Went to the cafe at the front of the hotel for cafes con leches and desserts twice and both times was really impressed.
The interiors of the hotel are well decorated and the beverages and cakes are still at affordable prices despite it being slightly more of a luxury hotel.
Ester, the waitress at the cafe, was really friendly and helpful (more so than the older man who worked their in her absence) and her service was a highlight of both visits here!

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the reception was very friendly and provided me with all the necessary information, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I had some bad luck with the room. Despite being an adults-only hotel, the neighboring restaurant had a bouncy castle for children, which caused quite a bit of noise. Additionally, there was a glass container right below my balcony, which was also quite disturbing.
Room:
The room was clean but rather small. There was little space to properly store or unpack luggage as there was no adequate storage area. The toilet was so cramped that it was difficult to sit down without bumping into the door. The room was also very noisy and I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It’s acceptable for a short stay, but not ideal for longer visits.
Service:
The service was top-notch.
The staff at the Pool bar and the street food truck were particularly friendly, quick, and attentive.
A small suggestion for improvement: the opening hours on the website should be updated, as the streetfood Truck closes at 6 PM, not at 7 PM as stated.
Food:
I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I can’t comment on that. However, I did try the vegan burger from the street food truck and it tasted great. The prices for both food and drinks were fair and justified.
Conclusion:
For a short stay, I would consider coming back, but for longer stays, I don’t think I would recommend it due to the issues mentioned.

Really pleased we booked this - note that Google Maps shows the hotel BEFORE it was refurbished. In reality it's a very modern and stylish hotel following the bamboo theme with two pools, lots of loungers, sea view, and a pool bar (the pool food was pretty bad). The rooms are great but have a small and undignified see-through toilet - I had to open the door to pull my shorts back up (I'm not tall). Great service (although pool bar staff need to smile) and location. Breakfast buffet is brilliant.

We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel. We didn’t even realise it was adult only until we arrived so that was a nice surprise. The decor is gorgeous and it feels very clean. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an amazing job of popping in to our room daily to refresh it. The vibe by the pool was glorious and the food outstanding. One of our days we got a bus into palma which only took an hour!
My only downfall was that our stay wasn’t longer! Absolutely dreamy hotel and would 100% stay again if back on the island. Perfect location too with a short walk to lots of restaurants and the beach.

We had a great time overall at THB Bamboo hotel Alcúdia. The room was a little basic with two twin beds pushed together, quite a small room and the shower and toilet in the same space which was a bit cramped and not much privacy. The TV was good and we could connect our phones easily to play music. We found we couldn’t hear anyone. The beds were comfortable and we slept peacefully. On this kind of holiday you don’t spend much time in your room anyway so it didn’t bother us too much. Cleaners came to change the bed each day.
The hotel itself is super clean, felt fresh and really nicely presented. We loved the two pools. The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly and polite throughout our stay. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the stunning long beach and bus stops. It’s a pretty touristy place with lots of shops restaurants and bars so if you prefer a quote secluded holiday, this place may not be for you, but we loved the buzz of the area.
A highlight for our stay was definitely the food - we stayed half board so we enjoyed breakfast and dinner - there was a huge buffet of fresh food which was all delicious. There were chefs there that would cook fresh fish and meat infront of you Every night there was a different theme for the dinner buffets and we couldn’t believe how much food and options there were, it was really impressive and we looked forward to the food every day.
We both booked massages we booked the deep tissue massage which was excellent. There are a few options for different massages and treatments at a fair price.
We would stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends/family - thank you! :)
