Our stay at the RH Royal Hotel was a delightful surprise after a less-than-ideal experience at our previous accommodation. This charming boutique hotel offered a refreshing change of pace with its friendly staff, intimate atmosphere, and excellent amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional food. The restaurant served up delicious meals that were both satisfying and beautifully presented. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the RH Royal's culinary offerings will not disappoint. The pool and sunlounge area were another major draw. The pool itself was a perfect size for relaxing and unwinding, and the sun loungers provided plenty of space to soak up the rays. It was a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The small size of the hotel was a definite advantage. There were no long queues or crowded common areas, making for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. If you're looking for a boutique hotel in Birmingham that offers exceptional service, delicious food, and a tranquil atmosphere, the RH Royal is an excellent choice. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the city.

What a gem of a hotel! We chose this hotel based mainly on the great reviews and location and so pleased we did. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and cannot do enough for you, any issues or queries are attended to very quickly. The hotel is spotless and is in a great location only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. The reason for our stay was to visit relatives and the reception staff kindly helped us to arrange car hire for a few days and this was made easier knowing the hotel had a private car park. The food was amazing with a great choice and a fast and efficient service from the restaurant staff at all times. It was my birthday during our stay and after a day out came back to our room to find a balloon and sweets had been placed there for my return, I really appreciated this kind gesture. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Stayed June 24, hotel spotless, rooms comfortable , everything worked as it should. Bar service slow. 3 nights my meal was tasty but cold. Staff efficient but eye contact and a smile was rare! Pool very cold although plenty sun beds. Location very good especially for old town

A lovely hotel. Food is good, staff are pleasant & helpful. The pool is 90% in the shade all day. Hence a cold pool.

Excellent hotel the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is excellent plenty of choice however when David is off from doing entertainment there isn't anything during the day which I find very baffling think they should get a stand in. The staff are always great 👍
