I visited Morocco for a relaxing break, and the Radisson Blu Resort was the perfect place to relax, unwind and slow down. The staff were all fantastic, the bungalow I stayed in was perfect. Both Taghazout and Tamraght are in walking distance along the beach and have many great places to eat and meet. I found paradise sitting in the hammock on my room's deck listening to the bird song and the sound of the waves, my only regret is I didn't stay longer. I hope to return as soon as possible.

Second year staying here as a couple and no issues again. Clean room and helpful staff around the resort. This year we tried out the surf academy and had a great day. Ahmed made everyone feel really comfortable and as a beginner and helped me gain confidence and technique. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the little details and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect(10mins walkin' to Taghazout Village), making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are modern, comfortable, and provide a relaxing atmosphere. What I especially highlight is the personalized attention: the Customer Experience Manager, Haitam, made sure my stay was unique and hassle-free. I also joined a couple of the parties organized by the hotel and they were fantastic, with a very special vibe. An experience I would definitely repeat.

I was at this restaurant today, at this exact time, and I have to say I was disappointed with the service. First, I paid 200 dh just to enter the party, which I didn’t mind because I was expecting to enjoy good food and a nice atmosphere. But when it came to ordering food, things got really unpleasant.
The staff member who was supposed to take our order didn’t give us any time to decide. He was impatient and spoke in a rude, unprofessional way, which made the experience very uncomfortable. It honestly felt like customers were not valued at all.
When people come to a place like this, they are not only paying for music and a party. They are also paying for good service and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this was completely missing today.
I believe this restaurant has potential, but management must train the staff to communicate politely and treat customers better. Service is a huge part of the experience, and right now it is the reason why I left with a negative impression.
