Great hotel for a family holiday. So much so that we are booked in for the 3rd year in a row. Staff here are fantastic with children, they do a great job of keeping the kids entertained and happy from morning until night, between poolside games, water activities, kids club, discos, something different every day!
Rooms are clean and well kept, hotel has all the facilities needed, and very well situated beside a big multi-storey shopping centre.
Beach is a 5 min walk, restaurants not much further. Walk to the main strip is probably 20 - 30 mins, but taxis are cheap and bus stop right outside the hotel has frequent service and takes you there.
Staff throughout the hotel are very attentive and friendly.
The only criticism I would have is the bar food is pretty basic. Breakfast and the likes of lunch sandwiches etc are fine, but they could really doing with updating the offering here. Food is very uninspired... with birds flying in and out of open-plan kitchen.

We had a fab holiday. Great day time entertainment, not over the top. Never struggled for a sunbed. Average evening entertainment, but we went out most nights for some excellent meals. Apartments spot on, great location. Would go back

Nice hotel on the edge of town. Food and drinks onsite very reasonably priced. 10min walk to central area for restaurants etc. Big shopping mall right next door for getting essentials.
Over all stay was very pleasant and would go back.

This hotel is just amazing.The staff here are so attentive and mannerly,attending kindly to us even though we did not speak Spanish.The hotel is right next to the shopping centre which was very convient.The food served in the hotel is quite basic but still nice.Tennis courts were lots of fun along with the arcade downstairs.We were particularly appreciative of the hotel staff for allowing us to use the courtesy room on our last day🙏🏻Special mention to the lovely woman who was doing the entertainment by the pool,bingo and aqua dance was lots of fun!Her energy is amazing.All the staff were very kind and I definitely would recommend this hotel and will certainly be coming back!

Great place caters for families kids pool and bigger pool with both steps and one side with gradual decline. Plenty of sun loungers nicely spaced great games in pool staff were so lovely. We had a two bedroom apartment plenty of space with everything you need in kitchen. Good air conditioning. Great location big shopping mall plus carrefour accross the road. Bus stop outside door . 10 min nice walk to beach and lovely restaurants huge variety and have to say food was lovely in all the places we did visit. Bus outside hotel goes to market on a Tuesday just ask driver where to get off you can get bus right outside market to hotel. Go carting on top floor of shopping mall also. Aqua centre 5 min away by car. Loved our holiday here definitely going back again.
