They take notice of every detail and proactively go over and above to make your stay as delightful as possible. From reception to poolside to the restaurants, every member of staff we interacted with was not just good, they were OUTSTANDING. A fantastic experience.

We good there for business work the hotel was so fancy and luxury and the hospitality from the reception is so awesome as well as the room is so nice and clean and so comfortable on the room service was awesome as well as the open buffet. “The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Do Not Stay Here!”
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the most horrendous hotel stay I have ever experienced. We came here hoping to relax after a year of hard work, but instead, we’ve been subjected to chaos, noise, and complete disrespect for paying guests.
From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. We had to wait until 5 PM to check in because the rooms weren’t ready, ruining the start of our vacation. But that was just the beginning. For the past two days, we’ve been prisoners to an Indian wedding extravaganza that has taken over the entire hotel.
• Non-stop noise: Loud music blaring all day and late into the night, even on the beach! It’s impossible to relax. We feel like we’re in a nightclub, not a hotel.
• Cultural insensitivity: The buffet is entirely catered to the wedding party, with only Indian food available. No effort has been made to provide international options for other guests. Everything tastes the same, drenched in overpowering spices.
• No respect for guests: The noise, the chaos, and the overall lack of consideration make it clear that the hotel prioritizes private events over the comfort of their other guests.
It’s 9 PM, and the noise continues. We are exhausted and stressed, but the hotel does nothing to address the issue. This is not just poor service – it’s an outright insult to those of us who have paid for peace and relaxation.
If you value your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their guests, and your vacation will be ruined. This is not a hotel – it’s a circus.
