Had a great stay. Rooms are clean with a great little kitchenette. Beautiful ocean views. Large pools with a restaurant right on site.
Located near plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars and grocery stores.

Was originally a bit nervous having booked this hotel seeing some of the reviews, but after staying for 8 days I can confirm this hotel is brilliant. Amazing views and location, peaceful and very clean. Only faults I can give are that the air con isn’t that good but not unbearable and that the decor is a little old school. Loved our time here and loved this hotel. Coming from someone who is very picky with where they stay this took me by surprise in a great way! Would recommend. Sea view room sunsets were beautiful.

First of all it is not a 4 star hotel!! Outdated, run down place. Reception staff layed back, not very helpful. Rooms are in terrible condition, need a re-vamp for sure. Full of cockroaches, when you mention this at the reception they just shruggle their shoulders. Bad attitude! Not cheap so expected something else! Never again! Oh and the noise...there is a bar called sloop or slop not sure but on Sundays play live music which is terrible and very noisy when mentioned this to reception staff (again) they said: well this is Tenerife they are allowed to do that! What? Seriously??? Worst hotel ever!! Avoid!!

Apts we're fab - great location, staff etc - only thing I can criticise is the air con. It really doesn't work. We had ground floor 1bed apt and had 2 big windows in bedroom to open so it was fine but wouldn't fancy it in the hot summer months.

We stayed in a private apartment which was situated on floor 3, perfect room with good fresh decoration kept to a high standard and is equipped with everything you can think of including books to read/ towels even a shopping trolley to stock up from the local shop . Elevator available all week .Club Atlantis as with many on the island is on a hill however,it is only 5 mins from everything you need for a great holiday. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful.Everywhere is clean and tidy . Issues : air con is switched off by the hotel in autumn so even though there is currently a mini heatwave no aircon was available . There is a slight issue with sunbeds. You cannot reserve them which you would think was great and the pool attendant unlocks the beds stacks at 10am . but you will have to que to get one and they do que early also from 9am you can see people placing towels on the ground where they intend to place the beds and they all set up the beds and go back off to breakfast or about their day so still you can end up without a sunbed even though they are empty most of the day . There is a pool bar /Cafe. Food looks good but it can get busy and with only 1 cooking and 1 serving I did notice long wait times when busy . The area is perfect with bars and restraunts a plenty . Make sure you try the slow boat Chinese/Las Olas/ sun inn/ deli delights
