We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and included a small kitchen with everything needed for a week-long stay.
The food at the hotel was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of healthy options alongside sweets and desserts. The hotel also offered entertainment for children. We didn’t use this service ourselves, but I noticed there were daily activities organized (except on Sundays).
One particularly thoughtful gesture was when we arrived late, after dinner hours. The reception kindly provided us with some food so we wouldn’t have to go out searching at night—this really made a positive impression.
The location is also great: Sa Coma is a lovely place, and the hotel is only a 1–2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself is about 900 meters long, very clean, and ideal for children since the water stays shallow for quite a while, making it safe for them to play.
The only small downside was that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. At times it felt a bit too warm at night, and it would have been nice to adjust it individually. However, this was only a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The food was varied and absolutely delicious. The service was always friendly, the reception team kind and helpful. The rooms and the entire resort are modern and well-maintained. The pool is fantastic, and the view is simply breathtaking.
We stayed here for the second time, and once again, everything was perfect.
A big compliment to the staff and the owners – it's truly impressive how consistently high the standards are. Thank you, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. I’m very satisfied with the hotels’ facilities, staff, location, food. I have spent 10 days in the hotel - had a sea view room with half-board. A room with a sea view is definitely worth it. During my stay I have used the pool, gym, lobby and pool bars, pizza/snack restaurant. My birthday was during the stay so I got a nice surprise in the room and in the breakfast area. I didn’t have any difficulty to find an available sunbed near the pool even at noon.
Housekeepers and the lady at the entrance/exit of the buffet restaurant were particularly polite.
I would like to suggest some things:
I believe for the price they charge there should at least be a coffee machine or a kettle in rooms and slippers should be provided as well. The gym kinda looks on an older side, it is small and lacks some equipment, the extensions for some cable machines were missing. Also, the entertainment was wonderful, I really liked how there was lots of activities during the day like Aqua Gym, Darts etc, although music being played in the pool area during the whole day would have given it even better impression.
Breakfast should be more diverse. At least do some small tweaks and offer something different every second/third day. After the 6th day I found it boring. Dinner was excellent and I like that there is a dress code. Gives it a gala vibe. The only issue I had is that I noticed that two times some utensils/plates were not cleaned properly.

NOPE! Very nice pool area, but it closes at 6... yeah, seriously!! Definitely choose a smarter company to hotel with. The balcony was nice with great views of their stunning, look but don't touch, pool setup 🤦🏻 Water temp in the shower constantly and drastically changes from cold to boiling very quickly, so pay attention! Also, the moment you leave the room, the AC turns off, so you can count on a hot and muggy room to return to after your very short time at the pool. Boo this place. Plenty of better choices.

We stayed as a couple for 7 nights and had a really lovely experience. We arrived very late in the evening, and to our surprise, dinner was already waiting for us in the room.
We had booked a classic room, but due to overbooking, we were offered a suite for the first night in a nearby 5-star hotel from the same brand. To compensate for the inconvenience, they upgraded us to a 6th-floor room for the rest of the stay. The view from up there was absolutely incredible!
The room was impeccably clean every single day. Staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and very eager to help.
Special mention to the guy from the entertainment team—he was simply the best! So funny, full of energy, and clearly loved what he was doing. He had us laughing so hard during the activities(darts, ping pong, air gun shooting, aqua gym). Every evening there was something fun to look forward to, such as bingo, live singing, or dancing shows.
The food (breakfast and dinner) was decent overall. Some dishes were delicious, while a few (like the sushi) could be improved. The waitstaff was fast and efficient—always quick to clear tables and keep things moving.
One downside, however, was that no drinks were included with dinner—not even water. It would have been nice to at least have free water available.
All in all, a very enjoyable experience with great service, lots of activities, and a beautiful view. We'd happily return!
