Great place and not far from amenities. Just a minute walk and you are in fantastic shopping mall. Less than 5 mins drive and you are on lovely sandy beaches. Strongly recommend

I went for my thirteen birthday back in April of 2023. The rooms were nice and clean, however my friends bathroom has a cockroach in it but they got rid of it quickly so the service was good. The food was good and stuff like that and they sun me happy birthday but they could go around the pools

Stayed here for a 10 day break after previous staying here. On first day Lifeguard gave our boys two blow up rings, Unfortunately, these popped so we replaced them for slightly smaller ones but apparently these were not allowed in the pool after a previous five days of using rings, just because these were now not allowed!! even though other people were using rings, the lifeguard could not tell us what size was allowed in the pool!! 🚫 nor are footballs or frisbee… Even though I saw people using these too… not consistent with their rules!!! Reception told us not all lifeguards follow the same rules… Unfortunately we got the jobs worth.
Even though they’re signage saying no footballs the lifeguard told us that these were out of date rules, rules were made by management and management said rules were made by lifeguards… who knows, made up on the day depending on who’s working.
I would definitely get it if there was a lot of people in the pool at the time, but there was hardly anyone in there.
This meant my younger son couldn’t use the deep-end which ruined our holiday.
If you want a fun family holiday, this is probably not the place unless your kids like swimming lengths up and down the pool.
The food is cheap and not all that!! There is a hyper market over the road which is better quality.
The way they dealt with this issue unfortunately we would not stay here again, wish I’d read some of the other reviews before I rebooked it.

I would say the best hotel in the area for value, cleanliness, good food and excellent service. And a special thank you to SIAD for his personality and professionalism each morning at breakfast. Highly recommended 5⭐️

Had a brilliant time as a family of 19 people. Plenty of beds by the pool, rooms were very spacious and clean. Poolside bar food was brilliant, however cost for a large Coca Cola was €3.50. The pool bar stops serving food at 5pm which is wayy too early, as the inside bar only does pizzas then until they open at 7pm.
Nice walking distance from the beach and pool was always spotless. Big shout out to the entertainment crew, they were incredible the whole week especially Silvia!
