A true gem on the Tunisian coast. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. The hotel's Moorish-inspired architecture is stunning, and the grounds are immaculately kept, with lush gardens and sparkling pools.
My suite was spacious and elegantly furnished, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.

I‘m sorry for what I‘m writing but this is a true story that I‘m living in now, I feel really sorry for my kids that I brought them to this hotel, it’s very sad to see them so bored and being not able to do anything. It’s a sad place, most workers are so stressed to the point that you can see it and feel it so you get stressed, the service is a way far to be a five star hotel! everything you want to get you have to either wait or pay extra or you have someone that you know! they say there is animation then you go you don’t find anything and you ask they don’t even answer! I can write more but it should be enough to say that even water we have to ask multiple times to get it.. it’s really sad and desperate and we tried to cancel they said they don’t pay back the rest, of course we feel trapped we have to finish another week of boredom but it should be a lesson not to book here again and not to book more than a week somewhere else until we really like the place.. sorry my kids we ll try to have fun by ourselves…
some workers are extremely friendly to be honest like Anis and Hassan, Mouna and Aisha .

Without a doubt, this hotel is the best when it comes to top-notch services, quality of stay, and dining options. The friendly and attentive staff, with very good communication, are also among the major strengths of this establishment. This is the fifth time we have stayed at the Hasdrubal Hammamet hotel over a period of 10 years, and it has confirmed our impression that it has successfully maintained its high level despite changes in the tourism market.
Although the hotel is perfectly located to access the main tourist areas of the Hammamet region, as well as Sousse or Tunis, there is no need to leave it considering what it offers on-site in terms of various services and amenities, in addition to a truly paradisiacal beach.
Another notable feature is the authenticity reflected in the menus. Despite the Mediterranean influence and the diversity in the restaurants, it is delightful to find genuine Tunisian dishes with excellent and authentic flavors.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are also beautiful. There's a medium-sized swimming pool and a small one. The staff was rude and there's discrimination between guests according to thier nationality !! For example The pool staff was providing towels to all European guests while africans guests had to go to him and take towels and it was limited !!! . Also inside the restaurant the waiter was so rude and the services so bad, the funny part is that this discrimination between guests only in services but not in the price.
I Think I will never back again.
