We stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews, this hotel truly doesn't deserve them. The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic. Anytime we had a question or request, they were happy to help.
Everyone we encountered, from the reception team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, was warm and welcoming. We've stayed in other hotels before, but here we enjoyed the best and most varied food we've ever had. Even when we arrived late, they made sure there was food waiting for us.
The beach is right in front of the hotel, just across a small road, and it's absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and clear water. We felt completely at home during our stay and will definitely be coming back!

A lovely hotel clean and friendly. Food was good with excellent choice except for some reason they stopped putting butter out at breakfast only margarine (yuk)
Waiters were great particular mention to John and Adrian who were efficient and friendly. All were good though.
Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Well done to the ladies who do this job.
However not the best of views unfortunately. Overlooking car park. They did offer to change but it would have been two days later at extra cost so we didn't bother. Overall a wonderful holiday. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel with bars, restaurants, shops and the beach within walking distance. The food for breakfast and dinner was quite limited and usually the same every day. I have to say that we didn’t feel welcome by certain staff members during meal times. It became apparent that once they realised we were English they were not as polite or helpful as they were to guests of other nationalities. This was only experienced with certain waiters and waitresses. We did feel uncomfortable at breakfast and dinner when being served by these staff members especially after one incident where we were spoken to very rudely after asking a simple question over the price of a drink with dinner. Overall we had a lovely time but unfortunately it was tainted by these experiences at meal times. If we hadn’t already paid for half board we would have eaten out at another restaurant.

Great breakfast and dinner, much to choose from and they change the food everyday so you can always try something new each day. Great location, about 150-200m to the beach. Close to the bus stop too if you want to take the bus to the old town.

Good location, very close to the bus stop and in front of the beach. A lot of resturants and stores within walking distance.The room was big and clean. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable and the bathroom was also ok. Only a few things to improve:
1. Bathroom door was getting stuck, you really needed to push hard to open it.
2. Check out process was a little messy, a lot of people waiting on line and the process was very slow.
3. Food was nothing special, it was not bad but we expected more. There were a lot of options to choose from, but we only found a few tasty ones. Drinks like the coffee and juices in our opinion tasted very bad.
Food quality was very average, but I guess this is expected from a buffet style.
