We did not stay as hotel guests here, we came “from the street” to use the kids aqua park (our kids are 3 and 4 years old) and we were so happy here we came again after a few days. All inclusive is included for the day of the visit and the lunch buffet is simply amazing. I did not know what to eat sooner. Everything clean, fresh, tasty. Kids loved the aquapark. Very very nice break from the routine on the beach. Thank you!

Booked for five nights and would do it again. Staff is fantastic, pools are a dream for the kids, rooms are clean, tidy and include toys and pretty much everything you need.
The food was definitely higher quality that you would expect for an all inclusive and a variety of drinks. Very recommended!

We spent a week at the hotel. The food was delicious, plentiful, and varied. We always found something we liked, even for our child. I would rate the food 5 stars. However, cleanliness and comfort only deserve 2 stars. The rooms need a thorough deep cleaning. The bathroom was smelly and dirty, and there was a sewage odor that filled the entire bathroom. If the door was left open, the smell would spread to the room as well. We asked other guests about this, and they had the same issue. The cleaning was done very poorly. The pools are good, and the cocktails are decent, but the paid cocktails are tastier than those included in the all-inclusive package. The beds are uncomfortable; instead of a double bed, there are two beds pushed together.
Arriving guests should be provided with at least a 1-liter bottled water. We arrived at night and had neither a bottle nor any water. The tap water is salty and undrinkable. If you have a bottle, it can always be refilled at the hotel. They should pay more attention to this as well. Despite everything, we had a good time, but due to the dirty bathroom and rooms, I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel again. **DEEP CLEANING NEEDED!!!**

Overall, we liked the hotel. It is not super luxurious, more of a mid-range level, but still quite decent. The food is good, the rooms are clean, the territory is cozy, and there are many children around, creating a very friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.
However, there are some downsides:
- The hotel needs renovation; the plumbing is old.
- There is no elevator, so if your room is on a higher floor, like ours on the third floor, you will have to carry your luggage by hand.
- The biggest downside is the salty water from the tap.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Me and my best friend spent 4 days in the hotel in June, our first time in Mallorca and we absolutely loved it. Location was excellent, close to a lot of little shops and restaurant, right next to Cala Egos. Public transport was a little tricky in the area but manageable. The breakfast buffed and dinner was so good, we loved the variety every day, and we specially miss the vanilla (and banana) ice cream! Rooms were good size, clean every day. We cannot wait to be back next year (:
