I have stayed in this hotel many times (I guess 6 summers). I am a regular here.
I love the location and the pool bar after a day in the beach.
The rooms are basic, but have everything you need.
Location is fantastic. It is 15 min from the airport by car, there is a beach 1 min walk from the hotel, but the best is the amount of restaurants around.
Food is good, drinks are also good.
Point of improvement: I do not think the hotel is opened during the winter and they do not reply e-mails in a good time frame.
My upcoming stay is approaching and I have a Junior Suite booked. I booked that with an offer - they send me a voucher code for my bday in Nov, hence the reason I booked directly with the hotel and took a better room.
I wanted to take a second room (a basic one) for my mother - at first I thought in a extra bed, but in the end as I am staying with my partner, I want privacy.
So they reply the email about the extra bed (I declined) but I did not get the e-mail about getting a second bedroom, I ended up booking my mother just around the corner in another hotel.
No issue, just wish we could all stay in the same place at a good price... but since they did not reply, I had to book elsewhere.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at. It’s new, modern and well designed. I recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet as the food is high quality and the menu changes daily. They also serve good, reasonably-priced wines. What really makes this hotel shine are the people.
The staff are professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly, especially Cristian, who works at the front desk. Whether you catch him at the beginning or end of his shift he is always welcoming and eager to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here 3 nights with a group of friends. Paid extra for a junior suite for 3 of us so we would be in separate bedrooms. Didn’t work out this way, there’s only an arch way between the rooms so pretty much in the same room anyway. Bathroom position was terrible as I had to creep past them in the night if I needed the loo. The extra bed was awful, springs just dig in your back wherever you lie. I’ve not slept properly the whole time Ive been here, thank god it’s only 3 nights.
Little things as well really let everything down. Only 2 of everything in a room that there’s 3 of you staying in. You get water on arrival but again not enough for everyone in the room!
The hotel is kept nice and clean and the staff are helpful. It didn’t bother me but it’s very close to the airport so there’s planes flying over constantly including late at night and early morning which is something to bear in mind too. Fine for a cheap short break but I’d have been gutted if I’d had my annual 2 week holiday here.
Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and beach a few mins walk away.

Just returned from a lovely break away in Palma. Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and so much choice. Rooms were very clean and serviced every day with clean towels. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a relaxing spa area too which was never busy. We are already planning our trip back!!

On the first night we arrived about 11:45pm and I spoke to a very helpful lady who was the night receptionist about an issue with the sliding patio doors of the room. Understandably there was little that could be done that night but in the morning Maria the duty manager found us a different room with a sea view which was lovely.
Christian from reception was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout our stay and became our go to guy.
Can’t speak highly enough about this adult only hotel only an 11 minute taxi ride to Palma which is a beautiful city.😁👍
