I loved the convenience of the location. They have shuttles between this hotel and other Disney properties which are super super super convenient, especially for people like me who prefer not to drive in a new city.
The room is not luxurious but nice and Disney has the magic that when you enter the property you just feel happy.
I love that they have games and activities organized at the swimming pool. That's a big bonus for parents traveling with kids. An ideal day for me: I will get up early in the morning and go to Disney world and then come back around noon and enjoy the pool time while my kids play games at the pool and then take a rest or nap. Then we go back to Disney world around the evening when it's not so hot.
Will definitely come back again.

After a long day of exploring and walking around the city and going to Magic Kingdom, finding a hotel that not only welcomes but caters exceptionally well to families with children can be a game-changer. Our recent stay at this hotel was precisely that - a delightful experience that surpassed our expectations, proving to be incredibly kid-friendly. Despite opting for a smaller room, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and cozy it felt. The space was well-utilized, ensuring that even with kids in tow, the room never felt cramped but instead provided a warm, inviting atmosphere to relax and unwind.
The beds deserve a special mention. Comfortable is an understatement; it was like sleeping on clouds, ensuring we were well-rested and ready for another day of adventure. This level of comfort is particularly appreciated after a day spent on your feet, exploring with little ones.
What truly set our experience apart, however, was the service. Available 24/7, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, any time of the day or night. Their dedication to providing outstanding customer service was evident in every interaction. Whether we needed extra towels, recommendations for family-friendly dining, or just directions to the nearest park, the staff was always there, ready to assist with a smile.
In conclusion, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families. It combines the comfort of well-appointed rooms with the convenience of round-the-clock, attentive service. It's a place where both parents and children can feel at home, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

This was my first stay at a Disney resort. We were made to feel very welcomed, the note from the front desk was a nice touch and seeing our names on the TV as we came in really started the experience. The rooms are a little small, but all in all was a pretty great trip. Food at the Cafe was pretty tasty and the pools were amazing for relaxing. Will make sure I get an exterior room next time though, the movie at the pool every night meant we didn't go to sleep until after it was over.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the food at the resort is expensive and not very good. The refillable cups are great, but the machines are always out of syrup, and there is a foul smell coming from the area. The rest of the resort is great, it's one of the more budget friendly resorts, so it's exactly what it's meant to be. Service is amazing! Pools are nice and have lots of chairs and towels.

We had a great time at the All-Star sports resort during our Disney vacation! Yes the rooms aren't huge but we didn't spend a ton of time in there. The bathroom was nicely updated and very clean. Can't say enough good about the food - Javier was the allergy specialist chef and took great care of my husband's food sensitivities. He ate like a king on that trip! Really good experience and especially enjoyed the easy access to park shuttles.
