort was top-notch. A special mention to Adel, one of the cleaners, who always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

This is not a 5 star hotel, really dated, rooms require urgent refurbishment. Staff was okay but definetly not 5 star hotel experience. Food was okay but again they are far far away from 5 star, drinks are limited and cheap alcohols. We mostly enjoyed the clean sea and it was beatiful but we would no come back to stay at this hotel again. They are not up to standard to be 5 star hotel maximum 3 star.

Had an amazing holiday with the family here. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and always smiling. There are events throughout the day with entertainment and music. The food is absolutely delicious and that is coming from a picky eater. There seems to be everything for everyone, from gym, to pools, game room, mini golf and many others. I will strongly recommend

We spent there 9 nights and everything was great. Very friendly staff from the receptionists, to the cleaning ladies, kitchen managers, waitresses and spa ladies :) I have gluten intolerance and the kitchen manager was spoiling me with gluten free desserts every day! Also they were super accommodating towards our small baby with special food requests. The room was cleaned everyday, it was perfect. And the own beach was a highlight:) thank you 😊

We spent six nights at the hotel in a standard double room, which fell far short of what one would expect from a 4-star property. The room had an outdated, unattractive bathroom and an air-conditioning unit from the 1980s that failed to cool the space. After complaining and threatening to leave, we were upgraded to a bungalow. The bungalow was much nicer, with functional air-conditioning that made the 30-degree heat and high humidity bearable. The animation was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. It catered almost exclusively to French tourists, with activities conducted in French and even French flags prominently displayed, which felt excessive. Some of the animators were rude and poorly behaved; one even had the audacity to put out a cigarette at our table while we were eating. The kids’ club was another low point. The young staff members seemed inexperienced and ill-equipped to manage children properly. My daughter sustained multiple cuts on her neck from another misbehaving child, and the staff failed to inform us. They treated her injuries themselves and left it at that. We only learned about the incident when we picked her up. After we complained, the hotel manager issued an apology, but no further action was taken. The food was decent, with a variety of options at the buffet. However, the single restaurant serving the entire hotel led to overcrowding during peak times, which diminished the dining experience. The highlight of our stay was the hotel staff—particularly the waiters and cleaning crew. They were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Kudos to them for their excellent service.

We had a great week at Sol Marina Beach this summer. We loved our little apartment, sitting by the pool, playing in the splash pool, and the fabulous food. Manos and the restaurant team were amazing, especially with our daughter who is dairy-free. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to come again next summer! We can’t wait.

Excellent hotel! Our very spacious room was facing the road and park, away from the noise of the pool, which suited us well. It had a nice balcony, furnished with a table and 2 chairs. It had also a very clever devise for drying cloth. The Being in the sunlight almost all day long was an extra bonus. The choice and quality of food on offer was extraordinary. The hotel is only a short walk away from beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely quiet week here in January. The hotel is great with a central pool area, plenty of sun loungers, and kept spotlessly clean. Very spacious, well equipped rooms which are cleaned every day and fresh towels given. The half board option was brilliant. Food plentiful and varied, topped up regularly. Great experience! If you are planning go to Corralejo, definitely book a room here and enjoy your stay. What we love the most about this place: 1. Staff - professionals that are nice, friendly, trying to help and always smile 2. Animation - love this voice and music at the pool everyday starting from 10 30 3. Food and drinks - fresh, tasty, lots of different kinds 4. Pool - even if the water is not heated , still like the fact that the main pool is big enough to train swimming 5. Hotel is great, food fantastic, I've never been to an all inclusive where the food is actually the bit I look forward too. Pool are good but very cold during the winter months. Staff amazing and they do friendly game competitions throughout the day. I would give 5 stars but the reception desk is a joke they only have one computer and takes ages for them to do anything.

Just enjoyed a 7 day all-inclusive holiday with my son. The Playa Park was a good option for our trip. We booked privately via an OTA and did flights and transfers separately too as we wanted particular flight times not available. On arrival, reception could have been more welcoming. We noticed the later shift staff were more helpful when dealing with our queries etc. We got given our silver 🥈 wrist bands for access to food and inclusive drinks and we were not disappointed. The room was in B2 on the 1st floor overlooking the pool and it was great. We had a desperate lounge so my son could sleep on the sofa bed. TV was available with several terrestrial channels for each European guest. Good hairdryers and irons in room. Housekeeping were all efficient, servinging daily. We also got robes and slippers. Food was mostly served in the bigget restaurant. Always busy but plenty of choice and food was mostly well cooked and interesting. Loads of salads and fruit too. On draft wines, beer and soft drinks. On one night we dined in the Italian A La Carte but it was mainly a buffet with the limited choice of mains being cooked to order (salmon or steak). The only thing they could improve is the dessert options. Typically very average (lots of sponge cakes with fake cream and colourings) and fresh fruit. I was expecting something Italian in the a la carte (like Tiramisu or Afagato ) but we just got the same buffet desserts. The service is excellent and the tables are cleared and turned around frequently. The pool area was lovely and we also used the infinity pool on the top floor of the Zensation building. There is also a spa which we didn't use on this trip. Evening entertainment was fine. Bingo and children's games, later night singers and Karaoke was popular. There is also a singer or musician who plays by the pool in the early evenings. We also did a brilliant 4 hour catermaran boat trip to Lobos with Fuertecharter which we really enjoyed. Just make sure the company pick you up on time as they forgot about us, which made the boat slightly late leaving. These trips and others can be booked at the hotel by various reps etc. In terms of anything Playa Park could improve....better desserts in buffet and a la carte. Top Tip - Upgrade to a 'superior' junior suite in the Zensation building...newer, quieter, more refined and balconies face the afternoon / evening sun. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Correlajo, 20 minutes walk to the main drag. It's a good walk from decent beaches but we didn't need those as the hotels facilities were perfect. Overall, a great stay and would use the hotel again. Friendly, helpful staff.

I had an amazing 10 day holiday at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort! I would rate it 5/5 but the terrible WiFi connection brings it down 1 mark. WiFi is nonexistent at this resort although it states there is WiFi throughout the hotel. Apart from this, I have no complaints - I loved my stay at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort! The cleanliness is unmatched and I always saw staff constantly cleaning, moping and sweeping the grounds. The gardens are beautiful and the gardeners are seen daily trimming bushes. All of the staff were phenomenal and a true credit to the hotel but my favourite by far was Abdulrahman Yahya at the hotel, he mainly worked in restaurant Paranorma. He was always so friendly and accommodating. He had a smile on his face whenever I saw him and he really cared about his job and making all the customers happy! The shops located in the resort were also amazing, especially Medo in the supermarket and the man in the perfume shop. They all made my stay amazing from start to end! Big shout out to the senior supervisor Ahmed as well for helping us during check in! Also Memo from the entertainment team was insane!!! His energy and passion for dancing is so clear and he made our evenings! Thank you all for a great stay.

So visited in October half term, the weather was lovely, the sea was only rough for one day which meant the shallow snorkel section had very poor visibility but was still able to be used. The sea beach aqua park while very suited to the British with the great animation team the buffet food is unfortunately very Russian, Eastern European, kids were happy with pizza and fries but I did struggle most nights to come up with some kind of meal. It was often very mixed and matched. Tipping in the restaurant will see you get a seat straight away, it was very busy at times but we didn’t have to wait. The salad selection wasn’t great either and I could never find any cheese other than on a morning. But we never went hungry that’s for sure. Food by the beach was the best for lunch times! The staff are brilliant and the local beer wasn’t actually that bad. Avoid the bar queues by giving a good tip! £20 should see you right for the week for table service. Security do a good job of keeping the tours away. Don’t pay more than £30 for the banana boat. You can get it for that trust me you’ll wear them down over the week! Rooms were cleaned daily we had two rooms for the five of us and they were located close to each other, plenty of space but the shower was always cold in both rooms. We did not get bitten until the last night when we spent most of the time in reception waiting for the transfer. All in all we had a blast and although we are coming back in April we had decided to stay at another hotel.

This was my second time traveling to Sharm El Sheikh and I really liked it. The service, staff, food, amenities were just perfect for the money I paid. The most incredible thing is that we left one of our bags at the hotel when checking out and realized about it just before boarding the plane. There was no chance to get back and grab it. Nevertheless, thanks to professionalism of the staff, the bag was found and delivered to my country safely. Thank you very much, guys.

So after a bit of a rough first night this hotel has been alright! I booked the holiday from on the beach for the bargain price of £2500 a week before flight we were under the impression we get what we are given and make of it what we can! When we arrived at the hotel we were given a one room apartment with 3 single beds for 4 of us. Roughed it through the first night then went to reception in the morning and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite for £20 a night :) The pools here are clean, life guards play attention and make everyone feel safe. The aqua park is great fun and an absolute delight for our two boys 11 & 9. All facilities are clean and working. There is obviously a fairly big building project happening around the hotel grounds but this doesn’t affect on the holiday at all. My biggest downfall and from looking at all other reviews it’s a common thing is the food. It’s so hit or miss I don’t understand. Some evenings I have so many choices of good quality fresh food to suit my tastes. Other nights it’s a struggle to find something sensible to eat. Staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you which kind of makes the food bearable. Overall. This hotel has more than met the expectations of the cost spent on the holiday.

Second time in this hotel. The hotel is not operating under the Labranda brand anymore. There are improvements in the food and service compare to the first time. The beach is clean. The weather wasn't great, but we made the best out of it. The animators are full of energy and motivation. Reception staff very helpful. Staying here for the second time.. first was absolutely brilliant when it was still Lebranda.. now it's Blue bay things have changed for the worse in my opinion! No order to the restaurant like there used to be and it's like a free for all as soon as the doors open! TVs in room have no signal half of the time and when they work it's all in German! Yes I'm on holiday but the kids like to watch cartoons in the room.. Said they will send someone to fix them but nobody has been yet??? Kids running feral around the hotel and my mother was holding my daughter who isn't even 2 years old yet and nearly got knocked into the pool on a night by them messing around.. no parents in sight! Staff are friendly but don't seem to care.. Supposed to have entertainment tonight Wednesday, magic act.. nothing happened! So we went to our rooms as kids were bored! Put a do not disturb sign on the door for people to go past shouting and clapping to take the piss..not great after getting here early hours of the bloody morning! They used to actually make an effort and serve you with Gyros ect during the day but now it's help yourselves! Drink was spilt on our table and worker just went past collecting the glasses then just told us to get a towel from the bar to clean it.. not our job love!!! Very disappointed from the last time we came! Opinions vary but my personal opinion is that it's not worth it especially with the €70 per room you have to pay in tax so for us was €140 on top of everything else of course! My mother was put in anex building and all i can say is it's like a youth hostel in there so had to let her come and sleep in one of our rooms in main building.. which is out of order! If we come to Rhodes again we will be staying somewhere else! Another thing.. cot we were provided had a massive hole in the bottom and they just put a mattress on the top to hide it!!

Some very dubious reviews popping up on here from the last few days / week which are obviously not recent. The reality is as of right now the resort must have recently opened and is in a real need of repair. I’ve attached photos against the brochure just show. The staff here are most great and are trying to lift the mood with the tools available to them. It’s worth saying the weather here is bad at the moment, and that is not the fault of the hotel at all. The state of Disrepair is. Some pools not open. The water park opened for one day and only partially with repairs being performed on day of opening. Some of the blocks of the resort are under maintenance. The play area is close to needing being replaced entirely. The rooms whilst aged, are clean. The TV’s seem to have no remote, but I’m not trying to to watch TV. :) The kids club does not open. The food Is fine. Very repetitive and the meat is average at best. Get out and eat at a proper Greek restaurant if you can. It feels like there is a tight budget being operated against so things like drinks at dinner and service at bars is quite limited and at busy periods results in large queues. Some pools are quite dirty perhaps due to weather and some areas just have random broken stuff laying on the ground.

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and comfortable, the pool was nice, clean, and warm. The poolside bar was excellently staffed by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Always smiling, always friendly, and always ready to accommodate any, reasonable, request. They made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best part of the hotel however they have lights hanging off inside the pool and the children's pool is full of debris and needs to be cleaned regularly. The pool bar staff are brilliant and really friendly. The bar in the evening is very slow and needs more staff for the amount of guests in the hotel. The eveing entertainment is rubbish they might aswell just not bother! The decor is very dated with old manky carpets running through the corridors. I will say the food is lovely and changes everyday so your not eating the same things all the time. This hotel definitely needs to be down graded to a 3 star and stop leading people to believe it's a 4 star online!!!

Positives: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean (but cold). Outside is better than the inside and the grounds were well kept. Negatives: We went for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned, the bedding wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels until I complained - twice. There were also cockroaches in the room. The food was disgusting and lukewarm and flies kept landing on it all as it wasn't covered. For a 4* hotel I expected the food to be at least adequate but it truly wasn't. The entertainment wasn't the best but we were out of season. It is located on the beach but there is no access directly and its very rocky. The indoor pool is even colder than the outside which seemed odd. The all inclusive drinks don't include Latte, milkshake, hot chocolate etc and u have to pay separately for those. To keep it's 4* rating it needs completely refurbishing inside and new chefs/food choices.

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. The sevice was good there was always staff at the desk to help you. Entertainment was great loved it the day and evening. Good Location it’s near where you can walk to shops or have lunch or dinner out or go out in the evening to have a drink

I have been to many 5* star resorts over the past couple of years, and this is definitely not a 5* hotel. The room itself is quite lovely, although the hotel itself seems to not be maintained sufficiently which makes it look rather tired. The WiFi is pretty much non-existent at times and at certain parts of the hotel. The food is very repetitive and seems to be the same frozen foods day-in and day-out. I was even sick on one of the nights from it. Although, overall, we did have a nice stay but unfortunately we wouldn't revisit this resort.

Horrible trip and would not recommend. Got sick from the food as we only ate here, food poisoning on plane home was horrific. Every night incredibly loud music right outside our room so could not sleep, even with sound cancelling headphones you could hear it loudly. Staff did not care one bit and refused to even consider moving us to a different room, rudely spoken down to by what seemed to be the only English speaking receptionist. Felt robbed of my time and money when I returned home, but very relieved to be anywhere but Ramada Akubuk.

Hotel is okay, room are not cleaned to the best standards, bathroom taps haven’t been cleaned once or bathroom sides or any of the sides in the room, the entertainment staff are pleasant as are most of the staff, unfortunately there are plenty of cats around the complex which a lot of people think it’s okay for their kids to chase and kick, sorry but this is not somewhere I would come again and I definitely wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this hotel

This is my first time at this hotel in Akbük, Didim. The hotel is nice, and the food is great, but what really made my holiday special was the staff. I especially want to commend the lady at reception who helped me swap my room without any issues. I went to the beach every day, and the facilities at the beach are excellent. The pool bar and restaurant offer delicious food as well. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are well-trained, particularly Adem, İbrahim, and Özcan from security. They were so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping customers. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude made a real difference. The shuttle driver also provided excellent service, with shuttles running every 20 minutes between the beach and the hotel. He was always welcoming and delivered exceptional customer service. Overall, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made this experience unforgettable for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is reasonable and suits all budgets.

I felt obliged to write a review. I think people with bad experiences take their time and people with good experiences don't bother to rate. I spent a week from October 9th to 16th with my partner and seeing these before reviews, I completely panicked. I was scared, afraid of where to sleep, what to eat and sad about my vacation.  I'll never believe the reviews again. I warn you in advance, according to European standards, it's not a 5-star hotel. But hotels are rated on the quantity of services provided, not their ""quality"". I paid a price of 600€ per person with flights+transfers+7 nights. (Di vakantie discounter website) And it was spectacular. Although the food was different and I was afraid of it, it was a cultural thing, I had lots of fresh food and plenty of variety. Fruit, desserts, stewed meat... delicious baklavas!!! The hotel welcomed us at 3am and gave us two sandwiches straight away.  They spoke very little English, but enough for us to understand each other. The room was spacious and there were no fancy sheets or fancy things like people expect. I had the basics and a comfortable bed. The sound starts around 9am/10am but my room was further away from the pool, so it didn't bother me at all if i wanted to sleep until late. Activities every night, the pool was spectacular, the spa too and the bus that takes you to the beach, also with another part of the hotel with food and pools, also spectacular. Always and active days, including a lot of families and children's. If you want to relax and enjoy, feel free. Are you expecting a quiet and peaceful hotel? Forget it. This hotel is full of activities and fun! I loved it and intend to return. For the nasty comments about the food, I've attached all the photos I took. I saw lots of staff working shifts of 12 hours. Let's be humble and understand that it's not always possible to exceed our expectations. Be human and respect them. Many of them were exhausted, but they were still there doing their best to make sure we had a good vacation. I'd like to mention that I had the opportunity to go to Kos (Greece) and Pamukkale thanks to the excursion company that was there. It was an incredible experience! I recommend it! I recently stayed at Barceló Tiran Sharm, and while some aspects were great, others were disappointing. Check-in & First Impressions Upon arrival, the reception staff were professional and welcoming. However, I was surprised when they immediately offered us a paid room upgrade—before we had even seen our assigned room. This made me wonder if there was something wrong with the standard rooms. We declined, as the website showcased beautiful rooms, so why pay extra for something you already expect to be nice? Once we finally got our keys and entered the room, it was quite outdated—nothing like the website photos. The bedding was worn out, with visible fabric pilling from overuse. The room also didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Since we were tired from a late arrival, we just went to sleep. The next day, after leaving a tip for housekeeping, the room was properly cleaned, and we were given new, comfortable bedding. Food & Drinks The food was repetitive, with not much variety. Lots of plain salads, but enough to keep you fed. Drinks at the beach bar were great, and the bar staff were fantastic—friendly and welcoming. Biggest Disappointment The pool was under refurbishment, and at no point before arrival were we informed that it would be completely unavailable. This was frustrating, as a pool is a major part of a beach resort experience. What Made the Trip Worth It? The animation team! They were the true highlight of the stay, keeping guests entertained throughout the day and evening. Special thanks to Zarina, Ksysha, Regina, Saio, Hamza, and Rob—they truly know how to keep guests engaged and motivated. Would I Return? Yes, despite the issues with the room and food. The entertainment team and beach bar staff made up for the shortcomings. However, management should be more transparent about room quality and any ongoing renovations.

Well what can I say. What a great holiday we had here. Our rooms were upgraded because I believed we had booked sea view rooms but apparently they were side sea view to which I was not happy however Olga the customer relations manager upgraded us to sea front rooms and she was very helpful to me before and during the holiday. Our rooms were clean and spacious and our cleaner Ahmed was a lovely man and looked after us well. The food was Amazing lots of different selections to choose from . My daughter who is gluten free was looked after well by the restaurant manager Waleed and head chef who even brought partner some special vegetables when he heard him asking for vegan meals. Our waiter Mostafa couldn’t do enough for us! Only downside is you do not get your full 7 days all inclusive as we arrive about 7-8 at night on the Saturday and on the following Saturday check out was at 12 and they cut your ands off so we couldn’t access the food and drinks. They did allow us to keep one room for free until 3pm and allowed us to eat lunch at the restaurant. First time in Egypt and the hotel staff made it enjoyable for us They views were Amazing too! A special shout out to the names mentioned above Olga Ahmed Waleed Head Chef and Mostafa they are a credit to your hotel . Bar staff on beach and restaurant looked after us and beach staff were great, pool was closed for most of our week which we was not told about. Animation staff okay however one was very pushy can’t remember her name maybe seo ? Loved this hotel I would 💯 go back again ♥️

Had an amazing stay at Barcelo Tiran Sharm! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean and well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Drinks were great, and the bar service was fast and professional. Rooms were spotless every day. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Very nice Resort, wonderfull staff, friendly and kind. The rooms are big and comfortabele. Good solid beds and pillows. Food is good and diverse. The resort itself is not new, but looks still good The beach is wonderfull with coral reefs and beatifull fishes. Very nice! Also Zarina told me to say that she is a good performer and she really wants to have a Porsche. Will i come back, i think so, the location is wonderfull at the end of Sharm-el-sheikh.

Firstly where do I start 😊 From the minute I booked this hotel the service and the emails back and fourth with Olga were brilliant. I would like to thankyou for the room upgrade on arrival as well as the birthday cake, room decoration and the stunning views at the hotel. The photographer was amazing helping me with our wedding proposal and capturing it on camera for us. The beach is stunning, plenty of sunbeds for everybody and lovely service from the towel hut and life guards. The Animation team are excellent. Very welcoming and polite always going out there way to get everybody involved in activities and suprising us on the evening of our engagement congratulating us. The food is beautiful, a wide variety and always something for everybody. During the day for the more fussy eaters the beach restaurant (snack bar) 12pm till 5pm has chips, burgers, hotdogs, pizzas etc available. I couldn't fault the hotel. It was a shame the main pool was closed for renovation although this is due to be complete by the beginning of March I was told. Hoping to return in the future 🥂🍹🐫🏝

Can’t understand any of the negative reviews! We had an amazing week at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms and clean and spacious and amenities are super handy. All the staff are so kind and friendly, big shout out to Mustapha and Khalid just to name a couple. To be working hard whilst fasting and still with a smile on their faces is amazing and well appreciated. Food is delicious and varied with a wide selection of Moroccan and western dishes. Lunch is the best with freshly barbecued meats and a pizza chef! The only thing lacking was the tea/coffee so I would advise to bring your own, we bought a mini travel kettle for the room which was well appreciated. The hotel is in a great location close to shops/mini supermarket so very convenient if you forget anything. Highly recommend a stay here, and hugely grateful to the staff for all their hard work!

The hotel was okay and seemed a little in need of TLC. Rooms are a bit dated, and I had to pay 7 euros for the safe. No kettle or complimentary items at all. The TV in the room only had one English channel—the news. Hotel grounds were very good. The water slides are in need of a revamp, and the bar around the quiet pool served drinks from large bottles into cups. The main bar area was fine, with plenty of seating, but the drinks were not so great as the beer was poured from warm bottles. The restaurant was chaotic and not very organized. Food was very poor and repetitive. If you like mashed everything, you will love it, and I nearly forgot about the cheesy rice every night. Some staff were fine; some were too busy on their phones to notice anything. A laid table consisted of a knife, a fork, one bottle of warm water, and a napkin.🤣🤣 i wouldn't return here.

Deceiving!!!!!! From outside hotel. Looks very small and definitely not the right choice.... Never judge a book by it's cover as they say. Fabulous and extremely large. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Rooms spotless. Cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. Food in abundance. Very nice, very tasty. Service wonderful. Moroccan people are so polite and friendly and very helpful. Only downside was no kettle in room, and no elevators.. Had a fantastic time there and would 100% revisit... Think it was only a 3* rating.. But I sure would give it a 4..

Just back from holiday. We stayed for a week 4 of us. Everything was amazing from start to the end. Please don't listen unhappy people as some of them expect a lot but its budget hotel and was plenty of different food. In this hotel from November until end of March heated pool for 4 start hotel its amazing. Twice per week foam party. We were in the 5 star and struggled with food and pool was cold. Yes they do speak more French but it’s fine with us. We were first time in Morocco and definitely come back. We were during Ramadan and no problem. You can wear short, dresses, skirt etc. of course be respectful where are you going but it’s fine. Agadir amazing town and clean everywhere. People nice and just enjoy and be kind. We are all human and should be respectful ✨

I don't understand why some reviews are negative. I stayed there for 4 nights. food a bit repetitive but it wasn't a problem for me, if it's chicken, it's perfect!!! traditional food too, very tasty, and everything hot. donuts and pancakes at tea time, delicious. clean rooms, very quiet although I stayed in riad 2 (jacaranda) and many others, in reviews complained about the noise from the club. The weather wasn't really good and you were a bit shivery when you got out of the pool. Unfortunately you can't find available sunbeds. A minus would be that the other pools are useless because of the cold water. So my little girl didn't have the chance to play on the slides for children. Very friendly staff, I really don't understand again why they complain that it's more French, know where you're going before you book a holiday. We had a very good stay at this hotel. We also had a cot for the baby, and a safe, although we only asked for a pillow, everything was at no extra cost. I wouldn't recommend a holiday in March, if you want good weather to hang out.

Our dreamy place has been a disaster.. We aŗe so disappointed to see that this Hotel has been destroyed ... Yes destroyed like closed! We were there last year, and a few years before too.. It used to be our paradise.. But now owners decided to close all the reception area.. No spacious Lobby, no restaurant, no breakfast,no lunch, no dinner... You have to go miles away and of course no buggy assistance, if your phone isn't working, then you have to walk a kilometre to reach the busy reception of Sandy Beach and none is available there!!! So no elderly friendly too. Room was ok but there is no mini bar any more, just water in the rooms... Nothing.. 😔 It feels like an abandoned place.. We had none to be assisted by.. no staff either!! Lovely and friendly staff that was there.. there's not even one left!!! A few months ago.. that was our paradise.. we still can believe that!! Of course this is the last time except they do that for renovation.. But really?! How could you close reception area during Summer time??!! There's a reception of the other Hotel, full of kids where you need to wait for hours.. Sorry to say but that was the worst experience we could have..

Excellent service from start to finish from all the staff. Food always good quality with plenty of choice. Tried the Greek restaurant by the beach which was also good and a great place to see the sunset. The Italian restaurant was not as good but made a change. Our swim up room in block 300 didn't get any sunshine which maybe a bonus in August but a shame in Oct. The only other minor faults were towels are bit thin for 5 star and the TV had a habit of switching on a screensaver picture in the middle of the night! cured by un-plugging it. Otherwise all clean and tidy and a perfect place to relax.

Unfortunately they ruined our honey moon, as we booked an other category of room and it was not available when we arrived so basically we got a downgrade, also there is a small part of the beach for the guests as it’s shared with the same low Cost hotel !we will definitely not come back !!!

This place is amazing and the most relaxed holiday we have ever had, staff could t do more for you & the rooms !! Amazing with great air con , only gripe I would say is the drink choice for the all inclusive, no dark rum or bailleys, only two drinks I like sadly , I prob would have wasted more drinks trying than I would have drinking my choice 🫣 we aren’t big drinkers but with it being so amazing every other area it just lets the 100% slip for me , would I go back? ? No …. Definitely not as it isn’t adult only so definitely wouldn’t go back at those prices , we only paid that price for adults only, I can’t see them getting the same money for families but that’s their issue. I’d imagine it would be £5k for a family for a week, better places for that kind of money 👍👍

Room with shared private pool was amazing but bed was hard. All staff were really friendly. Food was great. Entertainment was OK but not wow. 5 min walk to the beach through the grounds of another hotel or they can take you down to the beach in golf cart. Reserved section of beach for Sandy Villas Hotel only. Beach Side pool was a nice touch, again for Sandy Villas customers only.

No other words but excellent! Nice clean hotel with very friendly and always helpful staff. We don't do all-inclusive very often, but it's a lot easier with 2 young children, but it was by far the best all-inclusive food we have had! Endless choice and always something different every day. Also, lovely fresh, thin based pizza is available all day from the snack bar along with salad and other snacks. The bottom pool is always lovely and warm, and a great little kids pool and kids club to the rear of the hotel. Had a great room that always had the sun on the balcony and nice views over the pool. Great entertainment on a night and a good mixture of music playing through the day. Little kids' arcade area was handy for nighttime. Only 1 negative was that the gym was very basic, which could do with a bigger room and some more weight lifting equipment. Will definitely visit again!

We’ve just returned from our 8-day holiday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself does deserve its three stars. The rooms are quite spacious, regularly cleaned, beds comfy (could have been joined permanently to avoid sliding apart). The portable air-conditioning unit requires leaving the balcony door open and is quite noisy. With all the noisy entertainment on the stage by the pool one just wants to keep the windows shut to enjoy some silence. We were provided with the All inclusive option: the food was quite tasty but of average quality ingredients. Luckily, there were many options to choose from so everyone should find something to please their palate. We have only tried breakfast and dinner meals as at the time of lunch menu or pool bar snacks we were away sightseeing or enjoying the beach. The location is okay, exactly as described on the website. The free beach bus could run more frequently though. It’d be great if the pool and jacuzzi areas were available until 9p.m. We didn’t get the chance to use them more than 3 times throughout our whole stay because of such short opening hours. The lifts need more attention and the room doors that are far from soundproof. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay.

Dani and Johny & team were great with the kids, kids club in general was good, maybe have some more structure events like treasure hunt they loved that, and giant jenga. Pools and facilities lovely. Food good. Pool bar had good selection of snacks and drinks. Also plenty of loungers and chairs. Only thing is distance from the beach but we were aware we’d have to rely on shuttle bus.

We can't fault the hotel in general. If your idea of heaven is lying by the pool in the sun all day then this is a great place to stay but for us the negatives were the location and our room location. We enjoy walking to the lighthouse daily but the hotel was too far for a comfortable walk, there was a free bus and the local bus and taxis but we enjoy the exercise, also we like to stay on the patio/terrace and don't go near the pool but our room was in blockD and the patio was is shade all day we did ask to be moved and the hotel did move us to a sunnier room. The positives hugely outweighed the negatives. The rooms were very nice and comfy, the food was full of choice and tasty, every meal there was always chefs cooking fresh as well as the preprepared food. There was always good daily and evening entertainment and the staff were great. We would not come back but only because of the location if we didn't want our daily walk we would be back in a flash.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dunas by Maspalomas, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Staff was very friendly, polite, helpful. Food was great, every day was different lots of choices, fresh fish, meat. Nice desserts 👌🏻 On my birthday hotel staff surprised me with a little gift and nice letter with best wishes. Lovely and cozy hotel, thank you very much Dunas by Maspalomas for nice experience. 5stars
