Not a bad hotel clean and comfortable. However they don't allow you to bring in your own food or drink you can only buy this in the hotel and take it to your room which is a bit expensive. Would need a taxi to get about from the hotels location as its a bit far out. Staff were very friendly.

Dirty, disgusting, everything is a bit janky and broken. Our shower curtain had mold — we were moved to another room but the fact that it had mold in the first place speaks volumes. The towels we received had holes in them and one was dirty. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

the most horrific experience of my life, disgusting hotel. We booked a room with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom however upon arrival were given a small room with an even smaller bathroom. The toilet had scuffs on it and the shower was covered in limescale. The bedding was dirty and we were covered in mites and bedbugs by the end of our trip. There was two windows in the room, one which was broken and couldn’t be opened. The housekeeping were appalling and tried to shout at us for taking a towel which we needed for the pool. Our bin wasn’t changed until the 4th day of staying there. Some of the staff were decent enough, however majority were incredibly rude and would give snide looks for no reason specifically an old man who works there and the woman at reception . For some reason you are not allowed to bring any food/drink purchased from outside into the hotel which meant we were constantly shouted and told we could not enter until we disposed of our soft drinks? An absolute joke, would not recommend to anybody. The rooms are incredibly different to the pictures and are just vile. You won’t get even one good nights sleep as the air conditioning is so outdated it doesn’t even work properly. At one point, we spotted a cockroach in the room and were disgusted. There was also one night we had gone outside and locked our door, when we arrived, we noticed someone had placed dead/rotting flowers on our bed. We were so confused so we disposed of them and told the reception. We repeatedly asked for our room to be changed but the staff were so rude and just laughed. We told them we had locked the door and someone had placed dead flowers on our bed and they said “it could have been the housekeeping”. On which planet does housekeeping enter your room and leave it a mess, but remember to put dead flowers on the bed. It was an incredibly odd and creepy experience and after that night we just continued to be disgusted and shocked at the hotel. The pool was dirty and not once did we see it get cleaned despite it being used daily. The room was disgusting and practically unusable. There was a small shack against the wall which was supposedly a “wardrobe” which was rusting away. (overall, a vile experience, please use your money wisely and book a nicer hotel you will thank yourself in the long run) ps. I have put pictures of the dirty ahhh hotel.

The worst experience ever. The weather was 47 C outside and we got to our room just to find that the air conditioning was not working. We kindly asked for a repair. They tried once but it didn’t work. However they said that it worked perfectly and that the air was really cool. We asked once again if they could repair the air and they just told us angrily that the air was working perfectly.
We know that sometimes things just don’t work but as a tourist paying for a room you expect to see any problem solved and specially being at 46 Celsius you expect at least that the air conditioning works, They didn’t offer us any kind of solution. Of course I don’t recommend to stay here.

Nice hotel with traditional mosaic elements and a cute cat in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean with a good bed to sleep. The bathroom needs a little help with renovation as the shower was awkward. Buffet breakfast seems great with pancakes galore and the wifi works well. Reception staff are friendly and the tarjine dish was tasty. Would recommend this place for travellers on a budget as it is a pretty reasonable place for the price paid.
