The service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were always smiling, polite, and quick to assist with any requests.
We had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy and always clean, which made us feel right at home. In the dining area, there was a wide selection of delicious food to choose from every day – something for everyone. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and we’d happily come back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite some reviews, I didn’t see any insects or cockroaches. My room faced residential buildings, and I didn’t hear any roosters — it was peaceful and quiet.
The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are bus stops and shops nearby, which was very convenient.
The food was very tasty and varied — I looked forward to every meal.
The staff were kind and always ready to help.

Had a lovely stay here, very friendly staff. Nice and spotlessly clean rooms, food is decent. Good entertainment.Very hardworking staff. The receptionists and bar workers were great, the receptionist Donna with the curly hair was especially kind and friendly. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves recognition for her work.
The only downside in my opinion is the all inclusive drink situation of getting a choice of wine/beer each meal, it would be nice to have spirits included and be able to have an alcoholic beverage by the pool outside of meal times.
Feel Fulfilled
We booked an all inclusive and asked for a beachfront hotel. We were changed to a different hotel than one wanted. Although staff were friendly and hotel clean, it was definitely a lower standard.
We were allocated a ground floor room but backed onto a residential road.
The food was not great and the evening meals were terrible, tasteless and unimaginative. The worst part was the so called all inclusive drinks package. The alcoholic drinks (only beer/wine) was only available at lunch time and dinner time and you were allowed only 3 each occasion. Outside of these times you had to pay for them.
They only left some pastries, ham and cheese sandwiches between meals for guest. Only water was freely available to help yourself. The juices and other drinks you had to wait to be served and most of the time there was only one person serving, even during busy periods.
You had to hire the cups for a euro when getting drinks.
The hotel didn't have any information point for guest unfamiliar with the area and would have liked tips on what to do and where to visit.
The hotel wasn't in the heart of the activities in the area, but had great transport connections, so that was a plus.
We still had a great holiday and would come again, but different hotel.

Upon arrival to the hotel, my partner and I were put into a room without a balcony or terrace (which is what we paid for). When asking to move rooms that night, there were no sufficient staff to sort the issue for us. So we lost one of our nights in a very small room feeling deflated about the situation (we were not guaranteed to be put in a different room the next day, and we were told there would be no form of refund if this was the case).
Luckily we were moved the next day and this issue was resolved.
However we have left the holiday feeling dissatisfied with the ‘all inclusive’ title this hotel advertises. While each meal is included, it is all buffet style food. However you are only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks during lunch and dinner, and this is limited to beer and wine - no spirits or cocktails. Upon researching this, it is very hard to find this information on the hotel website, so we feel the ‘all inclusive’ title is rather misleading.
Saying that, the room we eventually had was comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely with sun beds and a bar. And a special mention to the entertainment staff - Coco - who made our holiday and the first evening in particular very enjoyable. He was super friendly, always happy to help and we won many prizes during bingo and karaoke. He is amazing!
All in all the holiday was great, and the hotel too. We personally feel that it isn’t entirely all inclusive as advertised, but for the price we paid to stay this isn’t a major issue. And we wish that we had got the room we had booked initially. If this problem wasn’t resolvable I personally feel it would be unfair to not offer some kind of discount, as we were told was probable.
