Where to start? We had accidentally booked for next year so had not actually got a booking when we arrived. The lady on reception was amazing and we were give a standard suite for one evening and then a premium suite for 6 nights. Although the suite was tasteful, it was dark with very little natural light. There were two flights of stairs which were wooden and difficult to see at times. The main room was actually too big, and lacked any atmosphere at all. It was expensive and the standard suite is so much nicer. The location is perfect for restaurant and sight seeing but again the noise in our room was horrendous till about 12 midnight and then start again at 4 am. It was difficult to sleep at times. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace is lovely but very small. I would not return for the reasons stated but we still had a lovely stay, if that makes sense!

We stayed for a night on NYE. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was delicious, bar had a great selection of drinks, and rooftop has a great view of Palma. We wanted to celebrate low-key NYE and this hotel was perfect for that. We bought two glasses of cava at the hotel bar and watched fireworks on the rooftop with other hotel guests. Our perfect NYE!

We arrived late at night and it was a little difficult to locate the hotel. But once we found it, we had an excellent experience. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. And the service was above and beyond in every respect. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Palma de Mallorca!

I stayed at the Palms Suites, for four nights with my parents. We were visiting Mallorca for a family wedding taking place over the Friday and Saturday. I consider the Palma Suites to be the best place I have stayed in Mallorca. Situated just a short walk from the center of Palma, the suites provided 5 star service during our stay. With small touches like a glass of welcome Cava, pre-ordering taxis for us (as it can be difficult to track down a local taxi in Palma due to high demand) and providing a wonderful breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The staff are friendly, welcoming and rise to every task with excellence! The suites provide practical, stylish apartments with kitchens, spacious bathrooms and the comfiest sofa beds. Overall cannot recommend enough, also the hotels bar and happy hour prices are accommodating to everyone, €2 a glass of cava during happy hour the perfect holiday treat! Also recommend checking out the rooftops terrace, with day beds and a plunge pool. Ideal for holiday snaps and views over Palma.
