We enjoyed our stay very much. If you look for spacious suites with a kitchen as a family or a couple and care about cleanness this can be a very good choice. Well-managed hotel with supportive staff. We initially offered a room which didn’t meet our needs, after asking the reception changed it.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were not very generous in term of diversity, yet the food quality was fine for most of the items.
The very cool and kind entertainment team made our stay a memorable one :)

The hotel is clean, welcoming, and all of the staff are so kind and helpful. The pool and facilities are good but not great. In need of some maintenance and a bit of a tidy up in places. Rooms don’t have lifts so if you have young children be prepared to carry them or the buggy up stairs. Parking can be an issue right outside but there is plenty locally. The local ‘village’ has little to offer but enough to get you by. Car hire is a must to get out and about. We had a good time. Not sure we would come again other than for a great restaurant down the road. La Parma. Fantastic

The rooms at this hotel can’t be faulted at all they are so clean and the maids really do such a lovely job. For the money you pay to stay here I’d definitely say it’s more of a 3 star resort, the food was average and most nights we did struggle to make a whole meal out of what was laid out. We also had very bad stomach from the food sometimes and we had the breakfast once and skipped out for the rest of the time we stayed. The pools are lovely and the sun beds are comfy, there is also plenty of room. The staff are hit and miss some were amazing and others literally wouldn’t even speak to you… there is literally nothing to do in the hotel if you don’t have kids either. Noe venting entertainment which is fine but pool tables don’t work the bar is attached to the restaurant so there is no where separate to go and it closes very early. The area is quiet and there is a lovely restaurant right opposite the hotel nebula’s we enjoyed many meals there it was so lovely! Cocktails are all from a machine which is fine but it’s a lot of money for a very basic stay. We wouldn’t come back again, we stayed for 10 days and really did struggle for stuff to do.

We had a great time. The rooms are clean and modern, the pools are both warm (and shallow), balls and inflatables are allowed (hooray - nothing worse than a no fun pool) and sunbeds are always available, even when we visited in July/August. In fact the availability of facilities is one of the appeals - it was always possible to play tennis, squash, table tennis, pool, air hockey when we wanted, or after a short wait, where there would be a queue in other hotels in peak season. The daytime entertainment schedule is busy, and both of the team work hard and bring their personalities to the job. They keep the kids entertained, but there's still boules, yoga, aqua fitness, etc. every day for adults too.
We stayed half board, food wasn't the greatest we've experienced, but was adequate, and I found there was enough variety each day
The location is quiet. Don't go here if you want loads of nightlife. We were playing cards and having a drink 1 night at about 10pm, and the hotel bar shut, and the lights were turned off which we thought was a bit rude. Other nights we ventured across the road to the rooftop bar which had great views of Teide, and sunset. We were aware the evening's were quiet before we booked, so it wasn't a surprise, and not a problem for our family.

We stayed here in September of 2024, and honestly really loved the place. During our time here my daughter came out in chicken pox and Emily at reception couldn't have been more helpful when we approached her about extending our stay in the same apartment because we had to move our return flights. Diego is part of the animacìon team and is absolutely incredible, his enthusiasm can't be beaten and he even added an extra song for my daughter onto his aquafit class on the last day because we were going to miss the kids party! Bar is quite expensive if you're not all inclusive - cocktails from a machine and correct measures of spirits which we all know you don't need on holiday 🤣
The area itself is quiet but offers a selection of restaurants, of which Nebula, El Delphin and L'Osteria Sea we tried and really liked!
I'd definitely stay here again.
