Unfortunately I won't be back. The hotel itself is ok and most of the staff are nice but the noise is absolutely terrible. Walls are paper thin and got woken up at 6am every morning. The balcony door also isn't sound proof and my last night I was kept awake until 3.30am from the apartment opposite partying on the roof. I came away to relax and rest but I'm leaving more exhausted than when I arrived. Food was ok and pool area nice but you really need to do something about soundproofing. Also the air conditioning was barely functioning. 😭

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in mid July. The hotel is absolutely fine it was a very smooth check in and check out. The food was good, however we both found the breakfast challenging as it was very german orientated food which was fine! just something we weren’t used to. And the Evening food we found to be very salty. We also didn’t have air con in our room at 35 degree temperatures so it was a bit challenging there too. The location was the best though, so close to bus stops to airport and bus stops to Palma, 5 min walk to beach and bars. It was very ideal and we had a great stay. thank you :)

The staff were very friendly. When we came, Spain had won the finals 2-1, if you didn't watch it please do, and there was a river of people all chanting and banging drums and there were fireworks. It was like a show for us but it was impossible to park. Eventually, I found a spot for parking. I couldn't sleep until they stopped. There is such a wide variety of choice in food and drinks. Wow! Excellent. The location is perfect as there is a beach nearby. Bellisimo. Rooms are not to large or too small. Everything is clean. There is a bath which is quite unusual as usually there isn't when I go on holiday. Perfecto!!!

This is an amazing budget hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious and room had a great view of the pool and the sea. The hotel is clean, location is amazing and the nearby beach is the best in the area.

Terrible experience before it even started unfortunately. Booked a family vacation via Booking for this hotel. Price is, indeed, very good vs surrounding resorts, and location good. Upon booking, room overview was saying TWIN ROOM - 2 TWIN BEDS. Out of precaution, I followed up afterwards with hotel if all ok, and they said room is with 3 individual beds, so 4th person can't be accommodated even though it's a baby. We tried everything, offerred a compromise to even pay on top and keep the room, to connect beds, as baby anyway sleeps with us. They absolutely didn't want to consider for a second. They were rude, not customer friendly, and repeating the same. We escalated with Booking, they understood the situation, tried to compromise with the Hotel, but without success. Hotel was insisting that we should cancel and relocate. First time in my life that hotel basically rejects guests without any alternative, and just because of the baby. Booking colleagues shared opinion and dissapointment. Since my flight tickets were booked, my vacation is ruined.
On top, beware, they have many hidden policies not visible at first. You won't be getting drinks during dinner etc.
Avoid this hotel, even though price is super attractive at times.
