Recently stayed with a friend, so don’t be put off by the couples advertising, it’s such a perfect relaxation spot for any adult! There is a shuttle that runs you free of charge from the hotel to the beach hourly which is so convenient, the driver is lovely. Every single staff member made my friend and I feel welcome and their service is the best service I’ve had on a holiday by far. I have seen reviews saying there were no service at the pool which is untrue, staff members regularly run drinks to the pool loungers from the rooftop bar, the service is wonderful. The facilities are lovely and clean and there is a such a big range of foods available at the breakfast. I could not name one downside of my stay here. Everybody who works here should be so proud of how they treat their customers as they are what made an excellent vacation into a perfect one!

We had a 10 night stay in a superior double with river view. Room had a few knocks & scrapes, not surprising when coming to the end of a busy season, great view & all the facilities you could need. Breakfast had a good selection, some good snacks & light meals available at rooftop bar. Overall the facilities on offer were excellent but the trip was made for us by the staff who in every area were exceptional!

This couples' only hotel is really lovely. The staff are all friendly, attentive, and courteous. The rooms are spacious with balconies. The rooms are clean every day, with fresh clean bedding and towels. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms are balconies. You have outside areas for smoking. It's about 10 minutes walk to the marina and about 20 minutes walk to Praia da Rocha town.

The hotel is nice. We liked the location too. Convenient parking. The breakfast is really good! The problem in this hotel is people. It took till the last day to get friendly service at the front desk. The inlet people at the breakfast are also good. The spa was a disaster. We were treated badly on our first day so we never returned for the water spa included daily with our room. We also did not get our planned message. There’s zero service at the pool. Nothing is cleaned till end of day. They have a strange “Change pool towels once a day” rule. If this hotel can fix the service problems and gear more towards customer service this hotel will be a great choice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in. The location is great, the hotel was extremely clean. All of the staff so welcoming and friendly. The food was great. Perfect stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you
