Really great family hotel. Pool areas were great - loads of options for kids of different ages and adults and loads of sun beds available in early September. The beach is also an easy 5mins walk and is exceptional, one of the best in Europe. The weather of course helps!
Buffet restaurant is superb, really wide range of options and good rotation of themed nights. Bars also excellent and drinks well priced - we were on half board plus and it was great to have a beer/wine or 2 included with dinner before heading out to the bar for the disco and nightly entertainment. Drinks service is great too, super quick and efficient and sensibly priced.
The kids club is fantastic, the best we’ve ever come across. Great arts/crafts/tattoos/discos etc and Julia/Carla/Rhody and the team are all an absolute credit to the hotel.
Perhaps only minor negative was the room was a little basic, but with a 3yr old in tow that suited us fine and it was still very comfortable. Overall a great week in the sun.

Great hotel, specifically for families and triathletes.
The hotel offers good rooms, we had an apartment towards the Albufera reservoir, with a separate bed and living room. It was quiet and had a nice balcony.
We went to the hotel with our friends for a cycling vacation in October and were pleasantly surprised about the large bicycle storage/ center, where bikes could be securely locked, AND they offered fresh snacks, fruit and drinks for pre- and post-ride AND a cycle shop & rental place.
The pool area was also very nice, and there were enough sun-chairs even though the hotel was fully booked.
The service was great, apart from two occasions in the restaurant where the waiters were too stressed and told us one second we could sit at a specific table we wanted just for another waiter to told us we cannot in a not so nice way.
For guests without kids, I do however believe that the restaurant might be slightly too loud, hectic and we would next time chose the Viva Gold adults only hotel.

We've just come back from a great 9 night stay. The hotel and grounds are very clean and well maintained. All staff worked very hard to make sure guests had a great stay.
The kids loved the animation team and the evening entertainment was varied and fun. They were kept busy all day & night.
There was plenty of choice at the buffet and it was great to be able to order off the menu at the pool bar for lunch. The food at the patio bar was also very good and the sweet corner was a massive hit with the kids.
We paid extra for a garden room but didn't really use the garden as we were never at the room apart from sleeping!
Great family holiday, where new friends and great memories were made!

Great for families. Fantastic location with the beach and local shops only a short walk away. The on-site shop is also well stocked with plenty of choice and is competitively priced. Freshly baked baguettes are available from 8am. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Kids club activities could be improved especially for teenagers. The swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sunbeds available around if you're up early. Although the hotel advertises a no reservation policy, by 8am over half have been reserved. Staff do make an occasional check of this, but I personally didn't see them removing towels from beds which had been obviously reserved. Overall level of cleanliness around the pool area and apartments is very good. Mosquitos were a bit of nuisance especially in the evening despite using repellent. In summary a lovely hotel, great location, very friendly staff and we'd definitely return.

Perfect stay!!
We stayed here for 10 days .. we did go self catering but wish we had paid the extra when booking to go all inclusive - the food included is amazing!! We did eat in the hotel a few nights and the prices were pretty good .. not too expensive. It is quite pricey to change to all inclusive when you’re there (86 euro PP) Which is quite expensive considering you wouldn’t spend that much on food/drinks daily. We did eat out most nights as there were many restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel .. had some lovely meals. We also brought a few snacks, we found the shop in the hotel really good prices too!! Fresh baguettes daily etc.
Hotel is lovely and kept clean. Room was very spacious and clean too. We went as a family of 4 (2 children aged 7 and 5)! They genuinely had the best holiday.
Pools nice and big, youngest normally gets quite cold but they warmed up quickly throughout the day and were nice and refreshing with the heat. Never had a problem getting a sun lounger. Me or my partner went down at 7ish to put our towels on and always had plenty of choice / got right next to the pool at this time. A few days we didn’t reserve as had other things planned but when we returned to the hotel we always got a lounger, so this was never a problem. Kiddies pool was fab but quite cold in comparison to the other pool with it being in the shade.
One down side was the mosquitoes!!! Definitely be prepared with bands, creams etc. almost everyone had bites .. I don’t think this was the hotel in particular as other friends were in other parts of Majorca and also got bitten quite badly.
Entertainment team didn’t stop they were fab!!
Good shows in the evening- something different every night. Not many tables for the evening sometimes having to wait for one but didn’t bother us too much.
We would definitely return to the hotel!!
