The hotel is wonderful, with great rooms overlooking the ocean. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. It's clean and tidy, with air conditioning working perfectly. The meals are fantastic! There is a large selection of dishes, changing main courses, fresh and served promptly. We will definitely return!

No.1.. Just arrived, 30mins waiting to check in, very friendly reception, arrived late after 12 hours travelling so went straight for something to eat as the Buffet restrauant was closing in an hour.. not sure what our bill will be as we had no info of pricing even after asking.. food was good, lots of choice eventhough it was nearly closing, staff very friendly. I had requested (back in Oct) for Cava, beer and fruit to be ready in the room as we are on our honeymoon 😀... After searching for our room (not very good signs, so you need to search a bit) Nothing arranged as per my request... callled reception... within 25mins the Room Service arrived - Thank you for sorting it out so fast! Room is nice but no kettle or coffee/tea, Mini Bar only has water, Coke, cubboards are too short for mens shirts or ladies dresses, only one bathrobe.. no ashtray on balcony.. will report back in a few days for a final assessment 🙃

What a disappointment we had on our latest visit to the Jardín Tecina ...excited about seeing the renovations and being back in our favourite hotel we can only say that it wasn't ready to open. The "new bedroom and bathroom " were unfinished and in need of a good clean.The bathroom was mess,half grouted tiling lumps of cement ,unfinished shower.... The service and food were excellent as always.We put in a polite complaint to reception and sad to say a week later not had a response.What a shame! As lovely as every,been visiting for 18 years.Amazing chill out holiday.

The hotel is on a steep clifftop site so lots of steps. Sea views are magnificent, the staff are courteous and helpful and the food in the restaurant is varied and good quality. However, the buildings are tired and in need of modernisation and improvement.
