I was unsure between giving it 4 starts or 5 stars, in my mind it should be 4.5 stars. During the stay my experience was pleasant, the staff was helpful and kind and the room that I received was huge ( you could fit another family in there without any issues).
The reason i hesitated to give it 5 stars was because of small issues we had, for example the bathroom door was mad out of frosted glass and not a solid door as we saw in the pictures or because of the bizarre cleaning schedule that would wake me up at around 5 AM because of the noise of the machine they were using to scrub the walk ways.
What we really enjoyed was the excellent and varied food, the open bar that you would be able to take a free drink ( alcoholic or nonalcoholic) up until midnight and the private beach.

Just back from a 2 week stay at Pasha beach hotel. Travelled as a couple.
Check in was hassell free and the bell boy was very helpful, took our cases and showed us to our room. We were on the 3rd floor with a view of the other side of the hotel looking down on the entrance of the hotel, this wasn't any issue as we have never minded really what view we have.
Room itself was clean, had 3 beds which for us was a waste of space but no issue, however the lack of storage which was an issue could of been resolved by getting rid of the single bed. Kettle in the room, small fridge, and nice bathroom with a great shower. 1 usable plug socket which to me seemed wrong? My biggest gripe was paying for the use of a safe, which intermittently broke. We both thought that charging for a safe was wiped out years ago, how wrong were we, 1,000 lira for the stay. Room cleaned daily, kind of, the cleaners we could see had their job cut out for them, most days our room wasn't touched until 3.30 -4 pm bearing in mind we left the room around 9-10ish and they were hard at it then. If we had returned to our room before it had been cleaned it didn't get touched and when we asked for extra toilet paper I thought we were going to get thrown out. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely but others were just cross about everything. It appeared there were just too many rooms and not enough cleaners.
Hotel facilities were adequate. Really poor WiFi which was neither here nor there as we don't tend to use our phones on holiday, however when we did require wifi it just dropped out. In house spa was beautiful and staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend. In house shop and barbers great too, again staff were lovely. 2 pools, one with slides which we didn't actually use, and another pool close to the main bar. Neither were big at all and sun beds were pushed together to maximise space. Everyone was on top of each other. The beach was OK, Couldn't always garauntee a sun bed as towels were out early doors. We saw, on a daily basis people on the beach using the beds for less than an hour yet leaving their towels from 7am to 7pm. The life guards were helpful and friendly.
The hotel staff excluding the animation staff were not particularly friendly at all. Everything seemed too much of an effort for them, there was no personal touches with any of them, the bar and restaurant staff made no effort in customer relations at all, despite our best efforts. They had a job to do and that was that. Massively disappointing as between us we had never experienced this before. No one appeared happy. No greetings or eye contact, or friendly banter. There was a luggage room where you could leave your cases on the last day, this wasn't locked and anyone and everyone could walk in to it.
Food...this for us was the biggest letdown. The buffet restaurant was poor, the same stews and fried foods every night. Salad smelt like it had been washed in disinfectant and barely any choice. Breakfast was OK and they did have a huge bread selection. We discovered the hotels Al la Carte restaurant by mistake as unless you asked you would never of known, it is stiuated at the bottom of the steps before the beach on the left, even the waiter told us that many people only discovered them on their last night. We chose to have breakfast in there most mornings, which we didn't budget for however the food and drink were lovely. The staff were lovely and their freshly squeezed orange juice was heaven. I would highly recommend using them. The evening menu is great The steak mushroom burger was amazing.
We wouldn't come back to this hotel, it's so commercialised with no personal touches. That's not to say it's not a good hotel, it's clean and well situated. Just not a good hotel for us.
There seems to be a huge shift in Turkey, prices have increased, no haggling over prices and the bars and restaurants in the evening don't seem as busy. Not that many brits in marmaris which the shops and bars seemed to be suffering for.

I recommend a holiday in this hotel, I think that 4 stars are well deserved. Great location with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, several pubs and souvenir shops opposite, 30 minutes' walk to the center (or 5 minutes by local bus).
Animations made by polite and very friendly animators every day, disco in the evenings.
While reading the review, I found that plates with unattended food were taken away, I haven't encountered anything like that during my 7-day stay. The food is tasty, a bit repetitive, but I think everyone will find something for themselves there.
However, the hotel has a few minuses that influenced my overall rating.
I had the impression that if you come there for the first time, the hotel staff are not very polite, they do not engage in any long conversations, they look like they are working for punishment, unlike people who have been there for several times, talk and chat, etc.
Reserving sunbeds is a failure, it is true that there is a private beach, but if you come after breakfast, no sunbed is free, that is, he is "reserved" with a towel, and for many hours there is no one there, the same is true at the pool, although the hotel asks guests not to reserve sunbeds before 8 a.m., but no one controls this ://
Wi-Fi in the hotel is available practically throughout the entire facility, which is a plus, but functionality does not necessarily require frequent loss of coverage in the room, which does not even allow you to make a video call. Wi-fi is free and works best at the main pool and in the lobby.
Another big minus is the paid safe of 2 euros per day, I thought it was included in the price like in most 4-star hotels.
Adding to the hotel's location, it is right next to the promenade, a very pleasant place for evening walks.
There is also a hotel restaurant by the beach, I didn't have the opportunity to try the food there, but I heard it was good.
The rooms were clean, cleaned every day by very nice cleaning ladies.
Overall, I recommend it, but when choosing Pasa Beach, pay attention to the things I mentioned.

Absolutely fantastic food and presentation. A big lobby/reception and different levels and areas to eat at. The pool snack area was great. The main attraction was that the hotel was directly near it's private beach and jetty. A fantastic location to be in. The only thing they ruined the atmosphere was that the restaurant waiters and bar staff were very rude. Most of them had access to their personal phones whilst working. Also I can't believe how scruffy the girls looked on their uniforms. The skirts were short up to their backsides and most just about squeezed in. Very unprofessional looking, This is not the Turkey we had come to love. The young staff need to learn manners as well as most of the managers who didn't even smile.

Overall the hotel is okay, it's about a 40 minute walk to the centre, along the beach or 10 minutes on the bus. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff are attentive. I was very disappointed by the food selection, It was the same daily and mostly consisted of chicken, turkey, stews, and salad. After several days, we resorted to going out for meals as there was no variety at all. WiFi was very intermittent and was not very fast anywhere across the hotel. People reserved sunbeds by the pool in the early hours of the morning but then were nowhere to be seen throughout the day. Despite two people staying in the room, only one key card is issued, this made it difficult if you wanted to have separate plans. I probably wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
