This hotel is in a fantastic location to the beach, airport and bus to Palma. The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent, lots of choice and all very tasty. The cleanliness was also very good. Last but not least the staff were always pleasant and helpful. A special mention to Naiara in the bar. She is a lovely person, always obliging and great fun. An exceptional staff member.
The only reason we dropped a star rating in this hotel is for the beds. They were 2 single beds together for a double and squeaked every time you moved. I found the mattress uncomfortable but the housekeeper lady gave me a topper and it was comfortable then except for the squeaky noise.

Fantastic little hotel with a lot of charm. Came for a girls weekend with a friend and got the suite. We booked because of the two hours free daily at the neighboring spa (steam, plunge pools etc), which was very relaxing. Interiors of the hotel are new and clean, bed was very comfortable, rooms were quiet. The pool area is small but lots of good seating and serene.
The location is perfect next to beach and on the edge of all the action.
What really set this place apart for us was the exceptional service. The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and humorous - they went the extra mile several times to help us have a seamless and pleasant experience. Would stay again and highly recommend!

This hotel has an ideal location, close to the beach, the airport, and convenient bus routes to Palma. The breakfast and dinner options were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. The staff made the stay even better, as they were always friendly and ready to help.

The hotel is located close to a very nice promenade. Rooms are of good standard. The air conditioning works efficiently. Rooms are cleaned daily. The windows are well soundproofed, which was really helpful. The staff is helpful. The food is good, fairly varied.
On the downside, there’s no option to include drinks with dinner. The waitresses were running around the dining room asking if we wanted something to drink and then bringing the card terminal – I didn’t like that at all. I would much prefer to pay extra to have access to water and tea rather than such confusion. Additionally, the water that was being sold came in reusable bottles, so I wasn’t sure about its quality.

The hotel has a fantastic location: a few kilometers away from the airport, one street away from the beach. There's also a bus stop nearby that goes to Palma, airport and other places. I loved the proximity of the sea, because it saved time when I wanted to take a swim. If one is bothered by noise (like airplanes landing and departing), I'd recommend having sleep earplugs, although it honestly wasn't so noticible after a bit.
The hotel seems pretty new and clean. My room was on a smaller side, because it was a single, but good enough and it had everything I needed (AC, hairdryer, lock, mini fridge and an electric kettle). The only thing I didn't like was the view, because my "balcony" was in the emergency exit area, but it's not like I spent any time there. Just dried my clothes and towels.
There's a pool area and mini gym with sauna, but I skipped those, because I had to much fun at the beach and traveling.
The food was amazing with multiple cold and warm options. In addition to all the available dishes, during the meals the cooks prepared omlettes and meat/fish to order. Drinks for dinner were paid extra. The only thing that was a problem for me, was the meal times. I usually eat the last meal much earlier, but I understand that it's different in Spain.
As for the hotel staff, they were mostly very nice and accommodating, except for one older man, who was rather rude and unhelpful.
Still, I'd recommend this place.
