Terrible experience - on arrival, we discovered the villa (which had a for sale sign on the front gate) has a large smashed double-glazed unit, filthy private pool, soiled sofas, exposed electrical wiring, large areas of cracked render, peeling exterior paint everywhere, litter in the pool, litter on the sun terrace, broken pool loungers, ripped pool liner, broken pool light cowlings, broken outside lights. I didn't let anyone swim in the pool as it was cloudy and filthy and immediately complained to the resort manager, who said the previous guests had caused the damage. So in essence, they knew about the problems but just let us find out for ourselves. I demanded to be moved but was told there was no other accommodation. Their maintenance man put some electrical tape over the cracked window on one side (which promptly fell off) and then tried to revive the pool pump - the pool pictures show the pool after he cleaned it... I have complained for three months to the resort manager (and their head office) and was eventually offered a partial refund, but now, over a month later, they have not refunded the money as agreed and are ignoring my emails and telephone calls. I hope other families read this before experiencing what we went through

Very nice place to stay. Our apartment was much bigger and nicer than in the booking website pictures, so it was a very nice surprise. Kitchen was fully equipped, all in all very good value for money. We had amazing views of the sea from our terrace. Lagos was 15 minutes drive away.
I would come back!

I really enjoyed the place, it’s so rustic and bohemian.
The rooms are a little bit outdated, but it’s clean.
The big pool has a beautiful view and it’s clean.
Decent value for money, take note that pool is a bit far away from some rooms.
Friendly staff

Stayed here over Easter so it was nice and quiet. The room we were given was far larger than we expected and with the sea view directly outside. For us the location was absolutely perfect. I’ll never forget sitting outside our room looking out to sea, hearing the crashing waves and watching the moon rise. Being able to just walk out of our room and head off to the cliff side walk made us feel like we’re living the millionaire lifestyle too!
The room itself wasn’t perfect - a couple of non working bulbs and a broken chair, and overall just a little run down - but nothing about that bothered us. It might if you’re looking for internal luxury but not if you just want a comfortable base for when you’re not out exploring.
The staff meanwhile were amazing. Incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and made us feel very relaxed. They also went above and beyond afterwards too as my daughter had left her favourite teddy behind. Not only did they find it (which wasn’t easy as it had had a trip to the laundry along with lots of other rooms’ laundry) but they sent it back to us. They didn't have to go to all that trouble but the care and attention they paid to that was reflected in the way we were treated during the whole stay. Will definitely go back.

Long history, short: a disaster and snake oil for the money spent here. To never come-back again. Horrible breakfast without enough staff to provide a dignifying service or at least up to the expectations regarding what you pay for. Miserable rooms, with completely obsolete furniture, without air conditioning, reliable internet (had to really fight for having it functioning). I suggest them to close for a while to invest some really money to renew the facilities otherwise they are digging their own grave.
Just trying to forget i had the misfortune of spending some vacations there.
