An Exceptional Family Getaway - Perfect for Our Little One!
My wife, our 18-month-old son, and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Palm Dubai, from a Saturday to Thursday, and we are already missing the incredible hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member, from the friendly security team at the gate, to the warm and efficient reception, and the attentive waiters at the restaurants, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What truly stood out for us was how kind and engaging they were with our young son. They always had a smile for him, which made the environment so comfortable for our family.
A special mention must be made for the room service team. We requested milk to be brought up to our room at various times, and no matter when we called, it was delivered promptly and with a smile. This small but crucial detail made our nights and nap times so much easier.
The amenities were fantastic – the pools were beautiful, the grounds were immaculate, and we lacked for nothing. It’s a stunning property, but it's the people that make it truly 5-star. We cannot recommend The Palm Dubai highly enough for families with young children and will definitely be returning.

Everything about my stay was wonderful, the room is spacious, the staff are friendly, and amenities are good too. My only 2 issues are that my dyson kept turning off while I’m in the middle of styling my hair (so getting my glam on was a bit challenging), the beach water in the palm are is a bit murky and smells a little like chemicals.
Would I come again? Definitely!

From the very first step into the hotel, you can feel how much they care about their guests. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet since check-in time is at 3 PM, but I would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff, especially Tashan, for his kindness and professional attitude.
The room was very beautiful and spotless. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious with a great variety. The swimming pools were extremely clean and absolutely lovely. They even have private cabanas by the pool, but make sure to reserve them at least one day in advance.
The gym facilities were outstanding, offering both indoor and outdoor areas, which made the workout experience even better.
Most importantly, I would like to thank the entire team for making our anniversary celebration truly special and memorable.
In general, all the staff were wonderful, always welcoming us with a smile and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend booking an ocean-view room and not missing the magical sunset view.

I’ve been coming to Dubsi on a yearly basis for the last 15 years. This is the first I’ve stayed at W The Palm.
I can honestly say I will be back. I use it as a stopping off point before heading home to Australia. I had 4 nights here and wish I was staying longer.
The level of service is exceptional, from every part of the hotel.
The rooms are funky, and spacious and I love the vibe around the hotel and pool area.
Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing holiday in Dubai as a family of four adults and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the W.
We arrived at the W just after 7am. At check-in it was explained that our rooms were not ready, but we were invited to go for breakfast and told by the receptionist that they would endeavour to find us a room. They did. We were still in the breakfast area, when the receptionist came and found us half an hour later and provided us with one room card. We hadn't expected it to be so quick. We had room 1101 and our luggage was in the room. It was a great start and so it continued.
The room was spotless with welcome fruits and drinks. The room was cleaned every day and the bedding, towels changed daily.
We were half board and I liked the fact that lunch and dinner were interchangeable as part of the hotel service. If you were going to be out in the evening for dinner you could have lunch instead and visa versa.
The staff members/chefs are top tier. For our experience they made sure we were catered too. A special thank you from me. We had been out all day. Arrived back at the hotel 10pm and went to the dining area. The chicken tikka masala and naan bread were finished. I asked if there was anymore. The staff checked. It was finished. However the chef, said don't worry, have a seat. I will make you everything fresh. So said, so done. He even bought it to me. Amazing service and customer care. There is a selection of food options and if its not there. They will go out of their way to source it for you.
There is a dj playing music by the pool area, a private beach. I loved the bongo player. Energy was good and the music selection is different depending on the dj for the day.
This hotel is a vibe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We were out and about in Dubai. There is no strip to walk out and about on in the evening. But that wasn't an issue for us. I would definitely return for the service. In our experience they know how to do service. This is my third time in Dubai and the W gets my vote, hands down.
