Booked 3 rooms for family group, got in past midnight, our room was on the ground floor, to my disappointment i opened the curtains to look out from the balcony to be confronted by a big concrete wall, the room had now views at all. I went straight back to reception and told him i was not happy with the roo. As I didn't want to spend 8 nights looking at.a.wall. next day they moved us to a room on the 7th floor which was fantastic. Only ate in the hotel once as prices they charged for meals are a bit over the top. Food plentiful but very bland. Over all it is a nice hotel. Swimming pool area nice but had an issue with people placing towels on sun loungers then disappearing for a few hours. Drinks.also expensive, instead of drinking at this hotel, we went to the Presidential hotel just down the road where drink was far cheaper.

I didn't know where to start. The room is beautiful and clean and has a panoramic view. The pool is amazing. The breakfast is more than amazing, fruits and food, everything you could want you can find there. The reception is amazing. In terms of the location of the hotel, for me it is strategic, close to a free parking lot in the city center. The area is very noisy, but the location of the hotel is great, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time very close to the amusement parks and etc. I am a person who only likes to relax, I don't care about amusement parks haha 😁. The important thing is that my stay was only for two days, but honestly it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have spent nights in in Spain. Thank you, I liked the hotel more than the whole area ❤️❤️❤️

Room was lovely and always cleaned well. We stayed here for 4 nights on a half board basis so breakfast and evening meal included. The food started off ok but unfortunately didn't stay that way, we're not fussy eaters but choices weren't the best and sometimes only lukewarm. We thought we'd spend the day sunbathing round the pool but from the minute we were there the pool attendant made us feel uncomfortable. We were told off for having drinks round the pool but couldn't see a sign to say otherwise and after that he would stand watching us all the time to the point we went to a different hotel to use their pool. This hotel is great if you're older or a family with children but if you're neither of these or you want to have fun then stay somewhere else

This was our second visit to this hotel. We love everything about it - great location - 5 min walk to the beach. It is round the corner from the market and right in the centre of the bars of the New Town and yet the hotel is quiet. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a luxurious feel to it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is large and lovely. Even though the hotel allows people to reserve beds, we always got a bed at any time of day. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and they can't do enough for you. The restaurant is large and kept super clean and the staff are all happy and smiling - especially Diego who waits to welcome you with a word and a smile.
Definitely the only hotel for us in Benidorm.

Top quality hotel. Modern decor & spotlessly clean throughout.
The rooms are large with Comfy bed & good shower & balcony.
Its location is fantastic for the lively spots of Benidorm & a short walk to the beach. Surprisingly quite for it's location, the pool area is a little oasis.
The breakfast was good and plenty of options.
