I wasted a week of my life in this hotel.
FOOD: My first impression of the hotel's food was terrible; I went in for breakfast and couldn't comprehend the menu; there was nothing to eat except pastries and cold crepes. The food that was not consumed during lunch was provided as cold snacks in the evening. Also, I wouldn't advocate eating spaghetti because it gave me terrible food poisoning, and I had to ask the receptionist for medicines.
In terms of beverages, there are few alcoholic options and no exciting drinks.
Cleanliness: Tunisia is extremely polluted and ruined; I would not recommend or return again. As for the hotel, it smells like drainage, the rooms need to be renovated because everything has grown old, and filth is just hanging out.
Service: Excellent, but only if they receive tips.
The Beach: A lovely spot with gorgeous sea. However, it is not a private beach, and anyone may visit; there is a lot of rubbish, and you must be careful where you step; I almost trod on a needle.
If you are stranded at this dreadful hotel, go to the city to a cafe named My Cacoon, which serves delicious dishes with FLAVOR.

I recently stayed at this hotel and have mixed feelings about my experience.
**Drawbacks:**
The most significant issue was the pervasive presence of smoking. People smoked everywhere, which greatly affected those of us who don’t smoke. The smell of cigarettes lingered in every place, making it uncomfortable at times.
**Positives:**
Despite this, there were many good things about the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The rooms and towels were cleaned every day by the diligent and amiable staff, ensuring a high level of cleanliness. Additionally, the food was very good, offering a variety of delicious options. However, it was a bit unsettling to see cats roaming around the eating area. On a positive note, the entertainment at the pool was enjoyable and added a fun element to our stay.
Overall, while the smoking and cats in the eating area were drawbacks, the friendly staff, cleanliness, good food, and entertaining pool activities were definite highlights.

I really don't know where to start, because I spent a wonderful week in this wonderful hotel, and I came back only recently, on May 9, and I still live in that atmosphere, Maybe I'll start first by receiving us, a very nice welcome with a local drink. When it comes to the reception and the people working there, I never I haven't seen nicer people, they are very helpful, very friendly, they will do whatever you ask and they love to joke and they really know their job. As for the entire crew, the people who work there are truly perfect. As for the restaurant, the dishes are delicious and change every day. The chef and the entire team working there work really hard to please all the customers. The entire team is very nice and polite.
My husband and I really don't understand these negative opinions about this hotel because I've noticed that even at 5:00 in the morning a whole bunch of people are trying to clean the pools, it's really cleaned every day, there's no dirt when it comes to our rooms, they were always cleaned every day. clean, if I needed a supply of pillows, they were delivered to the room, we had no problems with anything, we highly recommend this hotel.
Additionally, the best entertainment was the owner's guard dog, which stole all the charm in this hotel because everyone was temporarily watching from above from the balcony, a really great dog

This hidden gem stole our hearts during our recent trip to Tunisia! The best part? Steps away from the beach, so we could soak up the sun and sea breeze all day long.
We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was convenient, but the food selection could have been more exciting. It felt a little limited, especially the coffee situation. C'mon, this is Tunisia! Where's the authentic Arabic coffee experience? We were stuck with those old-fashioned coffee machines. The kids also missed having an ice cream option readily available.
Despite the minor food hiccups, the hotel itself was fantastic! Our part of the hotel seemed recently renovated and was in great condition. There was another section that looked like it might be under construction, but it didn't disrupt our stay.
We were so impressed by the staff, especially the front desk team. They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. They truly deserve a big shout-out! (Kudos!)
Overall, this hotel was a fantastic find, and we'd definitely consider returning in the future. Just maybe next time we'll pack some instant coffee for a true Tunisian coffee fix!

People are nice and friendly. However, besides making up different figures on the bed, the room cleaning service wasn't good. We paid for a better view of the sea, and it was worth it. Near the swimming pool, there were constant attractions. The hammam in the hotel is for tourists; it's not a real hammam as it quickly covered only parts of the body. My wife didn't really like the massage, but my massage, although short, was really good. It was unpleasant to go to the beach in front of the hotel – trash is everywhere. We didn't like the area outside the hotel due to the trash and luck of any activities. The port, is not so far, is a good place make some pictures or to try a different food.
One day we went to Sousse, the town was much cleaner as so was the beach.
