We are here now and have 4 nights in total at this hotel. Honestly it’s not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be, you get what you pay for it’s a cheap getaway. It definitely isn’t a 4 star 3 star at most. Rooms are dated and worn but still very good to stay in. Location is great everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Staff were lovely when checking us in. Would I stay again for another cheap getaway? Yes.

Big, massive hotel, great room size. Good English breakfast and cereal. However, the pictures online are far from reality on the ground.
The room I was in with my partner had a single bed, and we were made to understand that this is how all the rooms are. We requested that the bed arrangement should be changed to a double size.
The TV remote wasn't working, which made it a bit of a challenge to either switch the TV on or off. We could only have it either way when we were in bed.
The room intercom is not working; you have to go to the reception to pass your message.
If you are not careful, if you close the sliding door behind you on the balcony, hotel staff would have to let you back into your room, depending on the time of the lockout.
The outside pool was quiet, probably due to the period we visited, but the indoor pool was busy, as the kids and adults enjoyed the indoor splash.
As hotel guests, it was also a surprise for me to have to pay €8 to use the gym. Aside from that, should there be an emergency in the gym, there are no clear directions to the emergency exit from the gym.
In my opinion, the rating I would give the facility out of 5 is 3.5.

Rooms are very basic but the hotel is large with a lot in it. The gym is €8 per use which is pretty annoying although the women stated it’s an outside company, I would expect a hotel that is 4 stars to offer a gym included in the price. The tattoo studio offers photos with no price and no one around to speak to. The indoor pool is brilliant and great for winter. The outdoor pool was quiet but it was not warm weather.
Had Santa’s grotto for the children & music playing in the bar area.
The room had everything we needed for a 3 night stay with a store in the hotel which was good.
I assume in summer this hotel could be great even more than the 3 star I am giving due to seeing a lot of stuff for children and a pool bar that is closed for the season. We did not pay a lot of money to come here so I would say it’s great value.

Great hotel, brilliant pool.
Rooms are decent, beds are comfortable. Balcony is big enough, a pool view would have been better. Check in is after 2pm.
Toilet and shower is good.
Overall, it’s a good hotel.
Pool staff are quite strict, you can’t bring your own food or drinks to the pool.

staff are rude will ask for €500 cash deposit if you are anyone but a couple. particularly the guy on the reception desk was lacking manners. rooms were infested with cockroaches. pool was good & location
