Stayed a week here .While the weather was perfect, the hotel needs some major improvements, its definitely not 4star more like 3star- Beware, there are lots of mosquitoes in mallorca.
Hotel staff extremely friendly
Pool- if you're getting towels it's 10e deposit, cash only ,not exact change required they give change back.
Pool life guard is the only person you can get your towels off and you've to wait until he turns up and then takes the chains away from Pool before you can get your towel.
The apartments need major improvements ,extremely old and not the cleanest ,although the maids were excellent at leaving towels for us each time ,the apartment was dirty upon arrival, I did not report this as it was very late when we arrived.
Other residents were awfully nosy no regards for other guests staying.
Lots of bugs in our apartment daily.
Restaurant was lovely but food very repetitive, meats very fatty.
Drinks - cocktails very sweet ,handful of free drinks ,rest are at a discounted price.
Hotel is quite far from the town, it's 25mins walk or wait on the bus located behind Hotel. Taxis is about 7e to the town.
The hotel entertainment is extremely poor ,the same routine nightly, only changed for bingo or a magic show ,nothing aimed for adults after the kids show which would have been nice.
We spent our evenings up in the town.
The pool not the cleanest despite it being cleaned daily.
Hotel is perfect for families who are happy to stay by the pool and within the hotel grounds for thier holiday, definitely won't be back.

Nice and quiet resort, nice selection of food, indoor pool is a big win if you are traveling not in peak season, went in October and we used the indoor swimming pool daily.
Negative bits :
- Pool bar - all inclusive ends at 11pm and you have to pay after
- animation team - during the day there is not a lot going on, evening they have 2 events, mini disco and a show, they can improve

Pros:
• The hotel was pleasantly uncrowded, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
• The rooms were well-designed, resembling cozy one-bedroom flats.
• The hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating.
• The air conditioning in the rooms was very effective, especially during the hot days.
• The Wi-Fi coverage and speed were excellent throughout the property.
• The food was decent, though the menu could benefit from more variety, especially for longer stays.
Areas for Improvement:
• Morning Noise: Occasionally, mornings were disturbed by maintenance activities, such as jet washing or leaf blowing between 8-9 AM. Additionally, the sound of chairs being moved in the corridors around 8 AM was slightly disruptive.
• Security: The hotel’s open design, with entrances and gates often left unlocked, may give some guests a less secure feeling.
• Food Variety: While the food quality was good, the options for breakfast and dinner could be more varied, particularly for guests staying for an extended period.
• Pool Supervision: The lifeguard at the pool seemed more focused on managing towels than overseeing the pool area. In the children’s pool area, which included a slide, there was no dedicated lifeguard, leading to small children playing unsupervised. A couple of minor accidents were observed during the stay.
• Kitchen Facilities: The rooms included cooking facilities but lacked essential kitchen items, such as pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. Providing these items would enhance the convenience for guests.
• Room Condition: While the rooms were comfortable, some areas showed signs of aging. For instance, the bathrooms had minor rust issues, and cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, ants were occasionally noticeable, particularly when food was left out.
• Curtains: The living room curtains had some visible mold, which should be addressed for better comfort.
• Restaurant Equipment: Some of the kitchen equipment in the restaurant appeared worn out and might benefit from updates.
• Ice Cream Availability: It would be nice to have ice cream available for purchase at the bar.
• Fitness Center: The fitness center was quite basic. Guests seeking a more comprehensive workout might need to visit a local gym.
• Smoking Area: While there was a designated smoking area, it was not always respected by guests, and closer monitoring by staff could be beneficial.
• Kids’ Game Room: The children’s game room differed from the description on the hotel’s website. Instead of the advertised PlayStation stations, there were a few coin-operated machines, some of which were in need of maintenance. The two pool tables also required attention, as they were missing equipment.
• Entertainment: The entertainment offerings, especially for children, could be improved. The mini disco featured the same songs each night, and the activities for adults felt somewhat uninspired. Investing in higher-quality entertainment could greatly enhance the guest experience.

I don't recommend it. The hotel deserves 2** stars. The rooms are old and the bathrooms are terrible, food is always the same . If you don't want to spoil your holiday, look for another hotel. The only plus is the whole service. who try and are very friendly and good watermelon
