We had an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel!
The dining options were impressively diverse, featuring a wide variety of meats, fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts, and delicious ice cream. The restaurant, with its cozy atmosphere and stunning sea view, was a highlight of our experience.
Access to the beach is very convenient, The beach area was pleasant, with sun-beds available.
The hotel maintained two beautiful pools, both featuring a lively atmosphere with music and breathtaking views. There’s also a designated shallow area for children, along with a gaming room to keep them entertained.
The staff was friendly and engaging, providing excellent service - multilingual, speaking German, French, and English. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist in any way.
Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic all-inclusive experience!

I spend 9 days with my family on all inclusive. The hotel was very nice and spacious. The food was good and the service was also very nice. The choice of food and drinks was impeccable.
A big plus is the sunbeds on the beach and a small bar, a very nice way to spend time.
The downside is that most of the activities were conducted in French and not always translated. The hotel is generally worth recommending
.End of season lots off sale and much more quiet.

I was with my partner on a week's holiday, I definitely do not recommend this hotel if someone suffers from asthma. The entire hotel smells incredibly of chlorine, which made it hard to get out of bed in the morning plus a sore throat. I will also add that people using wheelchairs or the physically disabled will have problems getting to the hotel or moving around on its premises.
Apart from that, the hotel is really nice, nice views and we got a nice room (for an additional fee of course). Hotel service at a high level so there was nothing to find fault with. Animation only in French so if someone wants to go to this hotel with children, please keep that in mind. The drinks at the bar were very weak, the wine from the restaurant was much stronger, strange. Souvenir shops at every turn are a big plus, two supermarkets right next to the hotel are also a plus. The sea is about 200 meters from the hotel, so very close.

We were at Mitsis Bali Paradise for a week, from Sunday to Sunday. Everything was fine. The food was good and very tasty. The only thing that did not suit us very well was our room, it was not spacious enough for us. I want to praise the hotel staff, at the reception, at the bar, at the food, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Near the reception you will also find a shop where you can buy souvenirs or something you forgot to take with you.

Currently staying at this hotel and loving every second. Its a beautiful hotel and the staff are wonderful. Food is great and selection of drinks on the all inclusive are good. Rooms are nice, but there is lack of privacy on the ground floor junior suite room balconies. Also when the room is cleaned some surfaces are not wiped down? I.e. bedside tables and some areas of the floor. The bathroom also let's down the room. As a 4 star this is quite a standard thing to do in our eyes. My 6yro was also upset he couldn't go on the water slides due to their rules of it, which we felt was excessive and one of the reasons we booked so that was disappointing. The hotel shop and jewellery shop was lovely. The a la carte restaurant was great. The hotel also have a section on the beach and private beach bar and we thought that was one of the best highlights. The entertainment is absolutely terrible. We'd come back as a couple but probably not with kids
