Disappointing!
I’ve been in a different 4 stars hotel on the same street only two months prior and let me tell you, the difference was huge.
JS Alcudimar is conveniently located.
Staff was as courteous as necessary but not whole heartedly. The only person I’d like to name was a young lady named Alexa, who at the time was doing her apprenticeship in the restaurant. She had a beautiful smile and the best attitude as she did actually help me when requested. The staff as a whole, was a hit and miss. Some friendlier and more likely to help where some were just not happy to be there.
The room cleaning staff, although well tipped would also do the bare minimum.
It was the first time (Hotel) we ever had to pay every time we wanted clean pool towels.
The safe, would be a 27euro charge per week and the worse part, it was an antique safe that would require a big old key one would have to lug around.
The worst about our stay were the dishes and silverware in the restaurant. I never ever found so many dirty “clean” dishes as in this hotel. Dried food specs all over the plates, finger printed silverware and that at every meal. The omelet-guy was wiping his nose with the back of his hand, then wipe his hand on his apron just to turn around and cook more omelet for the patrons.
All in all, not the best experience.
I shall not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it to friends and family.
In my opinion is maybe a 3 Stars hotel. Definitely not worth what we paid in comparison to the 4 star we stayed in in June of this year.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was our first time at Mallorca island and we are glad that we chose this hotel. In overall everything was to our expactations, food excellent, stuff excellent and it was literally few steps from the sea. On our next visit of the island, we surely are choosing one of the JS hotels to stay in.

We had an enjoyable week here. Internal refurb well done. Spa is good but not open early enough or late enough.
Food is good for buffet style - gets very busy.
Location is brilliant.
Service from some staff let this down.
Was extremely annoyed when we used car park for one night but was charged for two especially when it was half empty and the excuse from the receptionist was poor. JS please train your staff better.
Addition: have revised review lower as we returned parking tag before dinner - after my Partners two sons had arrived. NOT 21:45. Will not return to a JS Hotel again after this.

We checked out of the hotel on 15th of August at approximately 10 AM. We had a boat go catch that afternoon. We ordered a taxi
through the front desk and they told us that it was coming. We waited until 12pm still waiting for the taxi but no one showed up. We asked the front desk, a woman with glasses named Maggdiela (or something like that) for help but she kept on saying "I don't know" to everything we said. We asked for help with the taxi and what to do but she was very rude and all she was saying was I don't know. She did not do anything to help us even though we booked 3 rooms at the hotel. She was not considerant until her colleague jumped in to help us. She noticed that the rude lady with glasses did nothing, and she gave us a number to call. We missed our boat and we had to book another one at the end since the boat was nonrefundable. We had to figure out the transportation to the port because the taxi the lady called did not show.

A great option for a summer and beach holiday, warm sea, all the infrastructure nearby, cafes and bars, good food in the hotel, good rooms, cleaning every day, sauna and heated pool, everything is clean and decent.
