Upon my arrival at the hotel, the reception was very friendly and provided me with all the necessary information, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I had some bad luck with the room. Despite being an adults-only hotel, the neighboring restaurant had a bouncy castle for children, which caused quite a bit of noise. Additionally, there was a glass container right below my balcony, which was also quite disturbing.
Room:
The room was clean but rather small. There was little space to properly store or unpack luggage as there was no adequate storage area. The toilet was so cramped that it was difficult to sit down without bumping into the door. The room was also very noisy and I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It’s acceptable for a short stay, but not ideal for longer visits.
Service:
The service was top-notch.
The staff at the Pool bar and the street food truck were particularly friendly, quick, and attentive.
A small suggestion for improvement: the opening hours on the website should be updated, as the streetfood Truck closes at 6 PM, not at 7 PM as stated.
Food:
I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I can’t comment on that. However, I did try the vegan burger from the street food truck and it tasted great. The prices for both food and drinks were fair and justified.
Conclusion:
For a short stay, I would consider coming back, but for longer stays, I don’t think I would recommend it due to the issues mentioned.

Really pleased we booked this - note that Google Maps shows the hotel BEFORE it was refurbished. In reality it's a very modern and stylish hotel following the bamboo theme with two pools, lots of loungers, sea view, and a pool bar (the pool food was pretty bad). The rooms are great but have a small and undignified see-through toilet - I had to open the door to pull my shorts back up (I'm not tall). Great service (although pool bar staff need to smile) and location. Breakfast buffet is brilliant.

Such a beautiful hotel. Only complaint is the bathroom, which could do with a bit more privacy. Shower and toilet shared a single glass door. As I was traveling with a friend, we took turns leaving the room to give each other some privacy. The pools are lovely, close to the beach, free parking nearby and there's netflix on tv. The staff were also very helpful.

We stayed for one week in this Hotel to start our Honeymoon Trip. It was amazing!! The service of all the receptionists was amazing. Very friendly and they always looked for us, if everything is ok. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of different healthy options. The service of the crew in the restaurant was so so kind. They were fast in cleaning, always a smile on their faces and so nice to everybody.
The rooms are very clean and modern.

Beautiful luxury hotel with two lovely pools, few minutes walk from the gorgeous alcudia beach and wonderful staff. The breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of variety and the food from the food truck was so tasty. Hotel was always immaculate. There is a perfect gym and also bikes to rent. Possibility of getting taxi to old town or the port just down the road which was handy too. Overall great experience and touristy location but perfect holiday!
