The hotel is nice. The reception is lovely and smells really nice, and the staff were lovely. The rooms were good but you could hear every little noise from the crack of dawn and the banging from the doors and moving of furniture was my alarm every morning. Also, the air conditioning units flash blue and white lights all night if you have them on so that can keep you awake. The bathroom is poorly lit with no extraction fans, so the ceiling tiles had started to discolour. Nothing is included in your room price, breakfast, drinks, not even the safe! You have to pay if you want to keep passports, etc, secure. The pool area is nice, but it's very difficult to get sunbed any time after 9, and we went out of season. You can go on the sundeck if there is space, but the noise from the planes taking off every minute is constant.
The location is nice, there are several bars and restaurants locally, along with nice beaches and convenient stores, all within a 10 min walk, so that was good.
I expected more for what we paid, to be honest. It wasn't worth the money, so I won't be returning for that reason. (We paid £900 for 7 days, just the room).

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beachfront where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. It is also only a short bus or taxi journey into the city of Palma. There is some noise from overhead planes as the hotel is very close to the airport.
The room was fairly basic, but perfectly fine for our needs. However the double bed was actually just two singles pushed together. They also charge an additional fee for quite a few amenities like the safe in the room and use of pool towels.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, although the poolside service was fairly infrequent. There was live entertainment on most evenings, although the acts were not particularly exciting.
Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the area and want to be close to the beach

Great hotel for adults only. Very close to the airport and good connection with Palma. Great facilities, specially SPA area with amazing variety of water jets in jacuzzi plus saunas and indoor / outdoor pools. Also another jacuzzi on the roof. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and plenty of food stations with cold cuts or fresh fruit or freshly made eggs / omelettes. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Service was great and accommodating (even at busy time we were allowed to check out 1h later). Will definitely come back next time we’re in Palma.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay at the JS Palma.
We arrived a little later in the dsy and the hotel had arranged for a meal to still be available for us.
Our room was not the biggest however it was very clean and bright and comfortable. Good bed. Good linen.
Plenty of choice on the buffets at both breakfast and evening meal.
Staff very friendly.
Pool area was kept very clean.
Walking distance to the coast as well as the bus into Palma.
Very little to find fault with.
Be aware that the hotel is very close to Palma airport. You will hear airport however we found it a novelty (rather than a nuisance) to see and hear the airplanes.

If you rate it as a 4* hotel then it’s good enough. Location and staff were the best. It looks a bit packed around the swimming pool though and I think charging 10€ for towel may not seem welcoming. Otherwise, great staff and ideal location as it’s close to the airport and 1 min from the beach
