The hotel is a bit old and it shows in some areas but it was a very, very solid stay. Staff is immensely helpful and nice, pools are cool. There is a shuttle service to and from Martianez Commercial Center in Puerto de la Cruz which is very useful as hotel is located in beautiful but a bit remote spot (45 minutes walk from city center). Food was ok. Overall good experience.
Hallo Hallo
The hotel is a bit older and currently being renovated. The old rooms still have the "Maritim-Flair". The view from the upper floors is amazing. The Dinner is good. The breakfast on the other hand may need some small improvements.
The activities around the hotel are amazing. Thanks to Isaac from the guest animation team for doing such an amazing job to bring joy to the guests. I hope you can pass my kind words to him.
Best regards

The Good
Stunning views of the ocean and mountains.
Clean, comfortable rooms and facilities.
Easy parking nearby.
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Plenty of activities: pools, tennis, mini-golf, football.
Close to the beach, zoo and city center.
The breakfast has everything you could wish for.
The Bad
The wi-fi doesn’t really work (5 minutes to open the google home page)
The dinner is mediocre: can’t even cook a decent pasta.
Two single beds leave a wide gap in between.
The complimentary water was never refreshed..
The shampoo and conditioner were never refreshed.
The mini bar was empty.
The full-board is a waste: they offer two food choices for lunch, both out of the regular menu. We went there 3 out of 8 days; two of these days, we ran into some sort of logistics problems, fixed after raising the issue with the management/reception.
The Ugly
Stay vigilant: we negligently left some cash out of the safe, and it disappeared from the wallet and purse. The reception manager tried to protect the staff and shift the blame onto some suspected thieves outside of the hotel. I find it unlikely, however, that a pickpocket could lift the wallet from my back pocket, take out the money and replace the wallet, then repeat the feat with my wife’s purse, without anyone noticing.
In general the staff was friendly and helpful, but one particular employee (name tag G———) was so rude and disingenuous, as to spoil it for everyone else.
First, he took two hours to serve lunch, suspiciously the same afternoon when the money went missing.
Once, he handed me a contactless POS set for EUR 250 instead of EUR 25, then brushed it off as an innocent error, when I discovered it.
Another time he complimented and touched my wife’s earrings, in what I hope was an ill-fated inappropriate attempt to act nicely.

Fantastic location above a rocky bay.
If you like seascapes & wave noise it's perfect.
Reception staff are nice and helpful.
They're Spanish and speak enough English & German to help the guests

Just finishing up a week at the Precise resort in Tenerife and would like to compliment Isaac who runs the entertainment. He has been by far the highlight of our stay at the hotel. We regularly visit hotels away from the busiest areas and often end up in hotels with very few English speakers. This can sometimes feel quite alienating, however Isaac made sure our stay was absolutely awesome. By far the best entertainment organiser we have had on our holidays.
There is kids clubs on here in the summer but they are away from the main pool and bar area and the only time we saw them was when they were heading to/from the 2nd pool/tennis court areas. Overall the pool area was quieter than most hotels we have been to.
