The overall experience of the hotel surpassed our expectations.
Noting, there are several key considerations to take into account. The hotel is out of the way from restaurants so you need a car, the breakfast buffet was great but the cooking needs work (I.e. eggs need to better) the room tidiness could have been a bit better.
Notwithstanding the above, the view, beach cove located next to the hotel and morning sunrises from the hotel was amazing.

I had to go there for my holidays but my flight got canceled 2h before departure due to stupid air traffic control measures taken by Spain, so I couldn’t reach the destination.
The staff of the hotel (in particular the guy that contacts you right after the reservation) it’s incapable of understanding any situation and obviously decided to DENY any kind of refund or to move the dates of the staying.
So be careful because booking this hotel is like gambling, if you have a problem with your flight you are going to lose all your money. Pretty sure the guy in charge of this has never traveled, just wish him to have the same kind of problems and find a person exactly like him on the other side of the phone, he would be happy to talk with an idiot like him that just wants to keep the money without any kind of assistance.

Extremely disappointed!
Our flight was cancelled due to the weather which pushed back our arrival day by two days. The Hotel occupied our room yet proceeded to charge us for the two nights we missed…
We walked in to our room to find other guests inside…
The reception team told us to go to breakfast while they sorted it out. Our room was upgraded for the inconvenience however we weren’t refunded for the two nights?!
I understand if the room wasn’t occupied why we would have to pay however this was not the instance.
The staff weren’t warm or friendly nor were they interested in helping.
Once we finally checked into another room it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Hair in the shower, bed sheets untucked, hair on the floor and sticky benches to list a few.
Really disappointed to say the least.

Great location with poor service. Wouldn’t stay here again!
My partner and I were very much looking forward to our stay coming all the way from Australia. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled due to the weather… pushing our arrival date back by two days. The hotel proceeded to charge us for the two nights we missed after occupying the room with other guests!! Really disappointed.
Lastly, we organised a taxi to the airport departing at 12pm. Our taxi was given away twice by the reception team pushing our departure time back to 12:30pm making us late for checkin.
Wouldn’t recommend.

If they say it has a private pool, it's a lie. Rude staff, they will not respect you as a customer. I asked to exchange for a simpler room because I had made a mistake when booking, they said I would have to pay the fine (50% of the entire reservation) for the chosen room, claiming that I left the room unavailable on Booking so that others could book, which it didn't makes no sense since there were more than 6 rooms like ours completely available and empty during our stay (and I had booked just a few hours ago). Furthermore, they said the pool is private and it is not! You share it with 5 other rooms. We were lucky there wasn't anyone else there. We were mistreated at the SPA, which closes at 7pm and when it was 7:15pm a guy came in speaking rudely to us. I apologized, said I hadn't noticed at the time and asked for help to turn off the jacuzzi before leaving. He completely ignored me and stormed off. I was in shock. Furthermore, they canceled the reservation at Booking while I was inside the hotel with everything already paid.
The only person who served us well was Maria at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, the beach in front is worth mentioning, but I would never go back.
