The hotel is wonderful, with great rooms overlooking the ocean. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. It's clean and tidy, with air conditioning working perfectly. The meals are fantastic! There is a large selection of dishes, changing main courses, fresh and served promptly. We will definitely return!

The hotel is on a steep clifftop site so lots of steps. Sea views are magnificent, the staff are courteous and helpful and the food in the restaurant is varied and good quality. However, the buildings are tired and in need of modernisation and improvement.

The setting of this hotel is lovely, we had a Deluxe room which had a sea view and it was fabulous. The hotel was on multiple levels and the lift down to the sea front was very cool.
Everything was digital which was a pain because the app was pretty terrible. It took us a while to work out where all the different restaurants were and how they worked - would have been great to have a doc in the room which explained it all, with opening times etc for each restaurant.
Although we had a Deluxe room, it felt we were just paying for the sea view. The room and particularly the bathroom was not 'deluxe'. However, the beds were very comfortable.
We weren't aware there was an activities schedule until we happened to come across it on the app. You had to book everything was was a real pain as on holiday sometimes you'd like to just turn up to something if you fancied it and the activities were very quiet so I think the staff didn't turn up unless you booked.
There was also very little information or support to work out what activities we could do around the area and how to get around etc.
All in all, a lovely hotel but the experience could be much improved.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! It definitely came up with our expectations. We spent there two weeks and it was a great time. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious. The location of the hotel and its huge garden is wonderful. The food is excellent, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, fish, seafood, soups. The staff is friendly and helpful. Animation programme for kids and tweens is fantastic -lots of sports and creative activities. Our children loved them! The animators are fantastic young people! We definitely recommend Jardin Tecina.

Beautiful setting for this well done resort that is low-key but very enjoyable. A good amount of activities on the grounds such as tennis, padle, squash, volleyball, and pools, Plus the natural attractions of this amazing island, with lots of hiking and beautiful walks. And, a program just for kids!
We stayed for two weeks, and wished we had done more of the individual restaurants instead of just the buffet. Another impression we had was that the service was variable, with some outstanding staff people and many more lackadaisical. Plus, not everything happens when they tell you it will, such as housekeeping requests or laundry service.
But if you can get into their Mediterranean mindset and relax, this is a very enjoyable resort!
