The place is very beautiful, clean, with a staff that provides excellent service. The breakfast/lunch/dinner area is very elegant and clean. The breakfast is very well balanced and quite comprehensive.
These are the positive aspects. Unfortunately, there are also a few negative points: I'll start with the room we stayed in and the neighboring ones — the sound insulation is very poor; you can't get any rest at night, as it feels like the windows are always open (the rooms face back a road with constant traffic).
Then there's the metalic spiral staircase, which feels like you're climbing into an attic — very uncomfortable and undesirable.
And one last thing: I didn't understand why there are no mosquito nets on the windows, especially considering the high number of mosquitoes.
Finally, I’d like to mention that the adult pools close at 7:00 PM — exactly when it would be ideal to take a swim and enjoy the moment. This is incomprehensible to me.
That being said, it is still a pleasant place, above the average offer in the area.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the photos online.
Positives:
• The breakfast was decent and satisfying.
• The room itself was functional, and everything was kept clean.
• The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, definitely a highlight of the stay!
Negatives:
• The photos online make the hotel appear far more luxurious than it actually is. In reality, it’s more of an apartment-style hotel with no real services like room service, which was disappointing. Lots of water and pipes problems.
• It was quite noisy during my stay, and the noise levels made it hard to relax.
• The overall standard of the hotel did not match what was advertised.
Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the experience didn’t meet the expectations set by the online presentation. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a luxury stay as pictured in the photos.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my sister in laws wedding. Myself, my husband and my 3 children were booked for 4 nights at the hotel. The staff from the moment we arrived were less than inviting and frankly quite rude. On the second night of our stay, someone broke into our room and stole jewellery items that were not only sentimental but held significant financial value. The break in occurred in the early hours of the morning whilst myself, my husband and my babies were sleeping. The hotel assumed 0 responsibility, and didn’t even have the decency to move our rooms as we felt incredibly unsafe. The staff post this event were sheepish, avoidant and lead us to believe that they were involved in the burglary. The 5 of us slept in the one bedroom post this event with a mattress on the floor because my 3 year old was petrified of someone entering our room again. Other attendees to the wedding that were also staying at this hotel had suitcases rummaged through and had disturbances to their rooms on the same evening. I would not feel safe to return here and would urge patrons, especially with small children to seriously consider subjecting yourselves to this kind of vulnerability.

Relaxed and pampered stay at Plaza Beach
June 2025
We enjoyed every minute at the Plaza Beach Hotel, the staff were all so warm, relaxed, friendly and attentive, we stayed in the plaza grand apartment which was just as described, it suited us well as a family with two older teenage daughters. The breakfasts were delicious with a choice of hot or cold options and also included fruits, salad and vegetables, yoghurts, cereals and a range of Greek cakes and pastries too! The location was great being just across the road to the beach with the complementary sunbeds and parasols. Restaurants and shops are within a couple of mins walk away. It's about 25-30 min walk to the old town or 7 Euros by taxi. The village style of the hotel is really unique and the pools were kept clean and warm.
Our daughter enjoyed a wonderful pedicure at the hotel spa with Maria on our last day, Maria was excellent at making her feel comfortable, creating a relaxed pampered experience with a beautiful French pedicure, we highly recommend and wish we tried the spa earlier in our trip. Thank you!

An utter gem of a hotel. The location and rooms are very nice. The food is far above our expectations (and far better than other, more expensive, hotels we have stayed at). What makes this hotel so perfect is the staff and the service. They go above and beyond to be helpful and professional. I am so pleased we found this place, we will definitely be back
