This has been one of the most disappointing stays I've had at a hotel. I'm a Flight Attendant so that's saying a lot.
Our room had mold in bath tub, plumbing that leaks all over the floor, the sink doesn't drain. The Twin beds don't stay together so your at risk of slipping through the crack. The beds were very uncomfortable (spring mattress) When we complained too the front desk they said we could pay a 50 euro fee to change rooms. Apparently some rooms have been updated.
I found the hotel dated and in need of repair. Pool chairs are broken and horribly uncomfortable. Mold and rust to be seen everywhere. Oh and don't sit under the dilapidated pergola/gazebo is smells of sewage.
The bartender inattentive. Wait staff & Cleaning staff was very friendly and attentive.
The path to the beach is an advanced hike down the side of a cliff. (Don't follow the sign that says (beach) unless you enjoy cliff diving. Pretty view though.

1. No safe deposit boxes in the rooms
2. Your room will be looking at a parking lot and construction toilets even though you book a “SEA SIDE VIEW”
3. It takes approximately 40 mins for each meal to arrive at the table
4. Unused tanning beds/towels are never cleaned.
5. No value for money
DO NOT MAKE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR SUMMER!

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, it became clear that the conditions were far from what had been promised. Uncomfortable beds led to backaches, and the complete lack of sound insulation disrupted our sleep entirely.
The facilities were outdated, with rust near the pools, and the promised kid's club was non-existent. Despite reaching out to both the hotel management and the travel agency, no resolution was found. We even had to seek medical attention for our persistent backaches.
We cannot recommend either the hotel or the agency; our trust has been shattered. We hope that other travelers will steer clear of our unfortunate experience.

The room was in front of the pool and the bar, so some music on the Saturday night. No worries.
Excellent views of the ocean.
Good breakfast. Was my kid birthday and the hotel gave us a small cake.

This hotel is not more than 2 stars (generous). We had to make 3 maintenance calls - bath tub water accumulated, toilet flush and AC not working. Lots of dust accumulated in the room. Front desk staff was not accommodating at all. Our car was hit in the parking lot and manager was not available to check cameras. Will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Don't be fooled by "gym" in this hotel - it was a box which closes at 7pm.
