This is a really great hotel. We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. There were never any problems getting a sunbed by the pool. The apartment were really fresh looking and had everything you need, including a small kitchen with a fridge including a small freezer. It was really clean and the bed were made everyday, including fresh towels.
The location is superb and it's so close to everything, especially the beach and restaurants.
The only downsides are that the doors to the hallway are without noise isolation. You can hear it really well when people are talking in the hall, or coming home late at night. You can also hear people in the room next door through the wall, but not it's particularly disturbing. Apart from this the breakfast was quite bad with only toast and eggs. But this is only an extra service provided by the hotel.
Overall this is a great and modern hotel, which we have no problem recommending.

I recently stayed here with my friends for a short break.
The hotel was extremely clean and tidy throughout, it’s clearly very well looked after.
The rooms were very comfortable for two people, again, spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and I hope happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short break away.

Im going to try and save anyone reading this from what is it a terrible mistake-staying in this hotel but in general in the town of Palma Nova.
Mayorca has beautiful towns starting with the much better Palma but this part of the island is… (I’m sorry) pure trash.
It is full with cheap horrible bars and bad restaurants and it does not even feel like it’s Spain but some English town. It is 100% full with young rude tourist from England and Ireland looking for a party. Yuk!
This hotel is OK but it is most definitely not the best option.
Again, full with partygoers making noise at night, ladies in balconies yelling while topless and crap music. To mention a few other things:
They like to close the pool at random times as the please, e.g. 5pm.
They charge money for letting you use a pool towel and you must leave a deposit- unbelievable!
They keep all balcony lights on at night (???)
The lady with blond short hair from reception is so rude, she does not even respond to “good morning” same with the cafeteria staff.
The only good thing I experienced here was the great customer service from Jose. Very lovely and helpful.
In summary, stay way from this hotel and town.

Recently refurbished. Clean well equipped rooms, with microwave, toaster, hob, etc., great, helpful staff. Adequate sunbeds. Towards the end of our week, we had a hen and a stag do, who were loud and dive bombing in pool, could have done without them. However, enough said it was their holiday too.

Stayed in a studio and it was so clean with every day service. Had a great view of neighbouring hotel pool. Lots of English TV channels. Staff all lovely and location great. Eroski large supermarket a short stroll away for fresh bread, meats, fish and veg. Very reasonable. Other small mini markets a few strides away. Beach and restaurants on doorstep. Cheap and regular bus service to Palma, Magaluf and Santa Ponca. Have already booked again for next year. Highly recommend.
