Great value for money, the top floor room had a good view and the balcony was large. The staff friendly. The location was good but you definitely need a car unless you like to walk and climb up big hills.

We do enjoyed being in this hotel, beds were perfect, rooms were big, comfortable and clean, breakfast was tasty, restaurant was really good - dinner was delicious and service in restaurant was super nice, especially Marina!
We hope to come here back. Highly recommend for this price!

This is the 3rd time myself and my husband and 2 teenage children have stayed at this hotel. We have loved this place in the past always at an expensive price. Last year Beatrice was manager and an absolute asset to this hotel unfortunately we didn’t see her this year and overall very disappointed with stay. Reception staff as always lovely. Second year in a row checked in to our apartment to find both shower room floors covered in hairs however this was very quickly dealt with, but not very professional. The most disappointing thing was the very inexperienced young bar and restaurant attendants. It seemed as if they had never been trained in these areas, taking our dishes away before we were finished every day and over charging for drinks. More interested in having a laugh than looking after the customers. Very inexperienced and unprofessional overall never any sight of a manager. Or someone who was in charge or knew what they were doing. This would definitely stop me staying here again which is very disappointing.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location to the beach but big hill to walk up afterwards.
Lovely pool area!
We had a double bed with a kitchenette, it was the biggest rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was like a full size flat.
Would recommend.

Carvoeiro is a great central location between Lagos and Faro. Hotel is in a safe neighborhood with easy parking. Location is great- 15 min walk to city center where it's lively and with many restaurants. We at late dinners and walked back very late every night- felt very safe. Rooms are large and good for groups and smaller families. They have a small kitchenette in each room/suite.
Everything was fine, but would say for a rated 4star hotel and price at the tail end of tourist season, it was disappointing. The hallways and rooms have a slightly musty smell, wood trim in our room was clearly in need of some renovation, and when we pulled back the curtains to go out on the patio, there was a dead cockroach on the floor : /. We understand that all buildings have pest issues, but for a rated 4star hotel and price, I would have liked no dead bugs. They also put a 20euro deposit on pool towels that clearly aren't worth as much. Lastly, for a rated 4star hotel in the Algarves, the hotel should have beach towels for rent or something, which they do not. Doesn't make any sense for location.
