I can’t remember staying at a nicer hotel. The facilities were great as you would expect, but the thing that makes this hotel for me is the team they have working there. They take notice of every detail and proactively go over and above to make your stay as delightful as possible. From reception to poolside to the restaurants, every member of staff we interacted with was not just good, they were OUTSTANDING. A fantastic experience.

“The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Do Not Stay Here!”
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the most horrendous hotel stay I have ever experienced. We came here hoping to relax after a year of hard work, but instead, we’ve been subjected to chaos, noise, and complete disrespect for paying guests.
From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. We had to wait until 5 PM to check in because the rooms weren’t ready, ruining the start of our vacation. But that was just the beginning. For the past two days, we’ve been prisoners to an Indian wedding extravaganza that has taken over the entire hotel.
• Non-stop noise: Loud music blaring all day and late into the night, even on the beach! It’s impossible to relax. We feel like we’re in a nightclub, not a hotel.
• Cultural insensitivity: The buffet is entirely catered to the wedding party, with only Indian food available. No effort has been made to provide international options for other guests. Everything tastes the same, drenched in overpowering spices.
• No respect for guests: The noise, the chaos, and the overall lack of consideration make it clear that the hotel prioritizes private events over the comfort of their other guests.
It’s 9 PM, and the noise continues. We are exhausted and stressed, but the hotel does nothing to address the issue. This is not just poor service – it’s an outright insult to those of us who have paid for peace and relaxation.
If you value your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their guests, and your vacation will be ruined. This is not a hotel – it’s a circus.

We had an amazing stay at the W Hotel and cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. A special shoutout to Thishan, who truly stood out with his exceptional service. He went out of his way on every occasion to make sure everything was perfect—he’s an absolute credit to the hotel!
The food options were outstanding, catering to all tastes and offering a great variety. The pool area was pristine, and the staff there were always friendly and accommodating.
Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, though it could have been slightly cleaner—this is just a minor detail and didn’t detract from our overall experience. However, we did find the music on weekends to be a bit of a challenge, as it went on until at least 3am and kept us awake.
In terms of location, being on the Palm is stunning but does come with some challenges. Be prepared for traffic; even short trips of around 5 miles often took us close to 45 minutes.
Overall, we had an incredible stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the W Hotel team for making our trip so special!
