Exceptional customer service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic, specifically the reception staff who were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Great location, a stones throw from the harbour and easy walking distance from the beach. A wide array of facilities within the hotel including a well equipped spa, swimming pool and dining facilities. I will be visiting again and I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at. It’s new, modern and well designed. I recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet as the food is high quality and the menu changes daily. They also serve good, reasonably-priced wines. What really makes this hotel shine are the people.
The staff are professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly, especially Cristian, who works at the front desk. Whether you catch him at the beginning or end of his shift he is always welcoming and eager to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel! Excellent food and breakfast options. The facilities are great - we tried the spa as well the massages were great. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s close to the airport and there’s a bus stop 10mins away from where you can go into Palma city centre. There’s also a beach nearby which is not bad but using the public transport you can easily access really lovely beaches. We also booked island wide tours and the coaches pick you up from a nearby location. All in all would recommend.

3 hours after check-in, the experience had already turned bitter.
First, the rooms are tiny and basic, with a non-functional refrigerator and no space to store luggage. Then came the pool chair incident: during check-in, we were given a welcome sheet clearly stating that reserving sunbeds with towels is prohibited. Yet half the sunbeds were “reserved” and left empty.
We waited for 20 minutes, with no hotel staff supervising the area, before asking a nearby guest if anyone was actually using two free chairs. He confirmed no one had been there, so—at €270 per night—we placed our towels and used the beds. Two hours later, the supposed “owners” returned, shouting at us.
When we went to reception, the staff member showed no diplomacy whatsoever. The pool itself was visibly dirty, with debris in and around the water.
In short: don’t be fooled by the nice pictures—this hotel is overpriced and poorly managed. It does not provide 4star experience it claims.

We have just got back from our fantastic stay at the JS Palma. What an absolutely fabulous place. We had the best stay here and loved it! All the team are so friendly, helpful and brilliant. We couldn't have asked for more and we will definitely be booking to come back! We really appreciated how hard the staff worked and welcoming us to make our trip flow so nicely. A real delight. Superb hotel. Thank you!
