Crystallo is a perfect budget hotel. I stayed here a couple of months ago, but it still deserved my time to review... The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And the day and evening service was EXCELLENT (Rodoulla was especially kind and always helpful).
The location seems away from the center of town and the walk is a bit "rural," but it's only 15-20 minutes from everything in town.
Definitely stay here again!

Very good position, walking distance to the port and mall. The young guy from reception was the only nice one from the staff. Good pool for it’s size. Good price and would recommend to stay here. Good value for money

Crystallo apartments was a very nice place to stay. The owners/staff were very helpful.
Also family friendly.
The rooms were very clean, bed & bath linen fresh and clean. Towels were changed daily.
Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, historical sites and the city centre (if one is interested in a 30 minute walk!)

I'm not a fancy type of person and I do tolerate a lot, but this hotel needs a renovation from the inside! Outside looks nice, but the rooms are smelly (mold), and the equipment is quite outdated. The mirror in the bathroom is damaged, also the shower door, so they just put some ugly curtains there... The dishes, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery were not cleaned well, so I had to wash everything before use. At least the sheets were clean, and bed was comfortable. Towels also clean, but very old and not soft at all.
You can also hear everything from the road, the neighbours and the doors slamming on the hallway - all the time! Make sure you bring earplugs, if you decide to stay here.
The service was as minimum as possible, they didn't even answer any of my questions when I messaged them before coming... The lady at the reception was also not welcoming at all, no smiles, no thank you, hello or goodbye...
The only reason I give this accommodation 2 stars is a cheap price and a good location. It's close to the beach promenade (15 minutes of walking), and also a good traffic connection with the airport, the center and exit to other places.
Still, I don't recommend this place.

Indeed you can smell mold, temparture more than 40 degrees in the room, inside equipment outdates.
Air conditioning not working and at 1am in the morning we went to the reception (the guy was there eating) and asked for help. He came after some minutes and needed to restart all electricity and it still hasnt worked and then he showed the real face (before he was joking and being pretty nice). He started to telling us air conditioning will start working at some point and we asked for another room (he said they were fully booked) or to find some solution and it is too hot and the smell is very bad. He got pretty upset telling us there is no other room and guests are waiting for him and he ran away. We saw him out of the balcony how he was going back to eat and watch tv.
