Very luxurious experience. Perfectly fine for a week or two week’s stay. A lot of activities available, and very nice heated pool outside.
There is a van that drives to and from a nearby mall. It is very punctual on arrival to the hotel, but we have found that it leaves the mall around 3 minutes before the scheduled time, so be careful with that.
The shower in one of our bathrooms was broken and could not support the shower head, and also leaked. Other one worked fine.
The elevators were confusing to figure out snd simply wouldnt work for some people.
Overall pleasant experience. Recommend, but eat out instead of getting the buffets if you plan on staying for a long time.

The food was fulfilling and enjoyable, with every meal leaving me satisfied. The pool area was also enjoyable, offering a nice spot to relax and cool off during the warm days.

Very nice park and heated swimming pool, pool bar has a nice atmosphere and breakfast buffet was good.
The rooms were a bit outdated, balcony slightly unsafe for our kids and uncomfortable because of strong wind, mattrasses bit too old.
But we had a very nice stay and generally good value for money

Big disappointment - no way that this is 4*hotel
We took the renovated room and were really disapponited by how dirty it was. There was literally something brown on the ‘new sheets’. Disgusting! The tiles were looking old, the shower not properly cleaned ..
The breakfast was without taste, very basic stuff. Only the omelette and pancakes were fine.
The rooms have single windows so you can clearly hear the cars whole night…
The acoustics of the bar could be better.
Not worth the money we paid.
To end on the positive note:
The heated pool and the views towards the ocean are impressive. The locatiin is very convenient.

A nice hotel, friendly staff, location is awesome. Swimming pools in the huge garden are great. Unfortunately, car parking is not included (10 euros per day extra) and sometimes the card system to start the elevator was not working well.
