I stayed at this hotel from the 31/07/24 to 07/08/24 total of 7 nights with my husband and 3 year old son. I knew this was a 4* hotel so I did not have too much high expectations, but I was expecting somewhat of an average experience. Negative The first night we were given a very small double standard room with a cot. How could they expect my 3 year old son to sleep inside a small cot. I wanted to change the room immediately but nothing was available until the following morning. The morning 01/08/24 a slight bigger double room was provided with x1 double and x1 single room. However, more problems occurred. I found in the bathroom x5 cockroaches & flies in the bathroom, and x2 big snails in the balcony. It was absolutely disgusting. I reported this to main reception who were not surprised at all and blamed the hot weather. They cleaned the room and sprayed something for the cockroaches. On the 3rd day, I got stuck in the bathroom as the door handled had broken. It was a horrible experience as I am very claustrophobic. My husband went to main reception and they managed to unlock the door. No apology provided. The following day this was sorted. The room TV was very fuzzy and the screen could not be seen properly. The we were booked as all inclusive. The food was very disappointing. Breakfast - food very limited and same everyday. No fresh fruit or croissants. Lunch - food very limited, and had to queue for about 5-8 minutes for BBQ food outside. No ice-cream or cake for kids. Dinner - very busy during 7-8pm and no space to sit. Food very limited & queue for BBQ outside for 8 minutes. Soggy cake for dessert. No ice-cream for kids. Dining room was very hot and AC very limited. Hotel is in 3 buildings. Would be wise to have this all in one, for convenience for the guests especially those with children. Positives The kids pool is excellent and slide. Entertainment was average Unlimited drinks were available Bar is good I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. Requires a lot of improvement.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well situated, just a minute or two from the beach on foot. The buffet had a good selection of food, we stayed for 10 nights and found something different to eat each day. The service was great with very attentive staff. Rooms are basic but very clean and presentable, housekeeping was also great with our room being cleaned daily. Brilliant value for money.

Breakfast very limited choices,eggs not cooked properly & cold in alleged hot plate asked to fry 2 eggs what turned out to be a filthy hot plate ,asked to put pancake on to heat with eggs & female chief picked it off my plate with her fingers heated it up same lifted with fingers & threw it on my plate 🙈,sister asked for vodka got told none when asked if other bar had vodka staff just shrugged & spoke to each other ,staff very ignorant when trying to make toasty for breakfast if there making there's they won't let you go 1st , certainly won't waste my money returning,shame as hotel is in perfect location , bar very limited with drinks ,no ice cream for kids or snacks worse all inclusive I've been to ,,,avoid

Decent hotel on a budget. The food was alright, the pools were alright, there were always sun loungers available, the entertainment was good enough and the staff were really nice. The room's were small, and the walls were wafer thin, so don't expect a good night sleep. It's not 4* like advertised, but it's acceptable enough and I had a good holiday. Would stay somewhere else if I returned to the area though.

Nice pool areas and public areas, well kept and clean. Good location in Icmeler. Rooms however are quite dated and need refurbished, particularly the bathrooms. The food wasn't very good, ate out for most meals despite being all inclusive. Rooms didn't get cleaned all week and took 2 or 3 days before getting fresh towels. Staff at hotel are very rude and not friendly or chatty at all. A lot of Turkish people staying here who got preferential treatment from staff.
