One of our party snapped the key off in the lock on the first day and it was fixed within minutes despite it being almost one in the morning. The hospitality here is outstanding. Quiet rooms with a balcony view of the sea. Cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. Spacious inside. Access to the pool. They also offer car rental and reasonable prices. Cannot praise enough.

Absolutely fantastic. The only accommodation I have stayed at and could not find fault with. Friendly helpful staff. Apartment serviced daily. Pool bar. Close to restaurants and beach Free Aircon and safe.

We stayed at the Sunny Suites hotel for 2 weeks and found the Hotel to be perfect for our needs. The staff were warm and welcoming and the rooms were cleaned every day, although the rooms are quite compact they come fully equipped with cooking facilities and utensils and in addition to this we had an iron and hairdryer supplied in the room. The facilities at the hotel are limited to the pool bar but this is perfect for snacks a refreshment. The pool area is kept very clean and organised and there is enough space for all the guests, there was space for us every day at the pool and there was none of the silly behaviour where people save the sun loungers and go out all day. Chania old town is a 20 min bus ride which cost us 7.5 Euro each way for a family of 4, our youngest was free being only 4. There is not a large selection of bars in the immediate vicinity but we did find lots within a 10 min walk of the hotel.

We had an amazing holiday with sunny suites as our base, the rooms were clean and modern, all of the staff were fantastic. The pool was clean and cold, the beer and drinks were perfect. Amazing cretan hospitality, we will be coming again for our next holiday!

Basic apartments with basic necessities. Bathroom slightly small and is a poorly designed wet room (water doesn't drain well and ends up all over the floor). Room service is good but bar was empty a lot of the time (end of the season). During popular times a lot more is available, such as another local hotel who has a large pool (it is cold though) and other restaurants. However, once services begin to close little to nothing is available.
