Very very VERY basic. Not even a fridge in the room. Ants everywhere. There is a bar but not inviting (better over the road and cheaper). Rooms are paper thin, heard the neighbours alarm go off thinking it was ours. Windows and doors don't lock. Lady on reception does not love her job. Cheap... For a reason! Won't be coming back

Not exactly sure what to say. In terms of location on the quieter side which is nice for us but it's very basic. Rooms a bit dted (absolutely nothing in there..iron, fridge, etc) staff were OK , not super friendly. Close buy to amenities. Walls paper thin, when you can hear someone's phone vibrating or them having a domestic you know you're in trouble also had an ant infection and this is all before the summer.....
Street View actually quite nice as get the oll but again non sound proof...

Stayed here with my partner for a week. Really lovley place . Very clean only a few things wrong. was Tv being small and placed in the wrong space, light on balcony broken, stain on bed cover. Bed slightly hard . The staff were really friendly. Had to go a across the road for breakfast as it was out of season. Not a problem. Same there. Really friendly clean. And a great breakfast. All very fresh and good choice. Local to all buses to Palma. To get there is €6. To get to Inca if you want to shop in the market its €9. So expensive. There is a local market. When we got there. There was only 2 stalls. So not worth it. Most of the restaurants were closed. But were opening up on the week we left. Give this hotel a try. Ive read reviews about the sunbathing area, about the pool area being small. I dont think thats a problem beach is 2min away. Its a really nice clean affordable place to stay. Many Thanks to all staff at hotel and Restaurant.

Across the road from the sea and a few minutes walk to the beach, rooms are clean, little dated but good,. It would have been nice to have had small kettle in the rooms to make our own drinks as we didn't stay out late so late night coffees in rooms would have been nice.
24hr front desk ,
Only down side was. they have this huge bar area which was not open (November time) kinda a shame as the hotel itself was almost full and they could have taken advantage of guests using this instead of guests trying to find a place open in town , the breakfast was excellent and it worked well going across the road to enjoy it with sea views . The pool was clean and inviting but the weather was not hot enough to enjoy it
Staff friendly, polite and helpful

Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was tasty and sufficient with both warm and cold sections. Fresh fruit and vegetables were also there, muesli, freshly baked sweet pasteries, coffee/tea... They mixed it up every few days and brought out something different so that everyone could find things they like.
The hotel itself is a bit older and perhaps ripe for a renovation with better sound insulation but the rooms are functional and clean. One can see they try hard to keep everything well maintained and in check.
Nice cleaning lady came every day, brought new clean towels, wiped the floor and emptied the trash bin. Everything was always spotless and smelled fresh when we came back from the beach. The room safe came in handy and was free of charge. Wifi signal was strong in our room. Can't say anything about the TV since we didn't even turn it on once during our stay. Air con was weak but we didn't really need it since the weather was perfect and the nights were cool enough to sleep nicely without it.
Balcony with a little sea view was also a plus.
The only downside, maybe for some, would be the lack of a refrigerator but it wasn't that big of a problem for us since there is a supermarket close by.
Again can't really say much about the pool since we didn't use it but it did seem inviting and wasn't very crowded, at least not in early October.
All in all we had a really good time here and would gladly come back again.
