The overall experience of the hotel surpassed our expectations.
Noting, there are several key considerations to take into account. The hotel is out of the way from restaurants so you need a car, the breakfast buffet was great but the cooking needs work (I.e. eggs need to better) the room tidiness could have been a bit better.
Notwithstanding the above, the view, beach cove located next to the hotel and morning sunrises from the hotel was amazing.

Extremely disappointed!
Our flight was cancelled due to the weather which pushed back our arrival day by two days. The Hotel occupied our room yet proceeded to charge us for the two nights we missed…
We walked in to our room to find other guests inside…
The reception team told us to go to breakfast while they sorted it out. Our room was upgraded for the inconvenience however we weren’t refunded for the two nights?!
I understand if the room wasn’t occupied why we would have to pay however this was not the instance.
The staff weren’t warm or friendly nor were they interested in helping.
Once we finally checked into another room it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Hair in the shower, bed sheets untucked, hair on the floor and sticky benches to list a few.
Really disappointed to say the least.

My partner and I were very much looking forward to our stay coming all the way from Australia. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled due to the weather… pushing our arrival date back by two days. The hotel proceeded to charge us for the two nights we missed after occupying the room with other guests!! Really disappointed.
Lastly, we organised a taxi to the airport departing at 12pm. Our taxi was given away twice by the reception team pushing our departure time back to 12:30pm making us late for checkin.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely Disgraceful—Avoid at All Costs! They STOLE £5000 from card!!
I cannot express how utterly appalling my experience with this hotel has been. From the outset, their complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astonishing. Despite repeatedly requesting confirmation of my reservation, I was ignored until 36 hours before my flight—a completely unacceptable timeframe when planning an international trip.
The excuse? They claimed they could withdraw funds from my account three days later without prior notice, leaving me in the dark. Meanwhile, I had already arranged accommodations elsewhere, assuming they had failed to process my booking.(I also made sure I let them know I was gonna make different arrangements) Yet, after arriving in Spain, they had the audacity to charge my card nearly £5,000 without authorization! This is outright theft.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with stonewalling, dismissiveness, and blatant rudeness. My emails were ignored, calls were dodged, and when I finally reached someone, they had the nerve to hang up on me mid-conversation. Attempts to speak with a manager were deliberately thwarted, leaving me feeling helpless against their scammy tactics.
This hotel operates like a bunch of shameless robbers, and their so-called “customer service” is nothing short of a bad joke. Do yourself a favor and steer clear—don’t let these thieves ruin your holiday or your finances. They deserve zero stars, but unfortunately, that’s not an option here.

I had to go there for my holidays but my flight got canceled 2h before departure due to stupid air traffic control measures taken by Spain, so I couldn’t reach the destination.
The staff of the hotel (in particular the guy that contacts you right after the reservation) it’s incapable of understanding any situation and obviously decided to DENY any kind of refund or to move the dates of the staying.
So be careful because booking this hotel is like gambling, if you have a problem with your flight you are going to lose all your money. Pretty sure the guy in charge of this has never traveled, just wish him to have the same kind of problems and find a person exactly like him on the other side of the phone, he would be happy to talk with an idiot like him that just wants to keep the money without any kind of assistance.
