Second time staying at Pure Salt. The hotel, location, service and facilities are all amazing. Big believer in a hotel experience being as much about the actual stay/room as it is about the staff who make it. The reception staff are really helpful and remember you room & name whenever you pop past with a question. Nice touch that makes you feel welcomed.
Also have to say that the waiter's in Salty restaurant & and around the pool made our stay - Miguel and Toni are a really dynamic duo and made our evening meals so much fun. They both remembered us from the previous Summer.
My one bit of feedback is that the best restaurant, for its food, location (sun sets are unreal) and the staff (Miguel and Toni mentioned above) are great. But due to one moaning customer, the brilliant atmosphere was cut short each night at 10pm. Far too early for a meal/drinks by the ocean. This customer ruined it for all other customers and the earning potential for the restaurant, purely because their room (that they booked) was in front of the restaurant. On the strip. In Playa de Palma.
They were the problem and should have been moved rather than all of us suffering for their lack of fun 😊

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean, with an ocean view.
Breakfast was a highlight with something for all tastes and it was lovely to see local Mallorca produce being championed. The restaurant has lovely views over the beach so encourages a leisurely, restful start to the day.
The rooftop bar is great fun in the evening - it has super views to watch the sunset and we had some delicious tapas in the restaurant.
Manu (with the amazing moustache!) on reception is an absolute star. He made fantastic recommendations when we wanted to visit Valldemossa and Port de Sóller, including taking a wooden train and tram through the mountains. He recommended local food to try and restaurants to investigate, all of which were excellent! Definitely take time to visit these 2 places if you can, you won’t regret it.
We did have an issue with the shower flooding due to poor drainage and sadly this was not resolved during our 5 night stay, despite reporting it twice. However this did not spoil our stay. Like others I’m not sure the hotel is quite 5 star but lovely nonetheless.

Not really worth the good reviews unfortunately, I expected more from a 5* hotel. First, my sheets weren’t changed until I went downstairs and asked how often they would change, answer was every 2/3 days, at that point I was already 4 nights with them and I wonder if they would have been changed the next day if I didn’t point it out. Second, no amenities in the bathroom, only gel/washing gel at the washing bins and the usual lotion, shampoo and shower gel in the shower. But no “Bulgari small soaps etc” as advertised in their pictures. Third, the breakfast wasn’t bad but they weren’t always on time when the doors would open, they start at 07:45 which is rather late compared to other hotels and the hot milk in the machines, was water with milk powder - or at seems so. See picture, wouldn’t drink this ever. Third, I was working during my vacation and was on the phone rather frequent, but unfortunately some staff didn’t take this into account and I believe they even were bothered by me working during breakfast. One would even go and arrange all tables and chairs before anyone even started with breakfast. So friendly to a certain extent, not friendly by nature.

We had a great time in this amazing hotel. Great breakfast, ocean-view, close to Palma, everything very clean und the stuff is amazing.
Special thanks to Nacho for doing everything to get two super nice rooms directly next to each other!!! You made es very happy🙏🏻

I couldn't sleep for our entire stay here because the rooms were just so hot and they didn't have the air conditioning on. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, though. Minibar so overstuffed with crap you couldn't use it as a fridge, and no prices available.
The shower in the rooms is also the textbook form over function. You have to be standing inside the rain shower to get any soap or shampoo so hope you're washing your hair. The drain left bubbles where you step out so you always have soapy feet. Also, it would randomly start dripping throughout your entire stay.
Service is the only reason i am giving this any stars. Manu at the front desk and Silvana in the spa in particular were amazing and very helpful. They alone made our stay enjoyable.
