Stayed here last June with 2 kids 6 & 8. Had a great time. Staff are so friendly and the guys in charge of the kids clubs and entertainment were amazing. Good selection of food some days better than others but overall quite good. Drinks were great and bar staff were great. First time we stayed here and will definitely return. Well done to all who made our trip so enjoyable.

I would strongly recommend this family friendly hotel. The location and accomodation was excellent, as was the food and facilities, but most of all the staff were friendly and cheery, which really made the trip. Nothing was ever a problem.
The kids club was well run, and in the evening there was entertainment that suited both parents and children. The pools were clean, and had plenty of features for the kids. The range of foods was excellent, catering to both healthy meals and treats. Special call out for the options and diligence for coeliacs.

Good hotel for family trips, plenty of activities and not too crowded. We found the food options appropriate for our 5 night stay and couldn't really find much to complain about considering the location and price bracket.
A couple of downsides and the reason I can't give it a 5 stars is the fact the kids club doesn't open on the weekend (not even as a parent and child play area) but the main disappointment was the late check out request process, you can't sort it on arrival or during stay, they only allow you to inquire about it on the morning of check out and the option was of course: not possible whatsoever, a shame given many other hotel chains allow you to pre-book the late check out, only for that I would hesitate going with H10 again.

Came to this hotel as a couple for 4 nights and enjoyed most of the experience. Check in was good, the gentleman who checked us in was lovely and informative about the hotel. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor, for me it was a bit of a trek and not having any lifts was annoying! The room was more than enough for 2 with lots of storage space, a small bathroom with bath and shower head, two tvs: one with bbc1/3/4, challenge, channel 4, sky and bbc news and a little kitchen area with a fridge. There were some ants in the bathroom and living area, we were given some ant spray by the maid so ask for some if you need it.
The pool was a good size and there were lots of sunbeds so there is no need to get up early to put towels down, but I can imagine in the summer months it would be very busy.
We were all inclusive and the restaurant food was hit and miss! We never went hungry as we always found something to eat but it wasn't fantastic! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always the same. There was always fish, chicken or meat being fried fresh on the grill, salad, cold meats and desserts.
The one thing that I never read in any reviews was that you had to book on an app for dinner only, we did this every afternoon but don't think most people did as some people just walked into the restaurant and sat down, instead of queuing and waiting to be shown to a table!
The pool bar was nice, never really had to wait long to be served. The drinks were branded, fizzy pop, alcohol, wine and beer, vanilla ice cream in a small cup and 4 ice lollies to choose from, all other ice creams/ lollies you had to pay for, drinks served until 11.30.
The snack bar was very good. The food here was served until 5.30: burgers, chips pizza, chicken nuggets and more were served here.
In the evening they had kids entertainment on and at the pool bar there was a singer on for the adults most nights.
This hotel is a family hotel. It didn't bother us that much but there is nowhere to escape the children! This hotel would be nice if they had an adult only section by the pool and in the restaurant, also a speciality restaurant would be good, something different from the main restaurant.
WiFi was really good, never had a problem with it.
There are quite a few shops outside of the hotel and the beach was a 10 minute walk in front of the hotel and also a bus stop right outside.
This hotel is lovely and we did have a nice break but there are a few things that they could improve on, most staff were pleasant and said hello, the gentleman who checked us in, the main lady at the front desk in the restaurant, some bar staff and the pool snack bar, the maids and cleaning staff are all a credit to the hotel plus the hotel entertainment who did the quiz in the afternoon where nice and always said hello. I would come to this hotel again, but would like a room closer to the amenities and a few changes to the food and more adult sections.

We had a brilliant 2 weeks here. Staff were really friendly, the kids disco and night shows were brilliant. Plenty to keep kids entertained. Rooms had plenty of space, and beds are comfy. The large swimming pool is a bit chilly, but the heated pool for the kids was ace. The food was nice with a good variety to choose from.
The only annoying thing is no lifts. If you're not on the ground floor, be prepared to carry the kids up flights of stairs with a pushchair. Still, this wouldn't stop us from returning in the future. 👍👍👍
