This hotel is more like a 3 star than a 4 star.
The staff were not welcoming on arrival the entrance and downstairs area is nice and modern, however the actual rooms are in need of repair and maintenance.
Our air con didn't work ( room 303) the bathroom mirror still had the previous guests spit sprayed on it. The beds were hard.
They provided a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and towels. However there was no kettle in the room. I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel that doesn't offer some sort of kettle or coffee machine.
They have a lovely and clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, that opens at 12pm however they don't turn it on ready for open. Numerous times I had to go up to reception and ask for them to be turned on and then had to wait an hour for them to heat up. Surely that should be turned on at 11 ready for open at 12?
We had breakfast included which was a decent buffet breakfast. However it starts at 8 which is a little late normally they are 7.
Overall it was an okay stay but I won't be rushing back any time soon

Went here for a 1 week cycling holiday. Great place for the cyclist. Garage ready for the bike, locks and tools. Buffet was food for me as in the off season alot of the local restaurant are shut. Very friendly staff. Great value

Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet even the most basic expectations. Sleep was nearly impossible due to constant noise – loud music from the hotel itself, poor soundproofing, and street noise all night.
The room was functional but poorly maintained: damaged floor, squeaky beds, and an overall run-down feel. The entire place really needs a renovation.
Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.
I left very disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic hotel!! We are enjoying our second stay in this beautiful, traditional hotel in Alcudia and are delighted with everything on offer here. We would like to thank all the lovely staff who are all experts in customer care ensuring your holiday is perfect!!
We were very fortunate to be allocated room 265 facing the pool and found everything in perfect order. Over our stay we had the pleasure of meeting Eugenia who looked after our house keeping needs perfectly during our stay, she made us feel so very welcome. All the housekeeping team work so very hard keeping the hotel spotless.
We always felt so very welcome by the reception staff with a friendly hello from them when passing by.
The food on offer here is delicious and is much enjoyed by all guests, well done chefs for consistently cooking such tasty meals.
The restaurant staff work ever so hard ensuring we are all attended perfectly, thank you all so much for looking after us so well!!
We had a lovely holiday and look forward to our return.

NOTE:
If you want to stay in a nice hotel, book something else!!
The hotel is lagging in maintenance and it feels like npgon doesn't care about awake hotel or customers.
The rooms are worn and old, thought they have been renovated, but the cabin is under all criticism. See examples:
-The shower is dirty
- Mold in the ceiling
-Cracks in the ceiling
-Lists broken
-Many parts are really old.
The staff is not willing to help, awake at the reception or in the Dining Hall, in the Dining Hall the staff walk more like policemen so that no one brings a cup of coffee to the room. At dinner, they snatch the cup from your hands and say that coffee is not included, even though the machine is in front of the sweets.
