Had the loveliest few days away, for a bit of winter sun. My partner was able to pop off for a surf and I had a lovely time by the pool. Morning exercise classes were a great way to start the day. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all so friendly and relaxed. Would happily return!
Home-Care Perfection
Currently staying at this hotel, so I am constantly updating the review as the days go by.the service is appalling, took them a whole day to set up a sofa bed on the first day, when you ask for fresh towels they take hours to bring them. The service is decreasing in quality as the days are passing. Today our room was cleaned by housekeeping yet no towels were left for us. When we called for towels they knew there were five of us staying in this bungalow yet they only provided three towels, we then had to wait Another hour for two towels. When you make a complaint, nothing is done about it.
Today 30 December our bedroom in our bungalow was not touched even though the cleaner did come !!
Food in the restaurant is terrible, fish and lobster was okay but red meat was terrible. For this reason we needed to order food from a local restaurant, but we were told we were not allowed to have it delivered but still managed to do so.
The rooms are very basic and very used and tatty, not the cleanest hotel rooms we have stayed in. Curtains hanging off rails, walls dirts. The bathrooms are very tired and the showers are slow and have no pressure.
The breakfast is not very varied, to be honest it’s not very good at all, scrambled eggs were freezing cold, they do not know how to make omelettes , very very basic breakfast.
The dogs they have chained up on the perimeter sometimes bark all night and don’t let you sleep.
The swimming pool is icy cold, many people have complained but no change so far !!
The location is good, the beach is fantastic, it is a very quiet location but Miles from anywhere.
If I was to come to Agadir again I would not stay at this resort and would not recommend anyone stays here.
We still have 4 days of our trip remaining, and are hoping for the best.

It was a great experience. The stay was above my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, slippers, and everything that you might need can be found. The staff were very friendly and nice, especially Mr. Zakaria who welcomed us and provided us with all the information that we need for our stay. Many thanks to all who manage this beautiful resort.

The hotel was great and very family friendly atmosphere. The surf school was very professional and catered for all levels. The spa was great! The hamaam and massage package left me feeling truly relaxed. A great location and would recommend.
