I am very satisfied with my stay. The cleanliness in the rooms and in the common areas was of the highest standard. I would especially like to emphasize the professionalism and friendliness of the receptionists, who were always ready to help and advise. Their kindness made me feel really comfortable. I hope to return here in the future

I was absolutely shocked at the state of the hotel when we got there . It looked OK when we got to the reception things got worse when we got to our room. It looked nothing like the photos on the website , it looked like something out of 1980s , the bedsheets had stains on them , there was mould on the shower curtain . We heard everything from the next room coz the walls were paper thin . We had to queue up on the stairs for dinner then we couldn't find a table to eat our food and we had to pay 1 euro deposit for a plastic cup . Me and my partner checked out the morning after and went to another hotel , we were so disappointed with the hotel

For a 3 star hotel I am satisfied. Maria from the reception very nice person very helpful and always positive. The food is good and the eating time is well planned. Definitely change the beds, the mattresses were uncomfortable and it was bad to sleep. Bathroom clean staff cleaned day by day. Clean in the hotel. All inclusive not all inclusive so this is a big mistake. I understand that there are limits to make people control themselves with alcohol but the designated times to drink is weak. Everyone should have a choice when they want to have 6 drinks because it's their time. So the all inclusive is greatly exaggerated. This should be changed so that everyone has a choice of when they drink their 6 drinks for the day.

Don't go if ENGLISH.
The treatment we have had off staff is disgusting
Being swore at from staff then them being racist too us.
Not allowed to laugh around pool as classed as being too noisy. It next to a main road that's noisy, flies all round the pool area.
Bar staff hide round corner never see anybody clean the patio area allday, left for cleaning next day.
Life guard is rude, ok for him to go off and have a spliff...
Rooms basic no kettle
Food it all inclusive but is always something
Cleaning make beds everyday change towels.
3 drink rule,
Overall if English yoy get treated like rubbish, get told off for everything even just laughing...
Worst blue sea I've every been too, and I've been to lots of different ones.

I'm currently at this hotel and I've been here for the last 5 days. I'd avoid this hotel like the plague—it's more of a hostel than a hotel. The check-in process with the lady at reception was the only thing that went smoothly. Upon arrival, they claimed to offer sandwiches, but when I went to check, it turned out you had to make your own. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours—completely unappetising. The rooms are tiny, reek of something awful, and are in dire need of renovation. Everything feels dirty and outdated. The mattress? A thin, flat piece of foam that's impossible to sleep on comfortably.
The reception staff was another disaster—cold, unfriendly, and didn’t bother to greet or smile at customers. The only saving grace was the cleaning staff, who were friendly and approachable. As for the food, it was barely edible—repetitive and mostly served cold.
To top it off, the hotel provides misleading information. Their website states check-out is at 12 PM, but in reality, it's 11 AM. I would've raised this issue, but the hotel's so inadequate that I just couldn't be bothered. And don’t expect any peace and quiet—thin walls mean you can hear everything from the other rooms. The pool for another hotel practically spills onto the balcony, making it impossible to enjoy any privacy or relaxation.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. I'm a frequent traveler, and this place was so below standard that I didn't even bother taking a single picture of my hotel room!
One good thing, karaoke on Tuesday was really good!
