Amazing place to stay and facilities are well kept. The pool is lovely to go into in the morning and is very easy to spend the whole day there. Customer service was amazing and a special thanks to Antonio who made the holiday better by his friendly atmosphere. 5/5 would recommend

had a great experience there. we went in a group of four and stayed for 5 nights. the room was nice, but the bathroom was kind of tight (especially the sink) and they do not gave us any body wash or shampoo. the kitchen was functional but the fridge did not work great. the pool was amazing, big and very comfortable with a great social atmosphere, but the hours were kind of restricted. the breakfast was lacking tho, it was not a buffet and it was somewhat limited, but the worst thing was you could only have one drink (water included) so if you ordered a coffee you could not have water unless you payed for it. on the other hand, breakfast being open until 3 pm was very considerate. the staff was mostly very helpful, everyone at the reception was informative and gave great advice and the supermarket cashiers were very friendly. Antonio was particularly helpful during our stay, in particular during an incident with some drunk guests that he handled quickly and professionally. there was only a waiter that was not great, did not explain us how the breakfast worked on the first day, causing us to have to pay extra, and being slow and uninformed. the food was fine, and there was a good selection of dishes. having a supermarket attached to the hotel was amazing, they had mostly a large choice of alcohol and snacks. the location is very convenient, right on top of the magaluf strip so we could go to the clubs and pubs (including BCM) with a 5/15 minutes walk, and close to the magaluf and palmanova beaches, both 10/20 mins away on foot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sotavento Club Apartments, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
The staff at the Sotavento Club Apartments were simply amazing - friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The reception team, in particular, were great guys who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the array of amenities provided. From a hairdryer to a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, 2 TVs, and air conditioner, the room was equipped with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The spacious layout of the room with 4 beds, a large living room, and a cozy bedroom provided ample space for me to unwind and feel at home.
The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay, ensuring that I always returned to a fresh and welcoming space.
The facilities at the Sotavento Club Apartments were also top-notch. The pool was a great place to relax and soak up the sun, while the on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, my experience at the Sotavento Club Apartments was outstanding. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The friendly staff, well-equipped rooms, and excellent facilities make it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable vacation.

my stay here was amazing i would 100% love to go back the rooms were lovely it was minutes away from everything, the hotel staff were so so lovely especially enrique the hotel manager was always making sure we were okay and if we needed anything made us feel very comfortable and happy, also lifeguard jose was lovely and always made sure we were okay and very helpful the food was lovely and so were all of the staff

Nice place to stay, the only thing that I would change is opening hours of the gym and the pool. 9 am is too late for me.
