I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations at first, but we ended up being very satisfied with our stay. Starting with the front desk staff – they were extremely kind and even allowed us to check in earlier than the official time.
The room was very clean and well-maintained, equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. We especially want to thank Mrs. Leontina (Le-o), who took care of cleaning our room. She was truly a lovely person and did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.
The food was also very good – both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety and attention to detail. The restaurant staff were also very attentive and professional.
Overall, a wonderful hotel experience. Well done to all the staff!

Our stay at Grupotel Maritimo was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help in any situation, which left a wonderful impression. I would especially like to mention Rosa, the lady working in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner – she is extremely kind, attentive, and always cheerful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
The food is delicious and very diverse – from the rich selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the high-quality and fresh ingredients, there is something for everyone. The rooms are spotless – clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with housekeeping at the highest level. Another big plus is the location: the hotel is very close to the beach, which adds to the feeling of relaxation and vacation.
In short, everything was perfect – from the service, accommodation, and food to the overall atmosphere. I warmly recommend Grupotel Maritimo to anyone looking for a carefree and high-quality holiday! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Two minute walk to the beach, centrally located with some lovely restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely and it was very clean. There was a lovely lady on reception when we checked in and checked out, she really made our short stay special! The food - breakfast and poolside bar were very good quality. We will certainly return - it is a budget 4* hotel with 5* customer service!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our checkout experience completely ruined our stay. At around 11:40am while I was just out of the shower with only a towel on and the Do Not Disturb sign still on the door a housekeeper began banging loudly on my door and then entered my room without permission, shouting and demanding that I leave.
What made this worse was that she did the same thing to the other room in our booking, which was occupied by my 18 years old son. This behavior was not only unacceptable, but also incredibly intrusive and disrespectful.
I’ve traveled extensively across the world, and I’ve never encountered this kind of aggression or lack of professionalism from hotel staff. A simple courtesy call from reception would have sufficed but instead, we were treated with hostility.
Only after this incident did a receptionist call me around 12pm to remind us about checkout time. Ironically, she claimed that the international checkout standard is 11:30am, which is simply untrue many hotels offer a default checkout of 12pm, with extensions to 2:00pm or later if requested. Her attitude came across as dismissive and misinformed.
Beyond this unacceptable treatment, I honestly can’t find anything positive to say about the property. The location is also misleading there’s no beach nearby, and most worthwhile attractions are either near the beach or the port, not here.
I strongly advise against staying here unless the management addresses these serious issues of staff training and customer service.

Good hotel for a family vacation - decent rooms, relatively tidy, food is very good, big swimming pool area - there was always a place to lay down. Animations, bar, nice personnel who gave us very good advice where to party (Banana), what beach is the best, where to go for groceries. Had no problems with checkout time, stored our bags in the lock room till very evening - nothing to complain about 👍🏻 4 stars because the hotel is bit tired and located far from lively port area.
