If you ever come to Agadir, avoid this hotel completely, it’s not even worth considering. The rooms are filthy and unhygienic, on our first day, we requested cleaning, but they only made one bed and told us the other would have to wait until the next day. There was no hot water, and when we complained, the staff just said it was a “technical issue” they didn’t know how to fix. The next day we asked for cleaning again, but nothing was done. The bathroom was disgusting, with no towels, no toilet paper, and zero basic amenities. We highly and honestly recommend not visiting this place, whether you’re a family or even traveling alone, it’s a complete disappointment.

Absolutely Horrible Stay – Left After 10 Minutes
This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear this place was completely unacceptable. The room smelled terrible, and to make matters worse, the toilet didn’t even have a door—zero privacy.
There was no air conditioning, which made the place stuffy and unbearable. Bugs and spider webs were everywhere, clearly showing the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was no safe, no fridge, and the lighting was terrible. The bedding was dirty, and the floors were filthy.
The overall access to the room was poor and felt unsafe. Within 10 minutes of arriving—at night, no less—I had no choice but to leave. That’s how bad it was. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was a nightmare. The place was infested with cockroaches, including some as large as my hand, which crawled all over my children, beds, and furniture. There were also lizards, and cat poo all over the hotel, and an unsettling sewer smell permeating the entire property, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe.
The staff were rude, aggressive, and completely lacked any sense of professionalism or respect. They were more interested in chasing us for tips than providing decent service. We were a family of five—two adults and three kids—and they gave us just one bed, We Booked 5 Beds, They told Us £200 extra For A Bed, No Aircon, No TV and No Wifi despite the obvious need for proper sleeping arrangements. The furniture was broken, the beds were uncomfortable, the shower was out of order, and toilets were leaking. We encountered bed bugs and spider eggs, making the place feel utterly disgusting.
The hotel’s manager was particularly hostile. He yelled at me in front of my children, causing them to become upset and scared. The photos advertised online were clearly photoshopped; the actual condition of the hotel was far worse. They falsely portrayed a clean, family-friendly environment, but it was everything but that.
Throughout our stay, we had no towels, no toilet paper, and staff even stole my watch and purse. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and leaking toilets. We couldn’t get any sleep because the nightclub downstairs started blaring music at 2 a.m. and continued until 6 a.m., making it impossible for anyone to rest.
This place is not suitable for families at all—definitely not kid-friendly. I am still haunted by nightmares of cockroaches crawling over my children and the filthiness of the entire hotel. It’s clear they are only interested in taking your money and couldn’t care less about your comfort or safety. This has been the worst holiday of my life, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a disgusting, dangerous, and unprofessional establishment that I will never return to, Dont Say I Never Warned You.

The place is as literal as its name, “TagaDIRT.”
This is my 4th time in Agadir but I have never experienced a hotel like this place.
I booked 4 nights at this place mid August 2025 and trust me when I say this, DON’T LET THE PICTURES DECEIVE YOU! During my stay as soon as I checked in and entered my room I saw 3 cockroaches on the bed and a dozen ants crawling all over the wardrobe, toilet and the shower. There were also no towels and a single shower gel or soap in my room and the floors were absolutely dirty.
There isn’t a telephone either to contact reception so I had to walk 2 floors up from my room to get to reception and you’d think they’d be nice and understanding but it was quite the opposite! The staff at reception were very rude because all I was asking for was a towel and a shower gel to use as it stated all of those were available in the hotel room on the details of when I placed the booking. They said to me that the towels and soap should be there as the housekeeping lady checked all the rooms but clearly it wasn’t the case so the man at reception randomly started to raise his voice at me and tell me that I was lying. I was shocked! I didn’t know what to take from it as it completely ruined my mood and I just walked away. I then had to buy shower gel and a towel for my own personal use from one of the shops nearby which cost me 200 dirhams which is almost equivalent to £20 UK sterling.
The only decent thing I can say about this place is that once you come out of the hotel and take the stairs down on the right hand side, it’s a 5 minute walk from there to the beach which takes you to the restaurant, shops and the resort.

★☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
The rooms were filthy, nothing like the photos or advertisements. There were no sheets, the toilet was completely exposed with no door, and the whole place felt unhygienic. I had to leave immediately because it was unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money here — there are far better options in the area.
