Went on a solo trip to Alcudia. What a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, the hotel is great, staff are friendly and I was welcomed with a glass of champagne!
The SPA facilities I used everyday. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna was perfect for me to relax and forget about busy London.
The pool area has plenty of beds and the bar has a happy hour at 6pm too ! Daily evening entertainment aswell.
The beach is literally 3-5 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and club if that’s your thing.
Overall if you want a quiet, getaway by yourself or with a partner this is perfect. There is also the Alcudia old town which is 20 minutes walk or 5 minute bus ride that has a wonderful market and lovely old Spanish town that you can explore.
Safe to say that I will be back again next year.

I just returned from a long weekend at the EIX Alcudia Hotel with my partner, and we had a great time. The hotel was clean and decorated well. We were offered champagne on arrival which was a nice touch. The pool was clean and there were always sunbeds around the pool, poolside bar/restaurant was very reasonably priced for the area and was tasty. The breakfast buffet is what you would typically expect to find at any other hotel buffet breakfast, but this was also tasty
The actual location of the hotel was good, close to the beach and restaurants, and we had a roadside-facing room but we slept well and couldn't hear the noise from the road.
We had a late flight and had to check out in the morning, but the hotel was very accommodating letting us use the spa to shower and freshen up before our late flight home. All of the reception staff were so helpful.
I recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Cleanliness: 5/5
The room and bathroom were spotless, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and organized belongings. Common areas were consistently clean, with staff frequently tidying up. Cleanliness slipped during peak dining hours, but it's understandable.
Comfort: 3/5
The bed was uncomfortable, making sleep difficult, but the room size and layout were fine. Noise levels were low, though I would have appreciated some music by the pool.
Food and Dining: 4/5
Breakfast was excellent, with a mix of healthy options and traditional fare. Dinner, though varied, was disappointing due to extra charges for drinks, including water. Vegetarians/vegans will find limited options, but overall, the food was decent.
Service and Staff: 3/5
Most staff were friendly, but one waiter mocked my Spanish. The check-in process was smooth, though my passport card was initially problematic.
Amenities: 2/5
Wi-Fi was terrible, and the pool loungers were constantly reserved but unused, with staff doing nothing about it. The gym and other amenities were average, with a small jacuzzi and sauna.
Location: 5/5
Perfect location near the port, safe, and within walking distance of key attractions. Free public parking nearby, though it can be difficult to find a spot during peak times.
Value for Money: 4/5
Overall, the hotel offers good value for a mid-range price. It's not luxurious, but you get what you pay for.

The room is alright and has everything you need. Ground level shower, TV, balcony and a mini fridge. Relatively thin walls. Breakfast buffet is rich in variety. Same goes for dinner. Location is also good. 3 minute walk from the beach.
The staff is super nice, welcoming and courteous. They gave us a care package for our journey home, cause we left before breakfast. Nice surprise and very much appreciated!
