A nice apparthotel. Rooms are nice and spacious with a balcony. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on the service. It is very noisy. Local music stops at midnight but we did have a group of Germans above us who at 3.30 in the morning sounded like they were rearranging their room. Luckily they were only there for a night.

I stayed for 4 nights. Room was bigger than expected - was in building 1 overlooking the main road and had two balconies. The road was noisy but I didn’t mind. If you want quietest location I’d say building 2 overlooking the smaller pool might be better option.
I went self catering so can’t comment on the food in the hotel. I didn’t use the pools either. There was nearby Eroski supermarket and kitchen was equipment was good. Could’ve done with chopping board and some scissors.
Minor niggles were sink plug didn’t work, kettle lid kept flipping up and in eve wi fi was bit slow but everything else ok.
V close to beach - I went once but was too busy for me so I headed to the nearby lake instead. It was really quiet but you couldn’t swim in the lake which was shame. But enjoyed the peace and quiet to sunbathe and read and enjoyed watching the fish jumping out of water. Was nice walk around it too. You can walk along to get to the supermarket. Bus ride from airport was ok too. Had nice relaxing time.

Expected something more than we got it.
The staff is amazing, very friendly helpful and polite.
The location of this hotel very easy to find BUT it's on the main road, so expect noisy evenings and mornings. Lots of amazing restaurants and shops. Sea withing 5 min.walk. you can also find supermarket with local food if you need it (as we took self catering), a little bit pricey but always fresh if you buying any bakery, fruits and vegetables also on top.
For the kids not much, they do have entertainment for the kids but depends on your child if they will like, also if you have little one they don't have a proper swings for them, which a little bit upset, basically nothing proper playground. As for me if this is a family stay, better to put more attention on this one.
We had a room there everyday you could hear droppeing water from upstairs room and we also had ants, not much but they was there. Isolation is very bad, you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room, especially corridor.
They do clean rooms, which is good, everything that you need is in the room. The bed as for us wasnt comfortable, but we all different.
But for this price that you can expect more?

My family stayed here for a 10 holiday in late June/early July. We stayed in Building 2. The rooms are spacious and modernized. We did however find the aircon to be very poor, which made it uncomfortable to sleep most nights. It only seemed to kick in and cool the apartment down in the early morning. Also, we had a little swarm of flies in the corner of the shower, which we bought spray for, but they kept returning. Some dead ones would appear in all the corners of the apartment. Not big issue, but housekeeping did not sweep them up once during our stay.
The entertainment was very low energy and the team were replaced with a much more enthusiastic team. Unfortunately this only happened the day before we were leaving, so we missed out on what seemed to be a much better program, pity!
One issue that does not seem to be mentioned in any other reviews, is that the management of the hotel allow a group of local children to use the hotel swimming pools. Whilst I am all in favour of supporting local initiatives, this group of children were never supervised or capped on the timeslots for using the pools. One day I counted 7 of them in the pool, along with paying guests. They range from the ages of about 8-12, boys and girls. I found them to be very boisterous, lacked respect/consideration for guests and turned the atmosphere in and around the pool to be a very hectic and tense one. My young daughters found them quite intimidating and off-putting, depending on how many of them arrived during the day. I witnessed them using the baby pool as a goal for their football game, whilst there was a mother and baby in it!! I also saw them diving in on top of guests, swimming up under people and having races across the pool, regardless of who was in their way! None of the staff (including the life guards) police them, so they have the run of the place. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

Rooms have everything you need, kitchenette, shower and balcony. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and drainage in shower didn't work very well. We had a puddle every day in bathroom. Also one side of hotel faces bar. So it would be noisy in the evening.
