I stayed at this hotel during the first week of March and to be fair, it had just opened for the season on the day I arrived.
The room was small but comfortable. The buffet was fantastic, I really enjoyed the food.
One issue I had was that my request for extra blankets wasn’t fulfilled, despite asking twice, once when I booked online and again at reception.
The spa could be better. The floor gets very slippery, and the water isn’t hot enough. Also, if you’re staying in the other building you have to walk outside crossing the garden and pool to get there.

Room: 0/5
Spa: 0/5
Food: good ✔️
Check in:
Check in took 1,5 hours. The staff was overwhelmed, important information such as opening hours of restaurants, Spar or costs for towels were not communicated. Pure chaos among the staff, the queue got longer and longer
Room:
The first room was dirty, the second one was for a single person (we were 2) after that we good an upgrade.
The upgraded room was also dirty from construction (eg outdoor area, floors, mirror) and besides that, kind of wasted.
The table is defect, the lamp has seen its best days, the wardrobe does not open properly, the bathroom door can’t be closed without high pressure and noise, the toilet looses water, mold on the bathroom ceiling, one mattress is sagging
The hotel offered a new room, but we assume it won’t be different
Spa:
The regular sauna is only 65 degrees. In the steam sauna, the hose for washing down the seating areas does not work. Very unhygienic. 1 out of 4 massage beds is defective, 3 out of 4 massage fountains do not work. There are no hooks for towels or bathrobes, everything is on the relaxation loungers, so there is no space to relax.
The sauna is used without towels, today there were leftovers… Towels are available for a deposit in another building. Who wants to go there in bathing suits when it's cold outside? What is the info in front of the spa for? It would make sense to hand out towels and bathrobes here
Food: the guys at the barbecue station are the best. Always in a good mood
It's not the hotel's fault, but the fact that the garbage collection comes at 11:30 pm in the evening doesn't make it any easier to relax and sleep
We contacted our travel agent, who got in touch with the hotel. Supposedly everything works in the spa. They need photos. So tomorrow we will go to the spa and take photos of the things that don't work. Sounds reasonable.
Can not recommend this place. Definitely not worth 4 stars.
More pictures of defect spa this will follow

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Location is great, near the airport (very little noise from it) easy access to Palma and the local area is great.
Breakfast is tasty with lots of options.
Facilities at the hotel are all good and clean.
Rooms on the smaller side (not much room for luggage) but for a weekend away, no problem at all.

In short: adult only, a great stay, a good location, great food but we wouldn’t stay again because of the dogs.
At length: Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. It is CLOSE to the airport. You WILL hear the aeroplanes, even WITHIN the room. But our room was at the very end of the block closest to the airport. The noise didn’t disturb us, we slept wearing foam earplugs, and slept well.
The room IS small but that doesn’t worry me at all as I don’t go on holiday to spend time within the room. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was hot. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced. The TV only had two English speaking channels – that I could find, but that is to be expected in a foreign land. Again, I don’t plan on spending much time within the room. (Also, there is an enormous TV outside by the bar showing non-stop sport). There are NO tea/coffee machine/kettles in the room (take your own). There is a fridge. Hot drinks are free at breakfast but at no other time, not even at dinner with half-board, and I don’t think you can even buy a hot drink during dinner – only cold/alcohol.
Pay the extra and opt for half-board, the food is excellent. Ignore the negative reviews about the food, I have no idea what those people’s expectations are but they should try nothing less that the Ritz. Just the logistics of producing that much food twice a day, with the variety, and care that has been put into it is staggering. You can eat as much as you like. There are different options each night. There are hot and cold options, also chefs waiting to cook that night’s speciality just for you, if that is what you wish. I only once queued for grilled fish because there can be a long queue so with the wealth of options I just went with the buffet. And please don’t picture simply trays of chips (there is usually a tray of chips) but just one in a sea of choices. The desserts are also well made, presented and the choice! Again, eat as many as you like. To be honest I left breakfast and dinner stuffed, each and every day. Largely because it all looked so good I wanted to try at least one of each item.
My only negatives with the food are that the hot food is not always very hot, but I understand that is hard with a buffet. It’s not always clearly labelled as to its content – as I’m pescetarian. The choice is mainly meat but there are plenty of meat free options – you won’t struggle. Other than that, it’s people. The ones who pile their plates to ridiculous proportions rather than just going back, or leave it uneaten, or maybe worse use their fingers to shove large amounts in their cake-holes whilst still at the buffet. Or the usual cough/sneezers who leant nothing from Covid – cover your mouth and move away from food/people!
The exterior of the hotel is neat and tidy, with some art installation to give it a look and feel of class. There is a team of cleaners hard at cleaning the pool area each morning first thing. The bar has inside and out seating, the drinks I found to be well priced – much cheaper than the UK. I didn’t try the gym, or indoor pool but I did check them out and they all look good, small, but good.
You can hire different types of bikes from the bunker, starting from 10E per day for a city bike – the price reduces for multiple days. There are a hundred places along the sea front where you can hire similar for less money. One of the bikes we hired had seen far better days but it did get us to Palma and Bellver Castle. A ‘trekking’ bike is a better option at 13E. Road bikes start at 30E for Alu, and increase for carbon etc. There were a lot there.
There is a dedicated cycle path all the way to Palma which is largely flat and at a relaxed pace you can be there in 40mins. We were provided locks and there are plenty of bike racks to lock the bikes to, and to be honest, nobody is going to steal one of the hire city bikes…
PS - they allow dogs. We could hear one barking in a room close to ours which had obviously been left alone. It's cruel to drag an animal through two airports and a plane journey.

This hotel strictly does not allow you to leave your bed and towel at the pool for any duration or reason including using the toilet. There is a horrible female manager who takes great pleasure in watching and waiting for someone to go to the toilet or the bar getting a drink and makes a beeline for your towel and bag. This made the entire stay awful. Stayed with a group of 4 and we couldn’t to eat breakfast together in hotel because our towels would be taken. If we all got into the pool at the same time we would have to pay close attention to the manager to stop her taking our towels.
In addition to this one morning during our stay with no notice the pool was closed for a photo shoot. This would have been nice to know about so guests could make alternate plans for the morning. During the photo shoot a guest who had just come down to the pool and was unaware it was closed (as there was no signage) got into the pool and was promptly shouted at by the horrible manager.
If this manager had not been at the hotel during my stay I’m sure I would be able give a much better review. All the other staff were lovely and professional. The pool area and rooms were spotless. Breakfast was good (although I could have a whole other rant about the no pool wear dress code that was enforced for some guests but not others).
